After two weeks, Rory finally opened her eyes.

"Did you have a good sleep," Klaus asked the moment she opened her eyes.

"Mmh," Rory nodded, her expression showing she was finally okay. Going against immortals and demigods took a major toll on her.

Thankfully, after she took Klaus’s blood, she developed a high regenerative ability, allowing her to heal quickly. In just two weeks, she was back to her peak and could now focus on becoming a demigod.

"Did something happen while I was out,"

"Nothing significant happened. But the Queen had sent people over to check up on us. She said we can stay for as long as we want, so you can relax."

Rory nodded and walked off the bed to wash her face.

Klaus watched her enter the washroom with a smile on his face. He doesn’t need sleep, not when his Paragon Incarnation does that for him.

He can’t explain why that was, but that incarnation seems to have a talent for sleeping. If he is not spending time talking with Maud, then he is sleeping. Thanks to that, Klaus had no reason to even try to sleep in this incarnation.

When Rory returned, she moved and snuggled into Klaus’s arms.

"So when are we going back to Stella Planet," she asked.

"I plan to visit the academy first before going back. While the Heavens Court is a bunch of scums, I need them for what I have planned, so as my other incarnation said, I would have to run to them like an idiot. But rest assured, I wouldn’t be in any form of danger."

"I believe you. It is just that I don’t want you to get hurt. They tried to kill you a few times already."

Klaus reached forward and planted a kiss on her forehead. "I have a plan, so don’t worry about me. You should be worried about them instead."

They both laughed. Rory is aware of Klaus’s strength, so there was no reason to doubt him.

She turned her body and looked Klaus in the eye. "Make me yours first."
