The fight is becoming intense and cruel. Blood-sliced body parts are scattered all over the ground. As time passes, the corpses are piling up.

The corpses of the corrupted beasts are piling up like a mountain on one side, whereas the casualties on the human side are showing signs of growing as well.

If the higher-ups don't do anything soon, the situation could turn worse. The higher-tier beasts could enter the city.

The two Governors were not here right now; they were at the border. They had come here chasing down the two Tier-8 beasts.

The two four-legged Tier-8 corrupted beasts had injured the elders on their side. Right now, Martin and Orion are not ready to cross the border.

They were afraid of the Tier-9 beast. The Tier-9 beast has still not shown its presence. Not only that, but the Lords are yet to arrive.

They didn't expect the Tier-9 beast to send the Tier-8 and Tier-7 beasts to fight first. They were slightly taken aback.

Fortunately, this time they had made the decision not to send the lower-tier beast tamers. They wanted to wipe out the corrupted beasts gathered outside the gate.

Hearing that, Martin remained silent. Earlier, everything seemed to be fine. But the unknown Tier-9 beast is playing a better game.

It's more cunning than they thought.

"We should remain here," Martin said after giving it some thought.

He thinks the others can handle the Tier-8 beasts, but they need to be wary of the Tier-9 beast.

Governor Orion understood and was not against it.

Meanwhile, the Senior Beast Tamers from other forces saw someone fighting remarkably hard. When they tried to gauge their strength, they were shocked.

They didn't expect the strength of the person to be just Tier-3. How could someone with Tier-3 strength fight against Tier-4 beasts?

The scene was stunning, but they didn't have time to waste. They resumed their fight against the corrupted beasts.

The battlefield right now is chaos. All the corrupted beasts, irrespective of their tiers, are on the battlefield.

The beasts range from Tier-3 to Tier-7. The heads of the various Beast Taming Forces are confronting the Tier-8 corrupted beasts.

The Tier-8 beasts are large in number. A single Tier-8 Beast Tamer is fighting against more than one corrupted beast.

Among them, Head Harold is fighting against a huge rhinoceros. It's a terrifying Tier-8 corrupted beast. The entire beast is covered in thick black skin.

Its monstrous size was over 30 feet in height. Head Harold appeared to be an ant in front of the beast. Yet, there is a massive lifeline beast behind him.

The huge rhino is looking at the massive lifeline beast instead of him.

On the other hand, the Head of the Beast Taming Association is fighting nearby.

His lifeline beast, a Tier-8 Thorn Vine Beast, is fighting against a Tier-8 Black Spider with eight legs.

The monstrous spider is of a similar size, over 30 feet in height. A long, huge thorn vine wrapped around the massive spider.

The huge spider, with its compound eyes, stood menacingly. It didn't take the thorn vine lifeline beast seriously.

Yet, the long thorn vines had numerous sharp spikes all over them. The next moment, the spikes stabbed into the body of the spider beast.

Screech!

The huge spider felt a stabbing pain. The spider beast let out a roar. Blood spurted from the sharp wounds.

Puchak!

The attack totally enraged the beast. Earlier, the beast didn't take the plant beast seriously. It had looked down upon the plant-type beast with its compound eyes.

Now, the huge spider with long legs made a move. Its legs tried to cut down the long vines.

Puchak!

The next second, the thorn lifeline beast felt pain, but it coiled around the beast, exerting pressure before dragging the beast away.

Boom!

The Head of the Beast Taming Association followed from behind. He had to be prepared for sneak attacks.

On another side, Jeremy Night encountered the Red Tiger Beast. The beast was over 3 meters in size. It walked towards him with scarlet eyes.

Growl!

It let out a low growl.

Jeremy Night saw the menacing look of the beast. He gripped his blade and continued to stare at it.

Because the beast was a Tier-5 beast, the pressure coming from it was oppressive. The other Beast Tamers around him moved away from the spot.

The area quickly became vacant.

Roar!

The tiger roared before leaping towards him.

Jeremy's gaze never left the beast. He predicted the direction and evaded early.

Swoosh!

The right claw of the beast cut through the empty air. It missed the target. The beast landed on the ground with a heavy thud.

The shock force swept through the area.

Jeremy Night's expression was serious. He wanted to fight without using his starlight power; he intended to preserve it for the longer battle.

Right now, he intended to fight it out with blade skills alone.

Roar!

The tiger roared again. It started charging at its target. It smelled that the prey was weak, yet the weak human had escaped at the last moment.

This time, the beast slowed down before the target. It would bite if the target tried to move.

Jeremy saw through the intentions of the beast. He simply moved backward. The beast was stunned.

The distance increased again. The beast's scarlet eyes became even more blood-red. It was enraged. The bloodthirsty beast received a strength boost.

Swoosh!

The next second, the beast disappeared from the spot. If anyone else were here, they would only see a blur.

But Jeremy had eye power. He felt the beast had only gotten a little faster. He could still predict its movements now.
