"Alright, we’ll go."

This voice cut through the tense atmosphere, relieving the tension a bit.

This voice came from...me.

I was the one that spoke up at this tense moment.

Mu Bao Bao looked at me in a way that almost seemed like she felt that she had been betrayed.

Once they left, there were ministers that looked at Mu Huang as if they didn’t know what to say. However, even though they were hesitant, it seemed like they had no choice but to say something.

Mu Huang didn’t seem to hear this at first as he continued looking in the direction that they walked out in, but he eventually turned to look at the ministers that spoke and waved his hand before saying, "It’s fine. But I just calmly looked at her and said, "If they’re doing all of this just to move you out of the capital, don’t you think that there will be things that they will miss? There’s just too much here for them to make sure that everything is covered."

A look of understanding slowly appeared on Mu Bao Bao’s face.

Eventually, she said, "So you’re saying that we play along until they make a mistake and then we catch them in the act?"

I nodded since that was the gist of what I was saying, but it wasn’t the entire thing.
