Warlock Apprentice-Chapter 1319 - : Section 1320: Login Location
Chapter 1319: Section 1320: Login Location
Originheart City, nowadays the streets are much less crowded than before, with almost half of the city deserted.
All the people had gone to the Colosseum near the Southern City, lined with stone columns.
The Colosseum, discovered by Angel on a remote town within the Central Empire of Revelation Continent and incorporated into his dream, covered a large area, comparable to the Marine Theater. It was built like a bird’s nest out of white granite. However, it was surrounded by numerous uneven round columns, each carved with exquisite animal statues, creating an impressive sight with a scattered beauty of pure white.
This is why it was called the Colosseum of stone columns.
The original purpose of the Colosseum was to watch animal fights, but there were hardly any animals to compete in Originheart City. Due to its size, it became a place where some residents settled private disputes through duels.
Now, there was a battle taking place that nearly every resident of Originheart City cared about: Sheriff Tullas VS. The Captain of the City Guard, Sir Sabel.
...
The Colosseum could hold thousands of people; by this time, over seventy percent of the seats were already occupied by the crowd.
When Angel and Lyon arrived, the good viewing spots were all taken.
Angel came to watch the duel only to accompany his brother Lyon and to see Sir Sabel, who was rumored to have killed a Transcendent. He wasn’t very curious about the match itself; it didn’t matter to him where he watched from.
Moreover, he had God’s View. Even if he wasn’t in the Colosseum, he could still observe every detail of the battle meticulously.
They chose a relatively quiet spot with fewer people, looking down from high above at the central arena.
The battle had not yet started, but the atmosphere on site was already very heated. Even though they were some distance from the center of discussion, the flying words of the crowd still reached their ears.
“I support Sir Sabel more, he’s steadier, using the most simple techniques to ensure a solid victory,” a young man with glasses stated his viewpoint.
“But Sheriff Tullas showed his abs,” replied a little fangirl beside the man with glasses, her eyes rolling upwards as if swallowing saliva, obviously recalling Tullas’s washboard, charisma-filled eight-pack.
“Sir Sabel has abs too!”
“But Captain Sabel always wears armor, we can’t see them.”
“That’s the allure of a uniform!”
“If he were younger by forty or fifty years, your phrase might take shape. He already has a bunch of white beard, what allure of a uniform are you talking about!” the little fangirl retorted disdainfully.
“People like Tullas, who just show off and act cool, are just to attract women like you, nothing beats the low-profile Sir Sabel!”
“But I like people who show off. Most importantly, they have abs and are good looking.”
For the average-looking and skinny young man with glasses, this was an outright knock-out blow. He covered his chest, a pained expression on his face.
The pair, who appeared to be “a couple,” were sitting nearby Angel, so he ended up listening to their entire conversation.
The reason for thinking they were a couple was… after all, which man and woman would choose a secluded spot to watch the duel and sit together with no one else around? Moreover, while they seemed to be bickering, the atmosphere brewing between them was filled with all sorts of pink bubbles.
Angel thought the male side of the conversation was a bit right. Tullas was the type who liked to show off and act cool, but to say that showing off was to attract women was wrong; he was just a lover of the limelight, eager to flaunt even his smallest achievements.
If Tullas really won this time, he would surely be boasting in his ear for half a year, and his usual bragging catchphrase “one-shot Redbeard” would probably change to “crushed Sabel.”
So, for the sake of sparing his ears from torture before the battle even began, Angel’s leanings, in his heart, had already tipped more towards the older but seemingly more stable Sir Sabel.

Just as the atmosphere became more intense and Lyon’s eyes began to sparkle, Angel suddenly paused.
Then he said softly to Lyon, “I need to step away for a moment.”
After speaking, under Lyon’s puzzled gaze, Angel moved to a deserted spot outside the Colosseum, his lips moving slightly, and the vibrations of his voice, carried by the Power of Nightmare Illusion, reached out into the distant wilderness.
After a long while, in this deserted corner, a phantom shadow suddenly appeared, but it quickly solidified into a form.
It was none other than Sanders, dressed in a black noble gentleman’s suit.
Previously, while at the Colosseum, Angel sensed Sanders enter the Wilderness of Dreams, but since Sanders had left the Wilderness of Dreams for the real world from a vast, endless wilderness, when he logged back in, he was still in the wilderness.
Sanders, unable to use magic power in the Wilderness of Dreams, would find it nearly impossible to return to Originheart City from the vast wilderness.
Lucky for Sanders, Angel sensed when Sanders “logged on,” which made him come to this deserted place and communicate with Sanders, telling him to Enter Dream again.
Once Sanders re-entered the dream, Angel used the sensing from the Gate of Dreams to bring Sanders to Originheart City.
“Mentor, has something happened again?” Angel immediately asked when he saw Sanders, “Is Rolando up to something again?”
“Nothing has happened,” Sanders shook his head. “We were on our way back, and because I didn’t feel like facing Suise again, I decided to come up for a look.”
With such an odd reason… Angel could even imagine the awkward scenario where Sanders and Suise faced each other without much to say.
“So that’s how it is.” Angel nodded seriously.
“What is this place, it feels so noisy?” Sanders also noticed their surroundings. Although they were in a deserted spot, deafening noises were coming from next door.
“The Stone Pillar Colosseum,” Angel quickly explained the situation at the scene.
“Most of the residents from Originheart City have come to watch this duel? It is quite interesting.”
Angel: “Does Mentor want to go and see?”
Sanders nonchalantly nodded: “Since there’s nothing else to do, let’s go in and have a look.”
As Angel led Sanders towards the Colosseum, they could see a large crowd pouring towards it at the entrance, reflecting the duel’s appeal… and also revealing that the residents of Originheart City truly had little in the way of entertainment.
On their way to the spectator seats, Angel murmured, “The login point for the Wilderness of Dreams currently seems to be the same as the last departure point. That’s a bit troublesome. It would be nice if the abilities of the Gate of Dreams could be shared with Mentor, so we wouldn’t have to worry about logging out in the wild and not being able to return to the city.”
However, sharing a part of his abilities with others was only possible during the moment of their fusion. At other times, it was very difficult to do so.
“Currently, there’s only one city in Originheart City, so it’s not a problem. In the future, if we can use the Magical Core in the Wilderness of Dreams, distance won’t be an issue. You could even set up Teleportation Arrays everywhere. After all, the Teleportation Patterns and materials can be sent through the Dream Conch. However, we would need the help of a Space Wizard for precise location,” Sanders said.
Angel nodded: “That’s the only way for now.”
Nevertheless, Angel still planned to investigate whether there was another way to share abilities. Even if he couldn’t do it now, there might be a similar ability within the Principal Body of the Nightmare Domain, right?
Soon, they returned to the spectator seats.
But as Angel was about to look for Lyon, he realized that what he’d thought was a quiet spot was now full of people. The reason was… one of the duel’s contestants, the current Sheriff of Originheart City, Tullas, was standing by Lyon’s side, talking to him.
At that moment, Lyon also saw Angel. He was about to greet him when he noticed Sanders behind Angel and was momentarily stunned.
Isn’t Illusion Demon supposed to be with Mentor catching Rolando? How did they appear here? Could it be that Mentor has already returned to the manor?
While these thoughts tumbled through Lyon’s mind, Tullas turned his head and noticed the newcomers.
His eyes lit up, and he approached them with a cheeky smile.
“My lord, have you also come to see how I will defeat the deceitful Knight?” Tullas’s face was excited: “With my lord cheering for me, today I will definitely beat him so he won’t be able to pick himself back up!”
In his heart, Angel silently thought: I’m not here to cheer for you; actually, I am hoping you lose.
But on the surface, he calmly said, “You still call Sir Sabel the deceitful Knight? I recall you lost a match to him.”
Tullas’s expression froze, and it took a while before he laughed it off, “I I, it was, that was… I let him win! Yes, I let him! After all, he’s an old man in his seventies or eighties. What if he couldn’t take the blow from losing two-nil to me?”
As Tullas’s eyes flickered, Angel didn’t bother to correct him but merely said indifferently, “I remember you’re several decades older than the so-called Sir Sabel.”
With his age a mystery, Tullas twitched his mouth and became silent.
Angel walked past Tullas, intending to take a seat, but just then, Tullas said, “My lord, this spot is too far from the arena to closely witness… ahem, to watch my heroism. Why don’t we go to the front rows? There’s a referee’s seat there. Lyon was the referee the last two times, but since my lord has come, you must sit as a referee, I believe my lord will definitely be unbiased!”
Angel really wanted to tell Tullas that he was already biased in his heart.
Angel was about to refuse, but the surroundings were already swarming with people. He didn’t mind the crowd, but with Sanders by his side, he reconsidered. Thinking this, he turned to Sanders, “Mentor, there are too many people here. Shall we sit at the referee’s seat?”
Sanders nodded his head in agreement without any particular expression.
Not until Angel mentioned it did Tullas notice the tall man wearing a low hat behind Angel.
When he glimpsed his face, Tullas suddenly stuttered in surprise, “San San… Sir Sanders…”
Angel: “Stop shouting and lead us to our seats first.”
Hastily nodding, Tullas gestured for them to follow.
Angel called over the still-stunned Lyon, and together with Sanders, they followed Tullas toward the arena below.
Their movements also attracted the gaze of almost everyone present. Lyon was recognized by the others for having been a fair referee before… but Angel and Sanders, very few knew them.
However, judging by the respectful manner Tullas showed, they were definitely not insignificant figures.
The audience began to speculate about their identities.
Even Sabel, Tullas’s opponent, the Knight, took notice of them.
