Villain's transmigration: Breaking every heroine into a Yandere-Chapter 90: Arcania Academy (4)
Lucian could no longer take the insults Noah was throwing at him. He couldn’t stand it anymore.
In contrast to him, Noah remained calm. No matter how much his thoughts were racing, trying to come up with ways to insult him more without making it seem like that was his intention.
"Oh, did it seem that way? I did not mean to hurt you, our prince. It’s just that I had heard there are no nobles or commoners in the academy. As far as I know, this very place is alsoart of Arcania Academy. So, correct me if I am wrong, but should you be using your identity as the prince here? In this place?"
He said it, acting innocent, like a confused guy who was just here to clear his doubt, but each sentence he spoke was explaining one thing alone...
You are not the prince here so don’t even act like one.
Lucian fumed in rage, not even knowing why he was feeling so much hatred for Noah.
However, he maintained his composure. He at least had that much control in himself.
It was only because of Noah that he lost his calm for a while; if not for that, he would be a calm guy and quite rational too.
"So you think I shouldn’t be the one to go in first, right?"
"Hmm? No, I didn’t say that. I only just want everyone to have a chance as well. They all come from noble backgrounds, too, and are prodigies of their family, unlike me. I think it’s not fair for them."
He twisted his words again and waited for Lucian to respond.
Their conversation was flaring up another debate among the crowd.
Some were saying Noah was right. Everyone should be treated equally in here.
However, most were the opposite.
"Fine, then," Lucian spoke then turned to the crowd and asked,
"Do any of you have objections to my going in first?" He spoke softly, but his voice was amplified with his mana.
His words rang loud and clear in everyone’s ears.
At the same time, he released his spiritual pressure, revealing his realm at the Refining stage, High tier.
It did not even tickle Noah, but that couldn’t be true for everyone else.
Not the adults there, but the students were chilled down by his cultivation.
Almost all of them were still on the Gathering realm, some even below, and Lucian was way ahead of them all.
They used to be called prodigies of their family, but against a real talent, they were only mediocre at best.
Lucian’s face showed a satisfied smile. No one even dared to speak up after he showed his true realm to all.
His eyes scanned the crowd, every single one, frozen in their place. Some were even quivering, a few even on the verge of fainting.
His eyes at last locked onto Noah.
’Such a trash, he can’t even move before me.’
His scornful gaze landed on Noah who was waiting for his turn.
’Is it time yet?’
He was waiting for the perfect time to show what he is capable of.
But looking at them now, it felt as if all of them might fall down on their knees if it weree him who revealed his realm.
"I think it’s obvious now, right?" Lucian spoke, his tone colder than before.
Naturally, it was directed towards Noah, who was the one who questioned his authority here.
He turned around, his feet getting closer to the portal which has just been opened a while ago.
Before he could reach the portal though, his steps stopped after he heard a *snap* at his back.
He clearly did not retract his spiritual pressure, but with that snap, it was gone, completely.
Every other person who was frozen by his spiritual pressure could finally move.
Lucian immediately turned around to see what had happened just now, but he did not see anyone else there besides Noah.
He had wondered if someone else from the academy had intervened. However, the reality was a little different.
He squinted his eyes, trying to figure out what had happened.
"Well, it’s actually not. Did I not say, everyone deserves an equal chance? Till even one is standing on their feet, they have not lost. So, the test isn’t over yet, Lucian."
Saying that, he slowly took his steps towards Lucian.
Suddenly, black wisps began to trude out of his body.
Even the space around him turned dark.
Noah stopped after he stood before Lucian and casually placed his hand on his shoulder.
"Refining stage, High tier... You truly are a genius, Lucian. Never before has this academy had someone like you."
If not for the fact that there was already an MC inside the academy, he surely would have been the main character of this world.
He had every qualification, every potential to be one.
Poor guy, he ended up becoming a sidekick for the protagonist.
However, now, he not only had to face one mc, but also the author of this world.
No matter how much of a genius he was... he won’t ever be able to escape his fate of becoming a lackey or a stepping stone.
’I could have used him as my sidekick, but I have no interest in him.’
Noah’s voice grew even colder as more and more tendrils seeped out of his body.
"Too bad though... It’s nowhere near enough to stand before me. You won’t ever be able to break the curse of being a supporting character."
With that, he released all of it. Every spiritual pressure he had inside his body.
Each of his mana, in the form of spiritual pressure fell upon everyone in the vicinity.
If before they had difficulty to even stand up, now... their body was struggling gard to even breath.
The air had turned heavy, so had their bodies. Their own senses had betrayed them.
There was no struggle to stand still, it did not even take a second for them to fall on their knees.
Not just the students, even the people from the academy were affected by this spiritual pressure.
It was reaching every part of the vicinity. Striking fear into everyone’s hearts.
The one before them wasn’t just a student anymore, his strength had already surpassed that of a normal student.
It was felt by them all. That was the thought of everyone who had strength left on their feet to still stand up.
"A monster he is," Joel exclaimed, his hands trembling with excitement.
This was much more than what he had expected.
Even Lucian was someone he would have called a monster, who was only one step away from forming his core.
But Noah, he was something else entirely. The mana he exuded was clearly that of someone who had already formed their core.
"No, that won’t be able to do justice to this boy." Mason, beside him, was even more excited.
His old bones were trembling with excitement that had filled his heart.
"He is only 18 years old and already has a core... we can’t afford to lose him."
"True."
Both of them were on the same page right now.
It was a history that they were witnessing.
Among almost a thousand students, only 5 were standing on their feet.
The rest were all on the floor, already unconscious or about to become unconscious.
Among them all, one stood at the centre, who had taken the full impact of this spiritual pressure.
Scornful and arrogant just a moment ago, he now stood with his eyes turned white.
The genius prince of this kingdom was out cold from the very first second Noah released his spiritual pressure.
The only reason he was still on his feet was also because of Noah, who had placed his hand on his shoulder and was supporting his body.
He finally removed his hand after everyone else was down.
Did it end too quickly?
It did.
Was anyone else even able to understand what happened?
No they couldn’t.
Did it leave any impact on them?
No one knows.
It was a complete domination. No one stood a chance against him.
’Maybe I am just too good.’
He looked around, trying to find someone who was still on their feet.
He found none.
"It’s only obvious now. No questions."
No one was left to question him. No one was left to stop him. No one was left to stand before him.
"Do you wish to challenge me? Milim?" He asked without even turning his head back.
He purposefully left Milim away, not using his spiritual pressure on her. He did not use it on Noelle and Rose as well.
Milim did not even say a word.
This wasn’t what she had heard in her information. This was far from it. 𝑓𝘳𝑒𝑒𝓌𝘦𝘣𝘯ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝑚
’That kind of strength shouldn’t be possible for a student.’
Not a single person was left in the entire vicinity. This wasn’t something that anyone could do.
"I will never."
She wasn’t foolish enough to do something like that. Not after witnessing countless unconscious bodies of her fellow students.
