Villain MMORPG: Almighty Devil Emperor and His Seven Demonic Wives-Chapter 953 You Can’t Escape Your Fate
Villain Ch 953. You Can't Escape Your Fate
The battlefield was eerily quiet for a moment. It was a tense, expectant silence. But Arcana and Azura knew it was just the calm before the storm. The sound of gravel falling from the cracked pillar was like a cue, a harbinger of the chaos to come.
Without warning, Allen used his Shadow Step and disappeared from their sight. The sudden absence of his towering, demonic form left an unsettling void. Arcana and Azura turned around simultaneously, predicting Allen's next move. They were right, but Allen was already mid-swing, his sword arcing down toward them with terrifying speed and precision.

"Move!" Arcana shouted, his voice tinged with panic. He and Azura leaped in opposite directions, narrowly avoiding the deadly blade. They felt the rush of wind from the swing, the sheer force of it palpable even though it missed its mark.
- BAM!
The sword crashed into the floor with a deafening impact, sending a shockwave through the ground. The stone beneath them cracked and splintered, a massive fissure spreading out from the point of impact. Debris flew in all directions, and the explosion sounded like a thunderclap, echoing through the hall.
Arcana rolled to his feet, his shield raised defensively. His breath came in ragged gasps, the adrenaline surging through his veins. He knew one hit was enough to reduce his HP by more than half or even kill him instantly. "We need to keep moving! We can't let him get the upper hand!" he called out to Azura, his voice resolute despite the fear gnawing at the edges of his mind.
Azura, her daggers at the ready, nodded. "Got it. Stay sharp," she replied, her voice steady but tense. She could still feel the residual pain from her earlier wounds, but she pushed it aside, focusing on the fight at hand.
Allen straightened, his eyes glowing with malevolent intent. He surveyed the damage with a cold, satisfied smirk. "Running won't save you," he taunted, his voice echoing with a chilling resonance. "You can't escape your fate."
The words were heavy and oppressive. Arcana and Azura knew he was right; running wouldn't save them. They had to fight, and they had to be smarter and faster than ever before.
Allen moved with a predatory grace, his eyes locked on his targets. He lunged at Arcana first, his blade swinging with lethal precision. Arcana raised his shield just in time, the force of the blow sending vibrations up his arm. The impact was like a hammer strike, the sound of metal clashing with metal ringing through the hall.
"Stay with me!" Arcana shouted, gritting his teeth as he pushed back against Allen's strength. He knew they had to coordinate their attacks if they had any hope of surviving.
Azura darted in, her daggers flashing as she aimed for Allen's flank. Her strikes aimed to exploit any opening in his defenses. But Allen was ready. He twisted, his darkened form moving with unnerving speed, and parried her attacks with ease.
"Pathetic," Allen sneered, his voice dripping with contempt. He swung his sword again, forcing Azura to backflip away to avoid the deadly arc. The blade cut through the air with a sharp whistle, the force of the swing creating a gust of wind that rustled her hair.
Arcana took advantage of the brief distraction. He charged at Allen, his shield leading the way like a battering ram. "Charge!" he roared, putting all his strength into the skill. The sound of his boots pounding against the cracked stone floor was a steady, determined beat.
Allen barely flinched. As Arcana's shield came barreling toward him, Allen sidestepped with a fluid, almost effortless grace. With a flick of his wrist, he brought his sword down on Arcana's exposed side. Despite his effort to dodge, his attempt was in vain. He didn't manage to avoid it completely.
The sound of metal slicing through armor and flesh was sickening, and Arcana cried out in pain, staggering but not falling.
"Arcana!" Azura screamed, her eyes wide with horror. She darted forward, trying to reach her guild leader, but Allen's presence loomed large and menacing, blocking her path.
"You think you can save him?" Allen taunted, his voice a dark, mocking echo. "You can barely save yourself."
Azura's heart pounded in her chest, but she forced herself to remain calm. She had to be strategic. Charging in blindly would only get them both killed. She glanced at Arcana, who was clutching his side, blood seeping through his fingers but still standing defiantly.
"Valkyrie, flank him!" Arcana commanded through gritted teeth. His voice, though strained, held a clear determination. "We have to hit him together."
Nodding, Azura moved with swift agility, circling to Allen's other side. They had to rely on that instinctual coordination now more than ever.
Allen watched them with a bemused expression, his eyes glinting with cruel amusement. "Futile," he muttered under his breath, readying himself for the final onslaught.
Arcana and Azura moved in unison, attempting to flank Allen from both sides. Arcana charged forward with his shield, aiming to protect himself from Allen's sword. Azura, daggers at the ready, darted in from the side, aiming for the vital points she hoped would bring the Devil Emperor down.
Allen turned his focus to Arcana first. With a swift, powerful strike, he brought his sword down on the paladin's shield. The force of the blow was immense, and Arcana's shield, designed to withstand heavy attacks, began to crack. Allen didn't stop there; he pressed his assault, swinging his sword with relentless fury. Each impact sent shockwaves through Arcana's arm, weakening his grip and resolve.
