Villain MMORPG: Almighty Devil Emperor and His Seven Demonic Wives-Chapter 829: Habit
Villain Ch 829. Habit
He picked it up, feeling the smooth, high-quality fabric between his fingers once more. ’This is a nice jacket,’ he thought, admiring the craftsmanship. But he quickly reminded himself that he didn’t really need it. Jordan had already gifted him a wardrobe full of new clothes, and he couldn’t justify adding more to his collection.
He had the money to buy the jacket, even with its expensive price tag, but it wasn’t about the cost. Allen’s mindset was still deeply ingrained. He only bought what he needed, a habit that wasn’t easy to break, even now. He carefully placed the jacket back on the rack, resolving to admire it from a distance rather than take it home.
Emma and Azura exchanged glances. They had been watching Allen, noticing his hesitation and thoughtful expression as he handled the jacket. Emma nudged Azura, and they both turned their attention back to Allen, who was now browsing other items with a reserved air.
"I think we should buy clothes for Allen too," Emma whispered, her eyes narrowing with determination. "His style is a bit boring."
Azura frowned slightly. "Boring? I think his style is quite good. Sure, he mostly wears t-shirts and jeans, but it suits him."
Emma gave Azura a sharp stare. "Everything looks good on him because he’s in great shape. Clothes just seem to fit better when you’ve got a good body."
Azura nodded in agreement. "True. He is basically handsome."
Emma’s eyes twinkled mischievously. "He just needs a little magic."
They both fell silent for a moment, exchanging glances that spoke volumes. A sly smile spread across their faces, and they immediately understood each other’s thoughts without saying a word.
Azura leaned in, her voice low but excited. "I’m going to buy some clothes for my stay. Next, we need to drag him to a good shop and turn him into a decent young master."
Emma grinned, her excitement palpable. "Agreed. Let’s make this happen."
With their plan set, they finished their own shopping and approached Allen, who was still wandering the men’s section, looking a bit lost among the racks of designer clothes. Emma sidled up to him, a bright smile on her face. "Hey, my handsome brother, we were thinking…"
Allen looked at her, eyebrows raised in curiosity, especially with that ’Handsome’ word. "Thinking what?"

Azura joined in, her tone was casual but purposeful. "You could use a little wardrobe update. You know, to match your new lifestyle."
Allen frowned slightly, his old habits and practical mindset resisting the idea. "I don’t really need any new clothes. Jordan already gave me plenty."
Emma rolled her eyes playfully. "Come on. It’s not about need. It’s about looking good and feeling confident."
Azura nodded enthusiastically. "And besides, you deserve it. It’s time to treat yourself a bit."
Allen sighed, feeling the weight of their combined enthusiasm. "I don’t know. I’m not really into branded stuff."
Emma linked her arm with his, gently steering him towards the exit. "Just trust us, okay? Let’s have a little fun with this."
Azura grabbed his other arm, effectively flanking him. "Yeah, we promise it’ll be worth it."
Before he could protest further, they were already leading him out of the current store and towards one of the high-end boutiques they had been eyeing earlier. The bodyguards trailed behind, maintaining their watch.
Inside the high-end boutique, Emma and Azura wasted no time diving into the racks of clothes. They pulled jackets, shirts, pants, and even some accessories, piling them into Allen’s arms. He followed them to the fitting rooms, feeling slightly overwhelmed by their enthusiasm.
"Alright," Emma said, handing him a stack of clothes. "Try these on first."
Allen glanced at the selection, noting that unlike Jordan’s formal choices, these were mostly casual clothes. There were items he could wear on a date or to a fine dining restaurant, stylish but comfortable.
He stepped into the fitting room and tried on the first outfit—a dark blue blazer with a crisp white shirt and slim-fit jeans. He looked at himself in the mirror, adjusting the collar. It was a nice change from his usual t-shirts and jeans.
"Come on, let’s see it!" Azura called from outside.
Allen sighed and opened the door, stepping out. Emma and Azura’s eyes lit up as they scrutinized his new look.
"Wow, that looks amazing!" Emma exclaimed, circling him to inspect the outfit from all angles.
Azura nodded in agreement. "Yeah, it really suits you. You look so sophisticated."
Allen chuckled, feeling a bit self-conscious under their intense scrutiny. "Thanks, I guess. But isn’t this a bit much?"
Emma waved off his concern. "Not at all. Trust us, you’ll get used to it."
He returned to the fitting room and continued trying on outfits, each one carefully chosen by Emma and Azura. There were casual shirts, stylish jackets, tailored pants, and even a few designer sneakers. With each change, he stepped out to be judged by his fashion-forward relatives.
"This is definitely your color," Azura said, adjusting the collar of a burgundy shirt Allen had tried on.
"And these jeans fit you perfectly," Emma added, patting the pockets.
After trying on what felt like an endless parade of clothes, Allen found himself standing in front of the fitting room mirror, wearing a sleek black leather jacket over a graphic tee with dark jeans. It was a far cry from his usual attire, but he had to admit he looked good.
"Okay, I think we’ve found some winners," Emma said, beaming. She turned to the sales associate. "We’ll take these."
Allen’s eyes widened as Emma asked the staff to pack at least ten pairs of clothes. "Isn’t this too much?" he protested, feeling a bit guilty about the extravagant shopping spree.
Emma simply pulled out a sleek black platinum credit card, undoubtedly under Jordan’s name, and handed it to the cashier. "This is normal. I usually spend more than this," she said nonchalantly.
Azura smirked, clearly enjoying Allen’s discomfort. "Let’s go to the hairdresser after this," she suggested.
"No, no, no," Allen immediately refused, shaking his head. "I’ll go to the hairdresser later when the party is approaching, okay?"
Emma and Azura exchanged amused glances but didn’t press the issue. "Alright, but you’re not getting out of it later," Emma said with a playful warning.
