Villain MMORPG: Almighty Devil Emperor and His Seven Demonic Wives-Chapter 1030 : Don’t Tempt Us
Villain Ch 1030. Don't Tempt Us
Due to Emma's words, the atmosphere suddenly shifted to something more serious. The girls pressed their lips together. They couldn't deny that Emma had a point. If Azura and Allen's relationship became anything more than what it was, it would make everything complicated and difficult. It wouldn't just affect Azura and her family; it would also impact Allen and the Goldborne family.
They were from prominent families, and anything that looked remotely scandalous could have far-reaching consequences. The stakes were higher than just feelings—they involved family honor, public image, and the expectations that came with their names. It seemed Allen understood that too; that's why, even though he was aware of Azura's feelings, he hadn't given her any clear response.
Cooking for Azura was perhaps the best way for him to show he cared, without crossing any lines.
Azura glanced around at the girls, noticing the change in their expressions. The atmosphere had turned awkward. She could see the concern etched on their faces, the way they all seemed to retreat into their thoughts, uncertain of what to say next.
She sighed softly, breaking the silence. "It's fine, really," she said, trying to sound reassuring. "You guys don't need to feel that way. I understand how things are."
Shea looked at her, her brows knitting together in concern. "We didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable," she said gently. "We just want you to know that… Well, we're here for you, whatever you decide."
Azura gave a small nod, a faint smile touching her lips. "I know," she replied. "And I appreciate that. But it's not just about me, you know? There are a lot of things to consider."
Zoe finally spoke up. "Yeah, we get it," she said softly. "It's just… we hate seeing you like this, stuck in the middle of something that's so hard to figure out."
Vivian chimed in, her tone gentle but earnest. "And we care about you. A lot. We don't want you to feel like you have to keep all this to yourself."
Jane nodded in agreement. "Exactly," she added. "We look out for each other. And that includes you."
Azura's heart warmed at their words. "Thank you," she said quietly. "It means a lot to me, really. But… some things are just too complicated to solve with words."
Alice leaned forward, her expression thoughtful. "But maybe it doesn't have to be," she suggested. "Maybe it's just about finding a balance. Figuring out what works for everyone without causing too much chaos."
Emma, sensing the need to lighten the mood, smirked. "Yeah, good luck with that," she said sarcastically, though there was a hint of a smile in her eyes. "When has anything involving Allen not been chaotic?"
The girls laughed softly, the tension in the room easing slightly. Even Azura chuckled, appreciating Emma's attempt to diffuse the situation.
"But seriously," Shea continued, her tone more sober, "we just want you to know that whatever happens, you're not alone. We're here to support you, no matter what."
Azura nodded again, her smile a bit more genuine this time. "I know," she said softly. "And I'm grateful for that. Really. I just… I need to figure things out on my own first."
Jane reached over and squeezed her hand. "Take all the time you need," she said warmly.
Azura took a deep breath, feeling a little more at ease. "Thanks," she whispered. "I think I just need some time and space to think. To figure out what I really want. Am I really falling in love with him or is all this just a temporary spark."
Emma leaned back in her chair, her gaze softening as she looked at Azura. "And you know, if things ever get too heavy or confusing, you've always got us."
Azura nodded, her smile more genuine now. "Thanks, Emma. That means a lot," she replied softly. But then her expression shifted, a sudden look of realization crossing her face. "Oh crap," she said, her eyes widening as she turned toward Kai and the other servants who were quietly standing and listening to the conversation. "You guys didn't hear any of that, right?
Please tell me you didn't hear any of that."
Kai gave a small, reassuring smile. "Don't worry, Miss Azura," he said in his usual polite tone. "We won't say anything… unless Mr. Jordan specifically asks, of course."
Azura looked panicked for a moment, her face paling slightly. "But—no, no, you can't!" she stammered, clearly imagining the fallout if her father heard any part of this conversation. "You can't just… not say anything! Just, I don't know, pretend you didn't hear!"
Emma, watching Azura's growing panic, let out a small, amused sigh. "You know Kai can't lie to my Dad. It's his job to be honest."
Kai nodded in agreement, his expression serious. "Indeed, Miss Azura. I will do my best to avoid the subject, but if directly asked, I cannot withhold information."
Azura groaned, dropping her head into her hands. "Great. Just great. Now I have to worry about Uncle hearing about this," she muttered, half to herself.
Before anyone could respond, Allen returned, a plate in his hand. He walked in with confidence, carrying an omelet that looked almost too perfect, filled with colorful veggies.
Azura looked up, surprised. "Wow, Allen, that was fast!" she exclaimed, her eyes widening at the sight of the beautifully made dish. "How did you make it so quickly? It's only been like ten minutes!"
Allen chuckled, setting the plate down in front of her with a proud smile. "The servants gave me a vegetable chopper," he explained. "I didn't have to chop the veggies manually. Made things a lot quicker."

Shea leaned over, eyeing the omelet appreciatively. "That looks amazing," she said with a grin. "Maybe we should have you cook for us more often, Allen."
Allen smirked, crossing his arms over his chest. "Only if you beg," he teased, winking playfully.
Jane giggled. "Oh, don't tempt us," she said, her eyes twinkling with mischief.
