My return caused more commotion than I would've preferred, my friends missed me more than I imagined too, and things became a bit more confusing and chaotic as I returned.

However, we managed to get inside Evergrace after a lot of talking, and once inside the mostly empty, yet already repaired city within this fortress, my friends started moving very quickly, placing tables and seats outside the castle area.

At the same time, I could smell delicious meals already being cooked. It seemed everyone was preparing some food. Erika and Elizabeth weren't the only ones cooking, Eric, Chris, and Elfriedden were all very capable of cooking, so they helped out as well.

"Is it really okay for me not to help?" I wondered, sitting down over one of the wooden chairs as I glanced Elizabeth and Erika cooking over a large bonfire.

"There's nothing to worry about, Blake!" Erika said. "You just sit down and relax!"

She was moving a large bowl full of rice with several small vegetables and small pieces of meat, she slowly seasoned it with various herbs and some salt, and lastly egg, her fried rice was looking delicious, truth be told.

"If one hour was a day over there, it must have been an exhausting trial! Please just sit down and leave the rest to us, dear."

Elizabeth continued cooking, moving her hands rapidly as she began chopping and grilling meat with olive oil, onion, garlic, and other sauces, letting out a delicious smell.

"Well, thanks…"

I wasn't sitting there on my own, Braveblitz admired the stars above the sky, as it was already night while Aurora watched over how Nova played with a lot of Abyssal Vampiric Undead that followed her around curiously.

Eleanora and Saphira were also sitting by my side, Eleanora was drinking some wine calmly, while Saphira was indulging in her sweets, as I gave her a slice of every cake I had.

Meanwhile, the rest of my friends were moving everywhere to prepare for the big dinner, some were cooking, others were moving furniture and bringing things to eat and drink, and so on.

I suppose this brief window before we start talking and eating is good enough to check my Status and the changes of my Rank Up…

The stats increased much more than I had thought, but I guess 300k to everything is indeed massive, and that even counted the Spirit and the Divinity Stats, which usually cannot increase normally this way, which is a massive boost.

Perhaps this is why I felt so overwhelmingly strong once I stepped out, as if I was now carrying so much power I was slightly scared I could use it without realizing and end up harming others.

Also, it appears my Spirit Orb is ready to Rank Up as well, but I'll leave that for later.

Once it Ranks Up, it'll go to Rank 6, and I'll be able to summon two more Vampire Spirits.

I wonder which of my many Vampire Family members I will summon now? There are many more I haven't summoned yet.

There are many that I hope I can see again, but I suppose it's all up to luck, despite how much the grimoire has been modified, this effect of my Rank Up and Spirit Summoning process remains mostly random.

Erika and Elizabeth came running towards me, bringing me a huge plate of fried rice, boiled potatoes, and fried chicken alongside grilled dragon meat with toasts, butter, and cheese.

At the side, there was also fresh fruit juice from the elves, delicious and sweet, and also black tea with honey.

It was a feast all for me…

"Thank you, I was starving."

I think it tasted even better because they poured all their love into these dishes.

But yes, this was the taste of home.
