Urban Super Soldier King-Chapter 868: Strong Rebellion Tactics
Chapter 868: Chapter 868: Strong Rebellion Tactics
A few men knelt in unison, and He Guisheng hurried forward to help them up.
Right now, He Guisheng’s heart was racing with excitement. Since he’d come this far, there was no turning back—he could only charge forward.
Originally, he had planned to act a little further down the road, but Wang Hongbin had chosen death on his own, so he could only grant the man’s wish.
At this point, He Guisheng still wasn’t sure how many people would follow his orders, so he couldn’t act rashly.
He discussed plans with several individuals in the car before pulling out his phone and calling Wang Li.
He handed the phone to the man beside him, who immediately spoke into it: "Boss wants to meet you. Pull over and come over now."
When the man finished speaking, he hung up the phone without waiting for a response.
Wang Li, that mouthy bastard, needed to be dealt with first—otherwise, he would become a major nuisance.
At the time, Wang Li was sitting in a car ahead. When he received He Guisheng’s call, he felt a hint of excitement.
His first thought was that by revealing He Guisheng’s betrayal, Wang Hongbin must have called him to confront Guisheng. In that case, Guisheng would be done for, and Wang Li could reclaim his former position.
With this in mind, Wang Li quickly told the driver to pull over and eagerly jogged over.
"Boss, you called for me?" Wang Li gleefully opened the car door and hopped inside.
But as soon as he got in, two men immediately pressed him down, while another quickly stuffed his mouth with a sock.
Realizing the bad situation, Wang Li began struggling with all his might. But it was already too late. When he looked up, he saw Wang Hongbin, utterly motionless, with blood pooling around his neck—it was clear he was as dead as could be.
By now, Wang Li understood everything. He glared at He Guisheng with wide eyes, his muffled voice humming in resentment.
He Guisheng, holding a knife, tapped Wang Li’s face with it and chuckled softly. "Wang Li, everything you’ve brought upon yourself led you here. I’m someone who repays both kindness and hatred clearly. If you’d treated me as a brother, I would have been loyal to you. But if you betray me, it doesn’t matter where you flee—I will kill you."
He Guisheng’s words were also targeted at the surrounding individuals who had recently sworn loyalty to him, whose allegiance he knew would still be shaky. His message was clear: as long as they obeyed him, he would treat them like brothers, but if they betrayed him, he would spare nothing to eliminate them.
Wang Li choked out some sounds, likely pleading for mercy. But He Guisheng gave him no chance.
After all, Wang Li used to be his superior, directly under Wang Hongbin, and he knew many secrets. If Wang Li accidentally spoke of something unfavorable to him, it would spell trouble.
And so, He Guisheng decisively slit Wang Li’s throat.
It was ironic; Wang Hongbin and Wang Li, both notable figures, had now fallen at the hands of their former subordinate.
Sitting in the car, He Guisheng quickly reached out to trusted allies. After all, other vehicles still carried many of Wang Hongbin’s men, and He Guisheng couldn’t be certain of their loyalty.
Only after devising his plan did he leave the car and gather everyone together.
Standing at the front, He Guisheng boldly proclaimed, "Brothers, I need to tell you some unfortunate news. Our boss, Wang Hongbin, has just tragically passed away."
As his words fell, the crowd first fell silent before erupting into shouts of disbelief.
"Quiet down, all of you," He Guisheng roared, but few heeded him. Many rushed forward, eager to see what had happened.
Suddenly, a loud gunshot rang out, silencing the crowd instantly.
He Guisheng stood, gun in hand, his face stern.
"I said, the boss passed away moments ago, and all of this was caused by Xiang Yu. Xiang Yu killed the boss, and we must direct our hatred toward him."
Scanning the group, He Guisheng continued, "Before the boss passed, he gave me one request—to take his place. I resisted, but this is his final wish, and I have no choice."
By now, everyone understood the truth: Wang Hongbin was really dead.
"He Guisheng, you bastard—you killed the boss!" someone angrily stepped forward, his bloodshot eyes fixating on Guisheng.
Without hesitation, He Guisheng raised his gun and shot the man, shattering his skull.
This was revolution. This was transformation.
He Guisheng knew he must suppress dissent forcefully now, or trouble would brew in the future.
The gunshot proved effective; no one else spoke up. Though they understood the truth, none dared stand against him.
After all, when compared to their own lives, the truth was worthless.
"Does anyone else have objections?" He Guisheng asked, sweeping his gaze across the group.
Those he looked at lowered their heads.
Seeing this, He Guisheng smirked in satisfaction. "Load his body into the car. These brothers were killed by Xiang Yu, and we’ll settle accounts with him later."
Someone immediately stepped forward to ingratiate themselves, dragging the corpse onto the ambulance.
He Guisheng ordered the car to be set aflame and pushed it down a ravine—destroying evidence completely.
Once they returned to City No. 5, as long as the men remained silent, no one would know Wang Hongbin had been murdered by him.
"Oh, there’s one more thing I forgot to mention," He Guisheng shouted after completing the tasks—turning to address the group. "Just earlier, I had some brothers bring your families together. They’re having dinner now—my treat. Nobody’s allowed to leave, okay?"
After his words, He Guisheng entered a car and drove off.
Those remaining froze briefly before following him. They understood his meaning: if they disagreed or revealed anything, not only they but their families would face threats.
They weren’t foolish enough to endanger their families over Wang Hongbin’s death.
In the car, He Guisheng finally exhaled deeply. He had dreamed of sitting in the boss’s position one day, but he’d never expected it to happen so soon.
Leaning back in his seat, He Guisheng couldn’t contain his laughter. To be honest, he had Xiang Yu to thank—without him, Guisheng wouldn’t have reached his goal so quickly. ƒreewebɳovel.com
Now, he needed to return to City No. 5, spread the news that Xiang Yu killed the boss, and quickly rally forces to stabilize his position. Soon, he’d be the true ruler of the city—the thought alone thrilled him.
In the past, his desire was simply to amass wealth and live a happy life. But now, his ambitions had evolved—he wanted to dominate an even larger stage, to crush everyone, including Xiang Yu of City No. 2.
