"In my opinion, we can learn how to run variety showsfrom past experiences. "We will present our entertainers as the guests on shows. That will increase not only entertainers’ exposure but also company’s income" Murray made it clear

The tasks required from entertainers and the marketing department would feel like burden.

Marketing department used to choose a program by paying attention to program’s reputation,its competitors. They would sign contracts with the better side

"Everyone needs to be patient and cooperative. Everyone is urged to adjust to suit the variety show protocols. "The marketing department will need to be more active. Reach out to the entertainment department. There must be thorough checks to find the variety show most suitable for our entertainers" Murray knew the pressure would be more on them

It was not his fault, everybody had to give their all to tackle the current situation.

Murray also had to keep encouraging his employees as he would also oversee that the company is running smoothly.

"I believe that if we go through this working together, as a team.Our company will survive" "I don’t want anything to happen to this company. I want us to have a meeting like this after we survived this tough period" he said it sternly to excite and encourage the employees.

They all nodded and clapped for him.

"if there is anyone having any problem with these plan or feel we could make it better. You can meet me at anytime" he assured them
