Ladies were always good at saving money unless that lady was possessed by some evil spirit that wanted to see her living in poverty for the rest of her life.

She ticked their plan and this meant that she was going to give them the loan. The interest rate was 5%, it was like giving away money for free. Of course, to make things easier for them to repay the money back.

They had to pay this interest monthly until they finish their debt, and if they make it big, they will pay back some of the principal debt thereby lowering their interest to be paid in return.

She didn’t want complicated things at all, she just wanted to do something straight and forward.

She also read other business plans and to be honest, she was quite pleased with these people. All of the projects didn’t require a lot of money and she understood that most of them were being done by the commoners. This is what she wanted and she was happy to see it being implemented.

The day came to an end and Alayna drove her kids back home and they were excited to be in the new car. They didn’t have to share the seat but both of them were busy in the backseat.

When they arrived home, they helped each other with dinner and watched T.V together. When they were done, they went to their respective rooms, and Alayna in her room took out her laptop and began to write the plans she thought about.

She began to browse other gardens online and she found a lot of themes. She could open a section for birthdays and in that section, she will place items needed for any birthday party like balloons and banners.

The same will be done for other sections as well and all of this means that she needed to hire more people which wasn’t a big problem. They will buy tickets from the supermarket and then go to the garden.

The kids can go and play at the playing ground and have their photos taken. It was a win-win situation for everyone and thinking about it she was happy.

The other issue was relating to movies, she wanted to teach these people about many things and let them see the world. It wasn’t about other worlds but Niafell as well.

The next day was quite beautiful for her, the kids apparently were very excited and through their mouths, she got to learn that they received their first client yesterday and they were done writing the plan.

Since she was going to see it later, she decided to not pry on their issue.

More people came to apply and others received their loans after signing the agreements drafted. Alayna kept the agreements and stored them in the system, they were safer there than anywhere else.

Her ten employees signed the contracts and she used her free time to show them around. As everyone else was busy she decided to not take any of Elena’s time and do the introductions herself.

She walked with them to the staff housing area and showed them the house. Since she could enter the house, she showed them inside but didn’t allow them to touch anything as it belongs to others.

She taught them about electrical appliances and what they are used for. The ten people learnt a lot on this day and they were so happy that they were picked.

As this particular staff house could only house one more person, the guys were so eager to get this last spot. When she was done introducing the current house to them, she pointed toward the area where the dormitory was being built.

"The new staff house is being built there and will be ready by tomorrow, so nine of you if you want to live in dorms, you will be moving there tomorrow but only after you are aware of what should be done."

Alayna showed them other places as well but didn’t bother with the garden as that wasn’t their jurisdiction, they will be in charge of the supermarket and not there.

After showing them around, she gave them the employee benefits and explained to them, "as you can see, you can take a loan from me and return it in the allocated time without any interest. You can also receive maternity leave and it applies to both males and females. Lastly, you can open a savings account with me. This savings account is where you ......…."

Alayna after dealing with the new employees drove her car away from the supermarket and drove towards the new staff house. The house was ready and she was going there to do some finishing touches.

After entering the fog, she smiled as she looked at the finished house. It was quite big and the design made the house very interesting, it wasn’t that boring rectangular building structure but more castle-like with some artistic designs on the corners.

Alayna didn’t rush to enter inside but went to check the restrooms first. For the men, there were three toilets and three bathrooms. There were no bathtubs but just showers. However, there were two taps for hot and cold water.

The same was true for ladies except that there were sanitary bins to make the whole structure complete.

The dormitory itself was built wonderfully. As it was one building, it was squarer on the outside and when she approached the front, she was welcomed with a wide veranda decorated with some potted flowerpots.

When she walked inside, the whole building was empty and she knows that she was supposed to buy everything that is needed there.

The rooms were spacious and that was enough for her. So, without wasting much time, she went online and began her shopping. Each bedroom space was enough to hold ten people if she puts bunk beds.

She didn’t want to keep on building more buildings in the future, so she bought ten bunk beds for the men and women. She also bought ten wardrobes instead of a chest of drawers as they take too much space.

Two people sharing the same bunk bed will share the wardrobe. One each side and it was settled. After buying this, she also went to buy furniture for the living room, the sofas, the T.V, the dining table and chairs, the kitchen furniture, and everything that was needed.

She spent quite a lot on the house but it was worth it. After paying for everything, the house was enveloped by a bright light and without her moving, the house became fully furnished.

Luckily, she was used to how the system works so she wasn’t shocked by what happened.

The dormitory now looked much better and she was satisfied with this. She went outside and checked around. They can see what to do with the land outside, have a few gardens, or not at all.

After dealing with this, she left for the Phoenix Garden to check a few things before returning to the supermarket.

There was a lot to do and time to actually rest, there wasn’t any. Luckily the day after tomorrow was an off day and it was time to have some fun.
