TRANSMIGRATED WITH A HYPERMARKET SYSTEM-Chapter 138 - 136: PROGRESS 2
Alayna wasn’t just living in the village all the time, but also returned to the Dark Forest to check up on the kids.
Merita was back in school but as soon as her school opens, she was going to transfer her to Athalia village, after all, she was confident in her own educational system.

As for Olinda, the little girl was a genius and has managed to turn that piece of land she gave her into a land that will attract envy and jealousy from others.
Olinda was quite talented when it comes to farming, she possesses talented hands and Alayna believed that if she was living in an apocalyptic era, she will be an earth ability user, which will be awesome.
The only problem was her lack of experience when it comes to concocting pills. Alayna couldn’t help her since she wasn’t talented in that area at all. She didn’t even have time to cultivate especially with the system helping her to level up all the time.
So how can she have time to know what was needed when doing alchemy and all of that?
The only thing that she could do to help her child was to find resources for her and for the rest, that was another problem for another day.
She was also looking forward to her child enrolling in the medical sect. However, she had no idea that somehow the elders of the sect already got some news of this and were looking forward to accepting Olinda.
Who cares if she is talented or not? As long as they create an opportunity to get close to Alayna, then all will be well.
Alayna didn’t forget to check on Neal, although she couldn’t go and see him as he was still training, she was just glad that he was still alive and doing okay.
Just because she has Athalia village, she didn’t neglect the other businesses as well. She promoted those that needed promotion including Elena who had been doing a good job so far.
To be honest, Alayna wasn’t an idiot to not know that something was wrong with Elena, especially her background, but as long as she means no harm to her then she didn’t care much and until the other party confesses and exposes herself, then she will pretend to not know anything.
It has been a while since the first shop upgraded and Alayna didn’t want to wait until the shop upgraded before she starts to employ more people.
If she wasn’t mistaken, the next time the shop upgrades, it should upgrade to a hypermarket and this is exactly what the system promised her from the beginning.
Of course, it wasn’t certain when this will happen but she was hoping that it will happen soon. She also couldn’t help but wonder if there will be any upgrades after that.
And to avoid the issue of delaying upgrading the shop or closing it while training more employees, she issued another round of recruitment notices for all shops.
For the Dark Forest shop, she decided to hire the same amount as the current employees and a fraction for other shops. More employees mean more space for the accommodation again, so Alayna had to start planning for that.
As Elena was promoted, she left this tiring issue of hiring to her as she believes that the others will do a good job managing everything.
Alayna concentrated on the staff dormitories after this, for the Dark Forest, all she needed to do was to build another house between the first and second staff houses and wait until the house was built.
If she is lucky and gets an upgrade card, she will use it on the houses so that they may either become one or increase space like the other times.
For the Ciliren shops, she didn’t provide a staff house for them as she got busy with other things. So, this time, she bought a piece of land to construct this as the houses available wasn’t to her satisfaction.
When doing all of this, another month has already passed. She left the job of construction to the system and headed for Belshoy. To be honest, she didn’t know if the shop will expand more than that in the future but she didn’t hope for it to expand, it will be better if she opens another shop instead.
So, the best thing to do for her was to buy a piece of land with the help of Selena and she kept it without constructing anything.
Selena’s daughter was too good at her job, so she was promoted and the duty of hiring more employees was left to her again.
After sorting the Belshoy shop, she visited the Astrid shop, she didn’t believe that it will upgrade any time soon since the shop was already a supermarket when it was constructed.
Business was actually very good; Alayna would receive reports daily so she was well aware of how her businesses were doing even when she wasn’t there and this included the post offices and magazine branches.
It wasn’t every employee that likes living in the staff dormitories as their private lives were open for their colleagues to see, however, this didn’t stop Alayna to construct another staff house for the Astrid shop just in case the shop upgrades.
She left the job of recruiting employees to the branch manager, as long as the managers recruit trustable people, she didn’t care if they used their connections. That’s how life was and she won’t be able to stop this.
After dealing with all branches, she then returned to Athalia village and it’s been over a month since she was in the village, and seeing the vibrant place, she was quite satisfied.
The huge surprise she got this time was that she managed to get some candidates for the administrative posts. These people will be responsible for the overall well-being of all villagers when she is not present.
These people shouldn’t however be corrupt or belong to any factions, it will be best if they belong to her own faction. So, for these posts, she didn’t dare use anyone recommended by the royal family or huge clans that she got acquainted with.
She was afraid that these people will try to take her village as their own and she didn’t want to see something so repulsive happening.
So, everyone was quite shocked when she picked candidates for these posts. For the village chief, the person who will be in charge of the village when she is not there, and the second person in charge, she picked a female cultivator who doesn’t have any relatives.
She didn’t belong to any factions and she looked very strict. This person didn’t apply for the administrative post but wanted to be a security guard. This female cultivator was actually strong and her talent wasn’t meager at all.
She didn’t know the real reason why she applied for this job in the first place but back then she had accepted it and let her have the job she wanted.
It was only when she was observing all the employees she became interested in her and kept a closer watch on her. Alayna practically spied on people she was interested in and seeing how much she loved the village like it was her own, she knew that this lady was someone whom she could leave the village in her hands.
Gail never thought to be suddenly summoned by the village owner of lady boss as everyone calls her. She has been very diligent in her work and never slacked off. She loves this village with so much passion that she will do anything for it.
Alayna is her idol and she really loves the woman to death, it wasn’t every day that she gets to see women who can do much better than men in this society. The other reason why she chose to settle in Athalia village was actually personal and she thought that she will keep that secret for her whole life but never expected to break that vow when she was summoned.
Alayna was sitting in her study looking at the nervous Gail. This girl whose cultivation was actually higher than her was sitting there like a meek mouse but she couldn’t hide the worship in her eyes whenever she secretly takes glances at her.
Alayna didn’t have the full information on Gail but she could tell that she was someone with secrets. She wasn’t particularly interested in other people’s secrets but Alayna desperately wanted to know just one before making a decision.
So, when Gail suddenly heard Alayna asking her, "I want to know the real reason why you love this village so much, and don’t tell me a lie. Don’t worry, I mean no harm, I just want to understand something," she practically broke down.
She felt as if she had been exposed which was partially true as Alayna could tell that there was more to what was happening around her.
Gail didn’t want to lie so although her secret was a bit too much, she still decided to come clean and let everything out.
