Transcending Realms With My Leveling System As A Demon-Chapter 93: A False Narrative
’The power to alter fate.’ Zylus stuck by his own words for quite a while, but understood the meaning behind them completely. It wasn’t much, yet it wasn’t too little; it was the beginning of the consumption of the truth. And Zylus inherited all this knowledge during the time he had connected both his systems, officially becoming ’The Transcendent Soverign.’
After ten minutes of doing so, every top five, each of them had left the hospital room. Zylus had now felt more secure, his muscles felt capable, and his actions were doable. And now, Zylus felt as if the weight of the world leaned on him.
The eighth rank’s healing ability, comparable to that of Ivy’s, had helped Zylus again.
He got up from his hospital bed, no nurse in sight, just a letter that was left on the table on the left of Zylus’s bed. He picked it up, reading the following:
’Hello, young one, this is from the one who healed you. You should be grateful that a sexy girl like me got that chance. I also have a side ability I don’t like talking about much, but I sensed darkness in you, that’s why there might be some scars remaining.’
He took a breath before continuing.
’Be careful, and nothing is worth more than your life.’
Zylus frowned, "You’re wrong, though. Life is short, so what’s the reason behind my not being capable of ruining everything else that the Spirits grasp? I’ll destroy it all, everything."
Zylus stood, raising his posture, adjusting his balance, just as he was about to walk out of the room.

"Oh fuck," Zylus checked his pockets, "I lost the balance I earned back in the colosseum. And it would be a drag to go all the way there just to claim it."
He looked down at his hospital bed, realizing he was just gifted by the Gods... or the Anamolies themselves. It was a nicely lined-up leather suit lying on his hospital bed. Probably left by Chris or one of the other five ranks as an extra piece of clothing, but he didn’t expect this.
Something so truly vast and elaborate, a piece of clothing that sshonewith millions of dollars fabricated into it. If it was a gift, then to Zylus, it felt like a miracle. One that meant more to him than it would to anybody else.
Without wasting much time, he put it on. Tucking the suit neatly, pulling the blue dress pants up, fitting his feet into some dress shoes by them as well, which matched the outfit, and fidgeting with the buttons until they connect across his body.
"Finally," Zylus whispered, "Done."
He still had some time remaining, thus, he decided to start getting out of this secured building, and possibly go to the market himself, for some breakfast to fill his stomach. But, just as he got up, he heard footsteps walking across the corridor, clearly into his room.
As the noise cancelled, Zylus’s door slightly opened.
"What’s up?" a cutegirl’s voice was heard, and a beautiful one came through, "I wanna know why you seemed so distant back when you first came back?" She asked, stepping closer.
Zylus chuckled as the women stopped walking, "Don’t be stupid, Frey..."
He stood, his vision struck her soul.
"Or should I say, I’m not stupid." He proclaimed, "Tell me about your life, the truth."
For a second, she hesitated, and then continued with her usual mood, "What are you saying?"
Frey then leaned over, her cutesy face looking as if she wanted to seduce Zylus.
"You even know how to answer at the right time, but those eyes don’t like. I know it all too well, because I have the same ones. You’re a liar."
He chuckled once more, seeing the sudden shock on Frey’s face.
"I’ve met your brother."
Once Zylus added those words, she put an armono her large chest, shaking, looking around with weary.
Zylus stepped closer as Frey’s attention hadbeen divertedd elsewhere. Just when Frey decided to return her gaze towards Zylus, he was right there, both of their faces in kissing distance.
Zylus grinned, "Tell me about it, your brother, everything, what’s wrong?" He asked, as her gaze darkened, calming the shift in her tone slightly.
She had regained peace, but at a cost, and this was clear, a sign that Frey had now become serious. She took a step back, gazing back at Zylus.
"Fine," she paused, walking towards the bed, sitting down, "I’ll tell you it all."
Zylus turned around, now that their positions had switched, but one thing that didn’t change was their facial expressions. One was weary, the other was arrogant.
"But firstly," Frey now demanded something in return, "Why and how do you even know?"
Zylus stepped towards her, staring down at her tiny self, moving his fingers downwards. He then put his hand under Frey’s chin, lifting her head upwards, so she could fully view Zylus’s expression.
His face was serious and expressive, "I’m the one who does the ordering, not you, now, tell me."
"Alright," Frey tossed her head away, "I’ll tell you."
"Can I sit?"
"Suit yourself."
Zylus slowly leaned closer towards her, taking a seat on the bed without any lustful intent.
"Now, continue."
She hesitated slightly, but then grew the confidence to spit it out. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦
"If you’re talking about Zarek, the one inside the colosseum, I’ll start by saying Zenos knew about this all first."
Not really a shock to Zylus, because Zenos used to attend colosseum battles after every course day.
"Interesting," he tried playing it off, sounding intelligent when he really wasn’t. "Go on..."
My brother and I got into a big fight. Once our parents died, nobody but us was able to take care of one another. This world is cruel, Zylus, and we had to do what we had to do..."
