Transcending Realms With My Leveling System As A Demon-Chapter 76: Which one? [Human System] Or [Demon System]
"Anyways, folks! Let’s get this show on the road!"
The crowd agreed, eagerly awaiting this duel to begin, even though no one placed a bet against Zarek, but all with him instead.
"Fight until you’re dead!" The commentator continued, "If you leave your opponent alive, you can still win as long as he submits. But leaving them alive will only lead them to seek revenge against you, tirelessly training to get a rematch."
The crowd went silent, whispers went to echoes.
"So..." The microphone vibrated amongst everyone in the crowd, "start!"
With those words said, the tension around both the fighters grew, and their stances structured into their respective fighting positions.
The fans followed a long line, signs held up into the air, labeling, ’GO! GO! ZAREK!’ or ’DIE! DIE! DIE!’
It was a crowded place for some cruel people. They went wild, yelling, jumping sideways, and sprinting to the front of where the guards let them go until.
Zylus put a hand on his chest, similarly to how a Joker would in any natural film show. The man in front of him sneered, circling Zylus slowly.
"Interesting," Zylus whispered, keeping his glance active at Zarek’s every step, "not the type to rush."
Even though Zarek was clearly much bigger than Zylus, he moved with caution, surprisingly so Zylus raised his guard. There were no systems, so Zylus couldn’t equip his, but the same goes for his opponent.
Zylus closed his eyes slightly, blinking in rapid periods, to not let off any sudden mistakes, possibly not apprehending Zarek’s movements.
As he closed them, complete darkness. For some reason, time seemed to slow while he did so. Zylus didn’t feel much during the quick succession of him closing his eyes, but when he opened them.
Knuckles curled with scratches ingrained all over them appeared right in front of him, pale white fist, aiming directly towards his face.
Bam!
Zylus got slammed all the way into the edge of the arena, as he held his ground imperfectly. This was the result of an individual who had only trained his prowess up until his system.
"Puhff." Zylus spat out some blood, and he got up right after.
Zarek’s punch didn’t do much, yet, even with him landing that perfectly, no grin ran across his face like Zylus’s forming opponents he had faced.
"Better than I thought," Zylus whispered, slowly stepping towards Zylus.
Zylus put a hand on his mask as he slowly got up, in a way that represented, ’That punch was nothing.’
Just then, Zarek appeared in front of him, but this time, Zylus adapted. The same leveled fist that struck him earlier faced him once more, as he dodged around.
"Heh," in one elegant movement, he exhaled, circling Zarek, towards his back.
In that moment, he pulled his right arm around Zarek’s shoulder, and in the same moment, he put his right leg around the middle of both Zarek’s feet.
This was in a clear attempt to pull him back, and dropping him the next second, possibly leading to his victory.
Zylus held one hand onto his mask in a mischievous attempt to look cool while keeping the balance of his face with the mask.
"You don’t have me," the man whispered, "child of a Spirit."
Zylus’s face then paused, listening to what Zarek said during that period. And in that moment, he lost his guard, letting go of Zarek’s entire body, well, lightly decreasing the intensity of his strength he displayed for a second.
Bang!
Zylus was now punched in the stomach as Zarek shifted his entire body around, his muscles made up for his lack of awareness clearly, especially his pace.
Zylus got pushed back ten meters. He now placed both hands on his stomach; the aching pain he felt coming from there really ruined him.
"I’ll do it," Zylus whispered as he spat out blood, "it’s time I try it."
He stared upwards into the glass barrier where the fifth rank’s seat was placed, beside the commentator. He had a glass bottle of rich wine; only those who had been announced as the most powerful inside of this realm could achieve this.
Zarek stared closely towards Zylus, preparing to circle once more, but then, he stopped.
For some reason, Zarek felt the tension in the air slightly shift towards one that deemed his loss. He stopped to examine, but Zylus stood there, thinking his strategy over with his usual gambling instinct.
The crowd seemed to slow down around them both, but now only one of them felt something was plenty achievable. To Zylus, this was no more than a money grab, yet this would also be the perfect opportunity to...
"Human System," he paused, "Display."

Zylus grinned, seeing the blacks holograms displayed just in front. Zarek had paused, yet his awareness grew now.
Zylus took a second to look around, "Guess I was right." He grinned as the blood he spat out began levitating from the ground.
The crowd around him seemed not be able to see the blood, I mean, their reactions didn’t show that.
Even above, the fifth rank continued to laugh beside a female right out of a pornographic magazine, while drinking a bottle of expensive wine.
"Throughout both realms," Zylus’s eyes continued to shift in every direction, "all of you..."
He grinned.
"All of you can only see one."
