"Well," Victor took a minute to really think about it. He didn’t want to rush his answer, and neither did he want to come to any conclusions.

He just wasn’t that type of person. So he thought, and thought, and continued to wonder about the difference in strength between them.

A characteristic that sovereigns also receive once reaching Godhood is ’sensation.’ This is bestowed by someone above them, an individual who doesn’t rule over worlds, but rules over the heaven and hell gates themselves.

Although they don’t even understand it. Simply put, they receive it and move on with their lives as if nothing changed.

This being, or rather, this unknown system grants each of them this one ability, where they can perceive anyone’s current and future limitations, which is crucial for sustaining balance across each world; thus, the sovereigns can never be surpassed as long as they live.

Either way, stepping into Godhood is a story entirely different. Once they each surpass their verse’s power by an incomprehensible margin, they own it, as long as there’s no original sovereign before them. If there is, that individual will kill the man destined for Godhood.

The only reason Michael or Zylus hadn’t died yet is simply because the original ssovereignof their world had already died.

Though Zylus, himself, was an outcast. He was never meant to truly be a sovereign, or rather, the information they received through Michael Elwis, the Spirit. Michael was the one destined to be the strongest, but Zylus, once more, destroyed that fated aspect.

Out of all the sovereigns, only one of them noticed this, Victor, because he sensed an elemental oath in Zylus, one which he shouldn’t have, or it shouldn’t be possible for an outsider, other than the world he rules over has.

While every sovereign can sense the amount or future amount of power an individual can have, they can’t sense the type of power Zylus is enabled to have, other than the ones they have.

Since Victor, very well known for the world he watches over, that work through elemental bounds and contracts, Zylus also has one, which the others couldn’t sense, aside from Victor Kane, of course.

Initially, none of the Soveriens could truly sense the amount of power Zylus could potentially have, which didn’t bother them at all. All of them played it off as a joke, aside from one individual, who grew skeptical...

Victor Kane, the youngest of the twelve.

A sovereign who transcends all matters of fate, is that truly possible? A man, who was accidentally taken into the outerworld, or rather, the Dream Realm.

Sensing absolutely no potential, absolutely no power level, is this...

Rather than pondering, he decided to have a one-on-one chat. Victor was able to snatch Zylus just at the right second without making others weary. Currently, Victor is still at the meeting with the other twelve.

Except, he didn’t come with his true body; he came with a clone that carried a similar mind and body, one that thinks and answers and proceeds the same way he does.

Even now, Victor can still sense nothing. But when his clone sensed Michael’s potential prowess, something lingered in his mind. He was the strongest, Michael was, clearly, with that unbreakable potential.

"But what if Zylus was too powerful that he broke the limitless barrier?" Victor whispered.

’The limitless barrier.’ This is one track that tracks the amount of potential an individual can have in the future and currently has. Although there are some side effects. This comes in direct significance with ’Sensation.’

For one to work, the other must function with perfect symmetry. While ’Sensation’ allows you to sense the amount of potential and current abilities an individual might sustain, ’ The limitless barrier’ forces a maximum or minimum requirement of power to be in use.

If someone is too weak, it won’t activate, and if someone is too strong, well, actually, there has never been a case of that. Most of the time, when they couldn’t sense another individual’s future prowess, they would assume the other to have no potential, to be weak, just complete fodder.

Although something that never once occurred to them, was if the individual’s information can surpass and shatter ’The limitless barrier.’

And 99.9% of the time, they have been correct in assuming this, but that 0.01% never once occurred to the other twelve, aside from Victor Kane, a clever one.

The dominant sovereign. An individual who believes he’s above all else, and the third strongest out of the others. Not that they have ever fought to confirm who was the most powerful, but they can tell, it’s easy to after all.

So, was he truly sent here from the ruling system, or rather, an unknown force by random, or was it the right thing to do? Making a mistake, which was the first time it had ever happened, which Victor never believed was possible.

But a two-in-one, that was new. A very rare occurrence that he had never seen.

So he continued to think about how much power Michael truly held in comparison to Zylus.

"I don’t know." Victor calmly stated, as Zylus stretched his back onto the sofa, his hand still around Petricia’s neck. "I don’t even know if you are strong, Zylus."

Zylus looked at him weirdly, pausing in thought for a moment, "You took me here for a reason."

"That’s not true," Victor paused, "Yes your right for thinking I want to use your power..."

"Then, agree to my terms," Zylus demanded.

"But it’s the fact that I don’t even know if you’re strong yet." Victor looked up into the ceiling, "I’m assuming you are."

"Fight me, then." Zylus calmly stated, "Let’s see who would win."

Victor grinned, "Go outside, let’s start."

Petricia looked at both of them as if they were crazy, "Here we go again..."

And yet, Victor’s motive had still been unknown, what his true goal is. But now, he was about to test Zylus’s capabilities for real.
