She gave Majesty a thorough bath, washing his fur with a lot of shampoo as if her cat had come into contact with fleas. Majesty endured, it was his fault for touching the smelly man.

While Alix was drying him off like a baby, he transferred all of the luck he had stolen from Wukong to her.

After giving the cat a bath, she took one as well and then started on her violin practice. Night fell while while she was still practicing and it was the return of her husband which pushed her to stop.

Immediately, he took the violin out of her hands, made her stand up and fell into her embrace as if he had no strength left in his body.

"Baby..." he groaned out.

"Are you exhausted?" She softened her voice and rubbed his back gently.

"Your brothers are really adventurous and overly energetic. They do not know the meaning of the word moderation. We took an underwater tour, walked through caves, went foraging in the forest and got into a fight with a group of monkeys."

She giggled, feeling not even one ounce of pity for him. He knew what her brothers were like and still followed, he deserved it.

"Baby, are you laughing at me?" he whined.

"You got into a fight with monkeys so how can i not laugh? Who won?"

"The monkeys." he was loathe to admit it and was only sharing it because Xiaobo would tell on them anyway. The older boys could be trusted but not him.

Laughter escaped Alix’s lips.

"How did you lose when your group had system hosts? You are strong and powerful, so is Yuewei, dad and...."

She stopped, Tai Ho Sun had a future news prediction system he was not equipped to handle a physical battle. But still, how could they not fend off a few monkeys.

"We were outnumbered and those little bastards are really fast." he mumbled into her shoulder.

She stepped out of the hug and pushed him to the bathroom.

"Shower first and then we join the rest of the family for dinner."

Caishen didn’t let her go, he dragged her into the bathroom as well.

"Sister hulk, my arms are weak and i can barely stand, i need help holding the washcloth and i want to coaxed. Those monkeys hurt my self esteem."

"Aiyaa, poor me. I have only two hands but i will have to coax five little babies and one big baby."

"The big baby comes first."

The bathroom door was closed with a bang and one cat was left behind on the bed. It sighed and leaped onto the laptop, since the owner was occupied, it would render some assistance in the gaming world.

An hour later, the entire family met up for dinner at a restaurant in the hotel. After a long day of adventure, they were too tired to go anywhere that far.

When everyone settled down, Alix brought up the monkey topic immediately.

"So, i heard that some of you met a group of very fierce tiny baby monkeys that defeated you in combat. Some of her brothers groaned while others laughed.

"Brother-in-law, why can’t you keep a secret?"

"I knew he would tell her, i just knew it. Those two are too attached at the hip."

"I am too ashamed to call them my grandsons." Grandpa Tai sneered as if he could not even face them. "A group of grown men were sent running by small monkeys, including a knight."

"Father..." Chairman Tai leaned back, hiding behind his wife’s back.

"I should have been the knight, my old self would have defeated the monkeys."

Some of the Tai boys rolled their eyes, there he went again, their grandfather, boasting as always.

Xiaobo shifted from his chair and came over to Alix, pouted and batted his eye lids. She lifted him and put him on her laps.

She was wrong to count only six babies, it was seven and she had forgotten one. Her eyes met Majesty who had quickly grabbed Xiaobo’s former chair. Again, she was wrong, eight babies.

"What did you all do to antagonize the monkeys?" grandma Tai asked.

"Tai Fong tried to steal a banana from one." someone yelled out.

"No i didn’t. It was Jiaan...he wanted to pick a rare flower for that girl he has a crush on."

Tai Jiaan denied being the cause of the monkey attack and he accused Tai Change who accused Yuewei.

The finger pointing started immediately with light and playful accusations being thrown around. The environment at the table became very lively because they had not all spent the day together so everybody had a fun story to tell.

When dinner ended, they all went to their rooms to sleep or continue on different adventures in the city. There was still so much to see and experience.

Alix stopped Tai Change on the way. He was the calmest and perhaps most rational among her brothers. He would be a good host for the weather system. Even the blue smurf approved of him.

They had a brief conversation and then she left his room after helping him activate it.

On her way out of his room, she was stopped by her mother who wanted to chat with her briefly.

"Pretty baby, can i get five minutes of your time?"

Alix slipped her right arm through her mother’s left one and they embarked on a slow walk through the hotel corridor.

"For you my sweet mom, i have all the time in the world. What do you wish to discuss with me?"

"It’s about an interview, someone would love to sit down and talk to you about some things. I think it’s a great idea, you can promote your school and just encourage other young women. Or maybe you can show off your happiness"

Auntie Mo stopped and took Alix’s hands.

"You can reject it if you don’t wish to, i heard from Jin Kang that you have turned away all requests for interviews for personal reasons. This person just spoke up for you when someone was being unkind so mother thinks we should do her this favor."

The person she was speaking of was Nan Yunwan. Auntie Mo had not shared the details of what went down in the washroom but she had kept Nan Yunwan in mind.

She figured the woman deserved a chance because she was serious about her job and knowledgeable with a proper sense of right and wrong.

"If you like her, i will do it." Alix answered casually.

"I will go and arrange it quickly. Since we are returning home tomorrow, we should do it quickly. You will need the perfect dress, jewelry and nice shoes."

She hugged Alix goodnight and went off quickly to browse the online mall of the hidden city and find Alix the perfect dress.

Alix walked to the room while pondering on the possible interview questions She would need to know what the reporter wanted to ask before hand. Nobody would be springing questions about her ties to the Lin family on her out of the blue.

When she was about to enter the room she received a notification from the bank. Wukong had wired her one hundred million, the price for two rides on her dragon.
