The friendly match came to an end and people started evacuating the small stadium. Alix was in no hurry to leave, she had to wait for the star of the day Yuewei anyway as they had to go home together, as a family.

She escaped to her car briefly in order to avoid being crowded by parents or speaking to the reporter that was determined to interview her so much so that she had cornered her in the bathroom at one point.

While waiting, she noticed that the weather was experiencing a few changes, minor to the untrained eyes and those that were not informed about system hosts. Just like everyone else, she had heard the rumors about weather boy being in the country.

She stepped out of the car and looked around, searching for the blue elf because it needed to confirm her suspicions. Her eyes were met with as surprise as she did not see Zhang Mafan but the captain, instead.

"Brother, excuse me for a minute." Alix broke away from him and run towards the captain.

He was standing at the top of the stairs at one of the exits of the stadium, feet wide apart and hands behind his back with a serious look on his face. His body language was screaming don’t touch me and everyone that came close to him cleverly took a detour.

She came to a stop on the step below the one he was standing on and looked up at him.

"Captain, fancy seeing you outside, are you a baseball fan?"

"No." he answered.

The serious look on his face was maintained perfectly, and he had the same cold attitude just like on the day she met him.

"Okay, are you looking for someone?" she turned around and viewed the dispersing crowd of people.

"Yes."

Again, he gave her a one word answer and offered no other explanation. Alix would not be deterred from her questioning, the more his mouth was sealed off was the more she wanted to pry it open.

"Interesting weather." she commented. "Almost unnatural in fact, it’s a little too warm for early spring."

"Are you hunting for weather boy? Is he here and if yes, why?"

He moved his hands from behind his back to the front of his chest and then he put them in the pockets of maroon his jacket. His eyes roamed over her from head to toe and then he smiled.

His whole face changed with a single smile, it softened up in an unexpected way. Suddenly, he seemed a lot more approachable and less fierce.

"You are not exactly going around making many friends for yourself. You should know why he is here."

Eyes widening, Alix pointed to herself, "Me!"

He nodded once, affirming her suspicions.

"He followed you to Venice, then back here. According to the information i received, he has orders coming from the left hand helper of president Bishop, Jack. Cree."

He dropped one bomb after another so calmly and casually as if he was giving her a weather update, not telling her that a killer was on her trail and the president of the bureau for all system hosts maybe had a hand in it.

Strangely enough, Alix felt very calm in the face of that news. So what if weather boy was coming after her, she was sure that she could take him down. In fact, she was looking forward to the battle between the two of them. The sooner he came, the better.

She looked at her brothers that were coming from the field, pushing and shoving each other as they teased Yuewei. Which one of them would be the host for a weather system? It needed someone calm, like Dishi or Change, definitely not Tai Fong, he was a fire cracker filled with lots of energy.

Tai Fong said something and they all run back in the direction of the baseball field.

"Your brother has quite the talent, his pitching arm is too impressive." The captain commented.

The unusual comment drew Alix from the thoughts of her brothers and early presumption that her system would eat weather boy’s system. She had not registered Yuewei as a system host, and she didn’t plan to do so as of yet.

She clammed her lips shut, giving the captain a look that said, ’no comment,’

"Do you know that there are six system hosts with sports related systems in the world?" The captain shared a fact with her.

Alix looked at her nails and yawned.

"I had no idea." she answered.

"Four now, two were from Germany and they happen not to be system hosts anymore and yet they are still alive and healthy. Both brothers have now retired from sports claiming injuries related to the fire you started." he further added. "Did anything strange happen on that day when you were at the Heinrich family compound?"

Looking at her directly in the eyes, he said, "You can share anything with me and i will do my best to cover the sky for you."

Alix did not believe that she had just heard him say what sounded like a near oath of protection out of the blue. For someone to cover the sky for you, it meant they were willing to die for you. Even though she was aware that he was on their side, his statement was a little too much.

"You are not my father, brother or husband captain, not to talk of a friend. Why would you cover the sky for me?"

He stepped closer to her, leaned down and whispered, "Because you will take me to Genesis and Afaro." He righted himself and smiled amiably. "The enemy of my enemy Alix, you know what it means i am sure. By making yourself the new face of change and hope for system hosts in the bureau world wide you have become Genesis’s inevitable competitor.
