She batted her eyelashes and looked away as she smiled, "Thank you for praise third elder."

The second elder looked upon her with dotting eyes. "Your talent in the field of healing and medicine is even far more impressive to me. Not only did you save me from a terrible death by poisoning but your songs have the ability to bring back patients from comas. Our Zhang family really used up it’s luck when Caishen married you."

Alix smiled genuinely at the praise. "Thank you second elder for your kind words."

She raised her head and looked at his complexion, it was rosier than when she last saw him. By all indicators he was recovering well.

"How do you feel now second elder, are you recovering well?"

Alix nodded, of course she was going for the game, it was on the grounds of her school, the team was hers and her brother was playing. Why was the first elder asking such a useless question?
