Chapter 471: Chapter 352: Dividing the Medicine

"Luna, you’re awake?"

Corbin Crowley was the first to notice her, his silver eyes brightening. Seeing the dark circles under her eyes and her lack of energy, he frowned and walked over, "What’s wrong? You look so exhausted. Did you not sleep well?"

Rhys Blackwood, Zeke Veridian, Malachi Arcanus, Soren Phoenix, and Mael Valerius also turned their gaze towards her, noticing her weary appearance and the dark circles under her eyes, instantly feeling distressed.

The Golden Silkworm King, Lyle Sutton, the Priest, and the witch doctor looked over too. Didn’t she go to rest last night? Why did she look like she hadn’t slept at all?

Could she have been up all night taking care of the babies?

They certainly hit the nail on the head. 𝒻𝑟𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝑛𝘰𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝘤𝘰𝘮

"Did the little ones keep you up?"

Rhys Blackwood stepped forward and asked first.

Luna Sutton rubbed her temples and nodded, "Kael, Kael Shadowend, Frey, and the eight snake babies suddenly transformed, crawling around naked in the space. The clothes I had prepared were too big, so I had to alter them temporarily, and I worked on them until dawn but didn’t finish."

"What? They all transformed?"

Everyone was astonished; young ones typically transform at three years old, with those of good aptitude transforming at least at two.

Kael and the others are barely half a year old, how did they transform so suddenly?

Among close people, there was nothing to hide.

Seeing the shock in their eyes, she explained it was because of the high concentration of Spiritual Energy in the space and the innate excellent aptitude of Kael and the others, resulting in their early transformation.

Everyone came to a sudden realization; the happiest were undoubtedly Corbin Crowley and Rhys Blackwood.

Knowing their little ones had all successfully transformed, and at half a year old nonetheless, they were incredibly joyous.

Rhys Blackwood, though naturally cold, wouldn’t show much expression on his face even if happy, restrained in his demeanor.

Corbin Crowley laughed out loud on the spot, a rare look of satisfaction on his face, "They’re showing some promise."

Soren Phoenix, upon hearing this, broke into a smile, "Suddenly having eleven little babies in the house is certainly a joy."

Suddenly thinking of something, he looked at Luna Sutton, "By the way, Luna, can they change back? If not, who will take care of the babies?"

"They can change back. It was Azure who got stuck briefly, but I helped guide him back."

Luna Sutton briefly recounted the events of last night, "They’ve just transformed and haven’t quite learned control yet. A few more tries and they’ll get it."

Rhys Blackwood heard that Azure had gotten stuck, almost becoming a Beastman, and his face darkened.

Luckily Luna was there, guiding and channeling abilities in time. Had he really turned into a Beastman, things would have indeed become difficult.

Internally deciding to train Azure more in the future so he won’t embarrass himself or repeat such an incident.

Azure was his son, and he absolutely wouldn’t allow him to become a Beastman.

"Rhys Blackwood, I’m concerned about the little ones. You should go in and watch over them, and help them practice some more. Oh, the shirts aren’t done yet. If you have time, try finishing them. They’re in the cabinet."

Luna Sutton realized she had misspoken as soon as the words left her mouth, as the space was hers, and Rhys Blackwood couldn’t enter.

She quickly revised, "Never mind, let me take you in. Make sure you use the mugwort water for decontamination, don’t bring any viruses inside."

She didn’t notice Rhys Blackwood’s suddenly peculiar expression. Taking care of the babies was fine, they were his kids after all; whether he liked it or not, he had to do it. Teaching them inside was a good thing as well.

But having to alter the babies’ clothes was truly... challenging for him.

He, a male, didn’t even know how to hold a Bone Needle.

Yet, he didn’t refuse, thinking he could just sew randomly if needed.

He turned to wash his hands and face with boiled mugwort, even changing into a new snakeskin outfit, and used mugwort to fumigate, ensuring no viruses would be brought inside.

Luna Sutton saw that Rhys Blackwood had finished decontaminating and took him into the space before coming back out herself.

Reappearing in the witch doctor’s courtyard.

"How’s the wild boar tested with medicine last night?"

She casually asked after coming out.

Corbin Crowley pointed to a corner, "Over there, its fever has gone down, and the red spots have receded."

She walked over to check, indeed finding the boar looking much better, much more normal, happily snorting as it ate the Beastman-prepared pig feed.

"Seems like the medicine is effective."

She breathed a sigh of relief, "Now we can test the medicine on people."

Mael Valerius nodded slightly, "I’ve already selected some infected Beastmen. They’re waiting in the quarantine area."

"Let’s go and take a look."

Luna Sutton nodded.

"Wait, the medicine is already brewed; why not carry it over there directly, saving the patients from running back and forth."

Jade glanced at everyone, calmly explaining.

He then went outside the courtyard, calling over several Beastmen to carry the pots of brewed medicine to the quarantine area.
