The True Heiress is the Reserved Fiancé's Exclusive Memory-Chapter 732 - 751: Odin Resolves the Crisis (5)
"I indeed don’t hate her as much as you do," Mia Ginger said truthfully.
"The choice is yours." Windsor Myres finished speaking, pushed open the door, and went into the dormitory.
Mia Ginger was taken aback, her face froze, watching her through the window.
Windsor Myres took a bag out of the cabinet, randomly stuffed two things inside, didn’t say a word, and turned around to leave.
It was obvious she wouldn’t be attending the afternoon classes either.
Mia Ginger pressed her hand on her chest, feeling suffocated, and didn’t return immediately.
She turned around and gazed at the sky from afar.
She certainly understood Windsor Myres’s feelings; her likes and dislikes were written all over her face, and that’s just her nature, which she also understood.
Just like her attitude towards Blair Chester from start to finish, it was plain as day.
But this incident, at its root, started with a group of people going to karaoke, when Tong Tong asked Windsor Myres to suggest a fun place, saying she’s good at eating, drinking, and entertainment. She was sensitive, thinking that Tong Tong might have some implied meaning, interrupted, and suggested going to karaoke, and then the issue with Victor Williams happened, which spiraled out of control.
Thinking about it now, maybe Tong Tong just said it casually, without as much meaning as she thought.
She knocked Victor Williams unconscious at the time to resolve a sticky situation for Camden River and Windsor Myres too, and didn’t feel she was wrong.
But—
How did things progress to this point?
So frustrating.
The choice is hers?
What the hell is she supposed to choose? She hates making choices, especially when it involves two people.
Mia Ginger felt terrible.
With a cold face, she pushed the dormitory door open and sat on the chair.
Until 2:15, grabbed her books, and headed to the classroom for class.
Three elective classes in the afternoon.
During the first class, without thinking, she turned her head and saw Camden River from afar, sitting in the second last row, writing something, all alone.
Windsor Myres didn’t look for him?
Mia Ginger was a bit surprised, biting the pen, frowning.
Feeling quite irritated, she thought it would be better if she wasn’t around, so why worry and meddle?
But on second thought, where could Windsor Myres have gone?
Although she’s not that into studying usually, ever since being with Camden River, she’s been going out less and her attendance is quite good.
Mia Ginger pressed her lips together, sighed after a moment, and simply sent her a message, "Where are you?"
Windsor Myres replied much later with two words, "At a bar."
Mia Ginger was exceedingly surprised, "Seriously?"
"It’s just because I’m in a bad mood and having a little drink, nothing serious. I didn’t mean anything against you, just feeling too stressed lately."
"Which bar are you at?"
"I said I’m fine."
"How much did you drink?"
"Not much."
"With whom?"
"No one, just by myself."
"..."
Perhaps Windsor Myres was a bit annoyed; in the end, she didn’t reply to any more messages.
Mia Ginger was absolutely livid.
After being together for so long, she understood quite well the person Windsor Myres is; she always speaks and acts based on her mood, more carefree.
But now—
She clearly had toned down a lot.
Quit smoking, and even drank less. According to her own words, Camden River liked her looking like the ideal housewife.
What is this supposed to mean now?
Mia Ginger frowned, suddenly feeling something was off.
Snapping back to reality, she quickly grabbed a tissue and spat out the saliva.
She liked chewing on pen caps, and just now while daydreaming, she subconsciously kept biting on the pen cap. After sending the messages, somehow she bit into the pen tip, and ink from the ballpoint pen was all over, utterly disgusting...
