The Supporting Actress Made A Comeback-Chapter 1090 - 1092: Six Months Old
Cause and effect, the cycle continues without fail.
In the blink of an eye, a month has passed.
Mo Shu’s days have become quite peaceful. Apart from dealing with occasional visits from some relatives and friends, the rest of the time is spent raising the children and chatting with the Emperor during chess games.
The children are over six months old, surprisingly more active and smart than average. Not only can they sit by themselves now, but they also crawl around using their little hands.
Though they can’t crawl for long yet, seeing the little things wearing a pair of bells crawling towards you fills your heart with pure contentment.
Today, the Emperor seems particularly leisurely. Not long after the morning court session, he arrived at Mo Shu’s Princess Palace, and seeing his two adorable little grandchildren, he was all smiles.
Holding a baby bottle, he squatted on the sponge pad, coaxing, "Little Tangguan, come to Grandpa." 𝓯𝙧𝙚𝒆𝙬𝙚𝒃𝙣𝙤𝒗𝓮𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
Actually, the Emperor didn’t know which one was Little Tangguan and which one was Little Honey Pot, but as long as he called out, both little ones would look over.
Upon seeing this grandpa in yellow clothes, Little Honey Pot and Little Tangguan grinned broadly, showing two tiny white baby teeth on their lower gums, and awkwardly crawled towards him, with the bells jingling.
The Emperor Grandpa’s heart was melting as he teased, "Oh, which one is our Little Honey Pot?"
Both little ones were very happy, wiggling their little bottoms to get ahead.
But as they crawled, one of the jars suddenly fell, the smile immediately vanished, and with a somewhat confused expression, it pouted and was about to cry out.
"Oh no!" The Emperor’s heart tightened, and he instinctively wanted to move forward.
Mo Shu said, "Father, leave him be."
The Emperor was troubled, "How can we ignore it when the child fell!"
The fallen jar was about to cry, while the other jar, still making its way, turned to look back and suddenly burst into a giggle.
The jar about to cry saw the front jar laughing so happily, and the urge to cry vanished from its little face, as it diligently crawled up and caught up with the front jar.
The Emperor watched and laughed heartily, "These two kids, they will surely achieve great things in the future!"
Mo Shu chuckled lightly, "Of course, just look at who their Grandpa is."
The Emperor was delighted with the compliment, and the front jar crawled over quickly. With affection, he picked it up, his heart utterly softened, and said, "Great job! Here’s some milk for you!"
Little Tangguan, the older brother, arrived first and happily took the bottle, stuffing it into his mouth.
Little Honey Pot, not to be left behind, eagerly crawled onto Grandpa’s lap, grinning broadly, showing two white baby teeth, and reached out with chubby little hands trying to grab his brother’s bottle.
The brother wouldn’t give it, twisting his little body to munch away on his own.
Little Honey Pot let out a whine, and the brother simply crawled down from Grandpa, turned his back, and ate secretly by himself.
Little Honey Pot was very unwilling and quickly chased after him.
Mo Shu couldn’t resist secretly laughing, and the Emperor was even more pleased, then took out another bottle, saying, "Come to Grandpa, Grandpa will give you food."
Little Honey Pot saw it and hurriedly chased after the other bottle.
Now, both kids happily held onto their bottles, eating contentedly, while the Emperor stroked their little heads and said, "These two little things are already half a year old. When they turn one, I will host a grand birthday celebration for them!"
Mo Shu was about to agree, but then quickly said, "Forget it, Father."
