The Strongest Beast Tamer With the Strongest System-Chapter 70: To the School Again
While Margaret went to the kitchen, Leonardo checked his stats.
Both Ellie and Liam had reached Level 17, giving him 16 Evolution Points even though he hadn’t gone to the Monster World.
(Beast Buff Power: 16.2) +3
(Strength: 4.3)
(Defense: 12.2) +3
(Agility: 15.4) +3
(Intelligence: 24.6) +1
(Vitality: 13.3) +4
(Stamina: 24.6) +1
(Mana: 28.5) +1
This time, he distributed the points differently so the other attributes wouldn’t fall too far behind his main ones.
The lack of Strength no longer felt as bad now, thanks to the addition of the Knight Class.
After that, Leonardo went up to his room on the second floor just to buff the egg of the White Element Peacock.
There was no visible change despite its evolution to SSS Class.
However, Leonardo noticed that the hatching process had slowed down drastically, even though he was giving it more buffs.
A higher class meant a slower birth process.
He couldn’t predict when it would hatch.
When he went back downstairs, breakfast was already on the table.
All Leonardo had to do was sit down.
The moment he sat, Margaret guided a fork carrying a piece of toast toward his mouth.
She really intended to feed him, acting without saying a word.
This kind of thing could be considered pure romance in a relationship. Leonardo hesitated for a moment, but in the end, he still opened his lips.
The fork entered his mouth, leaving the toast there as he began chewing.
It was soft, sweet, with a slight hint of saltiness and sourness.
A unique flavor—and he couldn’t deny that he liked it.
After that, he picked up his own fork and knife.
"I still have hands," he said.
Once was enough.
If this continued, he was worried this woman might make him completely obsessed with her.
After all, a beautiful woman who was also romantic was far more captivating.
"Why? Embarrassed?" Margaret chuckled, and Leonardo chose not to respond.
"There’s an event tonight. Do you want to go with me?" Margaret suddenly asked.
"What event?" Leonardo asked back.
"A gathering of the elites in this city—rich people, powerful figures, strong Awakeners, or a combination of all three. It’s held once every three months. The reason it continues is because we can exchange various valuable items."
"Sounds interesting..."
"Yes, very interesting. But don’t try to steal anything there. The security is extremely tight—you might get caught."
"No need to remind me. I’m not a thief."
"Of course not. My boyfriend isn’t a thief. It’s just a reminder so you don’t get carried away by greed when you’re there. Almost every event, there’s always someone like that—and they all end very badly."
"..."
Breakfast was short.
After that, Leonardo took a shower, and Margaret returned to her own apartment to do the same.
They were going to school.
Since that was already decided, Leonardo naturally wore his school uniform.
Margaret wasn’t ready yet when he came out of his apartment.
As a woman, she obviously needed more time to get ready.
Leonardo chose to wait. He wasn’t in a hurry—but in the end, he was made to wait for half an hour.
Even so, his annoyance disappeared when he saw her.
She looked stunning in a short skirt and a neatly worn shirt, though the top buttons were still left open.
Her blonde hair flowed freely, made even more captivating by a necklace with a small diamond pendant and a pair of long gold earrings.
Her perfume was strong, but the kind that made breathing feel refreshing.
Her legs looked even longer thanks to high heels over ten centimeters tall—something that could make any man’s gaze freeze.
Her makeup was light, but her lips looked much redder.
"I have good news for you," she said, smiling when she noticed Leonardo’s gaze.
"What?" he asked.
"I’m no longer on my period..."
After saying that, she stepped into the elevator.
Even though Leonardo didn’t react outwardly, he was a step late entering—and inside the elevator, he couldn’t help but steal glances at her.
If she was no longer on her period, it meant he could sleep with her.
The fact that she told him this meant she didn’t mind if he wanted to.
This wasn’t something trivial.
From what he knew, she was 99% still a virgin. After all, she was still young and had never been in a relationship before. Leonardo was her first.
"Don’t overthink it..." Margaret said, knowing exactly what was on his mind.
Leonardo ignored her.
Unlike usual, they were a bit late today.
When they arrived at school, many students were already there.
Leonardo’s car immediately drew everyone’s attention.
They wanted to see if he arrived with Margaret again.
If this kept happening, wouldn’t it be clear proof that they were living together?
Even Thomas Harper was watching, along with Elsa and Mary, who already knew more than others.
Leonardo got out of the car first, closing the door without locking it and walking away—clearly indicating he was waiting for someone.
Two minutes later, Margaret stepped out of the car, confirming everyone’s suspicions.
They were already used to her overwhelming beauty, yet they were still captivated every time they saw her.
No matter how cruel she was, once her relationship with Leonardo became clearer, almost all the male students felt uncomfortable.
Jealousy. Envy.
Even though most of them knew they had no chance with her, they still hoped she would belong to them—at least in their dreams and imagination.
Because of that, they would rather she remained single forever.
Today, Leonardo shattered those dreams.
"What are you all looking at?" Margaret snapped at the nearby students.
She was clearly annoyed by all the staring.
With just a hint of anger from her, the students quickly looked away. Even those farther away stopped staring.
No one dared to disturb her—let alone ask questions.
They all knew that behind her beauty lay cruelty.
She could make someone disappear at any moment.
Meanwhile, Leonardo let out a soft sigh.
This was a heavy burden... yet it also gave him a strange sense of having won everything.
"You should tone down your temper," he said to Margaret.
"Since you’re the one asking, I’ll try. But I doubt I can, especially in situations like this. It’s impossible not to get angry when my personal life is being disturbed," she replied.
