The Monarch-Chapter 645: Heavenly Monarch
Chapter 645: Heavenly Monarch
The appearance of the old one silenced everyone—there wasn’t a single voice among the crowd. Even the great organizations fell into silence. Kayden didn’t even need to think too hard to understand the difference in power between the gods who remained quiet and the one who had just arrived—it was simply visible and overwhelming.Kayden merely stayed silent as he waited for a reaction from the other gods, but as the seconds passed, it seemed that absolutely nothing would happen. No one had the courage—or maybe it was an agreement among the organizations-not to interfere with Olympus.
"You can go with him, Kayden. It’s a safe organization for your development," Thoth commented after noticing Kayden’s silence. The boy didn’t use to have much trust in Thoth, but after reading his book, he had developed a bit more faith in the man.Thoth had no principles or morals, but if there was one thing he was perfectly predictable about... it was pursuing his goals. Strengthening Kayden was undoubtedly his main objective at the moment. Kayden was one of his best bets—in fact, his best of all, the finest among countless possibilities.
"Then I’ll take my leave now," Kayden began to float toward the old one and..."This test is pointless," his voice came out even before the god’s aura could reach him. Still, the aura came. A god of that magnitude was obligated to verify Kayden’s strength personally.
The pressure of a colossal titan in the divine realm was no joke. Weaker gods across billions of kilometers collapsed, unable to even move in the presence of the figure made of bones. Mortals? All dead. Not a single one remained alive in the region. The god had no intention of killing anyone, but he didn’t care in the slightest about other living beings either, which made his power even more terrifying.
Kayden continued to fly toward the god as if nothing were happening. The pressure on his mind was null. Not even a single centimeter of his body was tense; not even a single strand of hair on his head was out of place under that pressure. It wasn’t physical—it was just an aura pressure, and Kayden wasn’t going to be shaken by something so low at this point. He was far above any divine aura; only brute force could bring him down now, and that, too, would not be easy.
"It’s a pleasure to meet you," Kayden gave a bow, not too deep, just enough to show respect but not subordination. "My name is Kayden Heart." As always, Kayden did not introduce himself with titles. It wasn’t necessary to shout that you were a king when you had a crown on your head, one that everyone could see.
"Good," the voice that came out was tired and carried the palpable weight of time. "Let’s go." Kayden felt his vision blur and...
Giant stars orbited around him. Entire planets floated in different directions. A cosmic space environment unfolded before his eyes, but... Kayden once again felt like a mortal. He couldn’t extend his spiritual sense even a single meter. He couldn’t feel anything beyond himself in this space—it was as if the laws...
"There are no laws in this place," Kayden heard a voice in his mind, and...
Enormous golden eyes were staring at him. Those eyes... they were extremely familiar to Kayden. An infinite number of years could have passed, but they were burned into his soul and mind in such a way that he would never be able to forget them.
These were the same eyes that had started everything. They were the eyes that made him who he is today. Everything had begun because of them. Kayden remained silent as the realization struck him—how much time had passed since he had last looked into those eyes, how much he had changed.
"Hello, Kayden Heart, and welcome to my private universe," the voice echoed once more in Kayden’s mind. This time, he responded politely and clearly.
"It’s a pleasure to see you again, sir," Kayden said, showing the utmost respect possible. Even though he was a man without any morals, gratitude was one feeling he would never deny. He would carry it, always.
"This entire universe is an extension of myself, so there are no laws, because everything here is me, including the living beings."Kayden was shocked by the information that reached him. It was something he had never even heard of before, something beyond imagination.
"I see... Are you part of Olympus? Was that the false peak I was supposed to reach?" Kayden wondered if he had finally arrived at the end of his journey, at last.
"Olympus? Those children have no connection with me—at least, none directly." The eyes didn’t blink even once as they stared at Kayden."You haven’t even come close to the peak yet, but you’re not far either." Kayden raised an eyebrow, curious and a little unsure.
"I still have to reach the divine peak... It seems far away to me," Kayden remarked, letting out a slow breath.
"The divine realm is very different from the mortal one. Levels here can be broken and skipped freely without any consequence. There are no tests and tiers—just accumulate knowledge, and you’ll find yourself on a higher level," the voice explained with clarity.
Kayden didn’t fully understand those words, but it didn’t seem like something that would take long for him to face directly. Somehow, he felt he would understand soon.
"Thank you," Kayden bowed in respect, not a casual respectful nod, but a ninety-degree bow, a gesture that expressed all the gratitude he had toward the being who had given him the ability to reach his current level.
"Congratulations on making it this far." The eyes blinked strangely—it was as if two black spheres appeared in front of Kayden and then disappeared.
"I am the current Celestial Monarch, the creator and master of all the monarchs that exist."
A simple introduction that left Kayden completely speechless.Celestial Monarch—that title carried several crucial implications. The first was the power level of the being he was talking to. It wasn’t that of a god; it was something beyond—or at the very least, the absolute peak of the divine level. Simply, a Celestial Monarch, the highest being of all.
