Chapter 777 Ready to have a child There were a few weeks left before FJ’s Autumn fashion show will be hosted. So far, there has been peace in the Fu family, and there has been no cause to be alarmed.

”Do you mind sharing it with me?” Shi Qiao asked. He was curious as to what important thought was going through her mind.

Meixu smiled and took his hand and squeezed it gently. “I was thinking if we could start preparing for a child when I’m done filming this movie.”

Shi Qiao was out of it for a few seconds as he doubted if he heard her right. She was wanted then to have a child soon?

”Wait, are you serious or are you pulling my legs? Hold on, are you recording this?” Shi Qiao asked a little nervous about all of this.

Meixu chuckled softly as her eyes wrinkled a bit at the corner. “No, how can I joke about an important matter like this? I’m serious. I don’t want to wait anymore, let’s have a baby once I’m done filming.”

”Seriously? Are you for real?” Shi Qiao asked a little excitedly.

He was elated because he told her when they were courting that she wouldn’t like to have a child immediately. She needed like 3 years into their marriage before preparing to have children which he agreed.

At that time, he felt that it was a little far as he really wanted a child, but since he loved her so much and was accepting and understanding of her, he agreed to it.

Now, she was saying that she was ready to have a child with him, wasn’t that the greatest news he has ever had recently?

In response to his question, Meixu nodded. “I have thought things through and decided to have a child soon. I will finish filming in 3 months, and maybe at the end of the third month, we would start preparing.”

She had been thinking about this for the past few days and discovered that having a child wouldn’t be a bad idea.

She can take 3 years off her career to have a child and raise it for another year, while spending time with her family, before going back to the screen again.

Despite the cons of taking that much gap off the screen, knowing fully well that she might not have a better come back, as other actresses fighting for an image would take over the screens before she comes back, she was ready to do it.

Sometimes, it was not all about her career, family was important as well. Although Shi Qiao might not stop her from working because he already understood how much she loved her work before he proposed to her, she should still think about the right thing to do.

Shi Qiao was so happy that he lifted her in his arms and twirled.

”This is good news! Honey, you don’t know how happy I am!”

”Of course, I know how happy you are, can you put me down before I get dizzy?” Meixu said giving off a small laugh.

She was happy to have made him happy with that decision she made. Who knew he wanted a child badly but didn’t say anything to her about it?

Shi Qiao refused to put her down until he has had enough fun. Even at that, his excitement didn’t die down that easily. That evening, he took her on a shopping date.

Getting off the couch, Fu Hua walked into the closet to change his dress and take a shower. He had just finished playing with that giddy little girl and wanted to freshen up and wash the sweat off his body.

When he was done, he wrapped a towel around his body and walked into the room. He looked so breathtaking after taking a shower, but there was no one to admire him.
