The Happy Farmer Wanderer-Chapter 81 Sexy Woman_1
Upon hearing this, Li Qing thought for a moment and said, "Both the leaves and the green fruit are growing on the tree; I didn’t bring any, how should I find you?"
The old man took out a business card and handed it to Li Qing, "This is my number, you can call me when you arrive."
"If there are more Wenguan Fruit trees around, you can let me know. Same price, and I’ll throw in a few bucks for you when the time comes."
"If it’s a large quantity, like several dozen trees, I’ll bring people to collect from the countryside. If it’s less, there’s no need to take out a car."
Li Qing suppressed the joy in his heart and solemnly pocketed the old man’s card.
Such market middlemen, who pass on information between sellers and buyers, were something Li Qing had heard of but never seen till now.
He pushed down his excitement and after parting ways with the old man, he wandered around other places, got an understanding of the market, and then returned to the village.
"Sister-in-law!"
Upon arriving at the village, Li Qing hurried into Han Mei’s home.
In the courtyard, Han Mei and Tian Yue’e were picking out impurities from the sundried apricot kernels.
Han Mei was squatting, while Tian Yue’e was half-kneeling.
Seeing their round and pert buttocks made Li Qing swallow a couple of times as his Adam’s apple bobbed, quietly swallowing his saliva.
So beautiful.
He quietly went up and slid his hand along the seam of a leg.
"Ah!" Tian Yue’e exclaimed in surprise. Turning her head and seeing it was Li Qing, she couldn’t help but chide, "Where have you been running off to?"
"Sister-in-law, Yue’er, I’ve found a little path to fortune!" Li Qing said excitedly.
Han Mei blanked for a moment, then looked at Li Qing with disbelief, "You mean, people actually buy that earthy melon?"
"Really, they do buy them, and even want the leaves," Li Qing said, as his right hand quietly landed on Tian Yue’e’s smooth, perky butt, gently kneading it twice.
Since several large hemp sacks separated them, Han Mei didn’t notice Li Qing’s little action.
She asked incredulously, "Who would want the tree leaves?"
"I took a spin at the medicinal herb market, and those herb buyers were all buying mature kernels at different prices, around forty to fifty per jin. As I was about to leave, I met an information broker, and it’s true what he said, thirty... per liang," said Li Qing.
"Impossible!" Han Mei cried out, "Three hundred per jin?"
Tian Yue’e glanced at Li Qing with seductive eyes and wiggled her rounded buttocks, "I did hear that some people use Wenguan Tree leaves to make tea; it seems to be something that started in the southern regions in the past couple of years." 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺
"That old man said the same thing, it’s for making tea. I never thought the tree leaves could be turned into tea," said Li Qing with uncontrollable joy on his lips, "I plan to take advantage of these free days to pick some and give it a try."
"If we can really sell them, with over a hundred Wenguan Trees in the garden, just the leaves alone could bring in a good amount of money."
"Let’s go help you pick them. They’ll certainly want the tender leaves for the tea, and that’s a delicate task," Tian Yue’e sat down on the ground, pressed Li Qing’s hand to the ground, and threw him a flirtatious glance.
Li Qing chuckled, withdrawing his hand from under Tian Yue’e’s elastic butt and placing it on his waist, "I’ll go by myself. You and my sister-in-law need to go to the town to sell vegetables. If this turns out to be nothing, I’d rather not mess up both ends."
"I think that’s fine," said Han Mei, "Although he quoted thirty per liang, after all, it hasn’t been sold yet."
"Yeah, that’s right," Tian Yue’e nodded, "We’ll wait until it’s really sold before celebrating."
"If it really can sell for three hundred per jin, then all the leaves in the garden could fetch thousands of dollars."
Tian Yue’e lifted her chin, biting her thin lips as she glanced at Li Qing, her eyes brimming with a watery gleam that seemed to sparkle with electricity.
Li Qing’s lips curled up at the corners, and his right hand slid down along the taut edge of his jeans.
Tian Yue’e smiled seductively, gently lifting her ample hips.
Li Qing seized the opportunity, his hand slipping down the smooth roundness of her buttocks.
As they passed a ditch, Li Qing’s fingers touched her tender moistness, feeling warmth upon entry.
"Mmm..." Tian Yue’e couldn’t help but let out a soulful nasal moan, and quickly said, "Then let’s start at both ends, just so happens that I have fewer tomatoes and peppers in my greenhouse this year, based on the situation these past few days, they’ll only sell for a few days, and we need to keep some for our own consumption later."
Han Mei looked up at Tian Yue’e but didn’t notice the covert actions between Li Qing and Tian Yue’e.
She said, "It’s almost dark today, no other work can be done, let’s go help Qingzi pick some, so he can take them to the city to try selling."
"All right, let’s hurry up then, no more resting," said Tian Yue’e, her cheeks flushing red, taking the opportunity to stand up.
Li Qing wanted to slip his fingers inside to explore a bit more, but Tian Yue’e didn’t give him the chance.
The three of them then packed up the apricot kernels and prepared several large hemp bags before heading out the door.
Li Qing’s orchard was just behind the house, a mere three to five minutes’ walk away.
The three of them set to work individually, each starting to pick the tiny tender leaves from one tree.
It was indeed a very meticulous task.
Before long, Li Qing’s waist ached, his back hurt, and his neck was stiff. The worst part was he had hardly gathered much.
Lightly weighing them in hand, they amounted to no more than a tael or two at most.
They kept busy until dark, preparing five hemp bags in total, but not even one bag was filled.
"That’s about enough, I reckon it’s around two jin, Qingzi, you take these to try selling first," Han Mei said, weighing the bag.
"Sister-in-law, I’ll also prepare some unripe fruits. That old man seemed to imply that unripe fruits fetch a better price. It’s just that I thought he was a swindler at first, so I said I didn’t have many fruit trees, and he didn’t say more," Li Qing said.
Tian Yue’e chuckled, "Those second-rate dealers who sell information indeed look like swindlers."
"When you listen to them, it feels like the sky’s the limit, as if there’s nothing they won’t buy. But in reality, they do buy everything, it’s just the price, you see, that depends on the person."
"They’ve got wide connections, so they naturally speak with confidence. We don’t understand and tend to see them as swindlers," Han Mei smiled, "Let’s hurry and pick some more unripe fruits, we should head back soon, it’s getting dark."
Later, the three of them picked two whole bags of unripe fruits before taking a break.
The next day, Li Qing rose early, borrowed a three-wheeled motorcycle from the village, and headed to the county town.
Outside the herbal medicine market, Li Qing called the little old man to inform him of his location.
After Li Qing made the call, it wasn’t long before the little old man showed up.
But this time, he had a woman with him, distinguished and sensually alluring.
