THE GOD EATER-Chapter 206: Neither Of Them.

The fast giant had finally caught up to him after so long of trying. Now that she was right behind him, she roared as she thrust her spear at his back.

This action of hers had given him two choices to make. Either he dodged her attack and left the slow giant alone, or he continued with his punch to the slow giant while her spear stabbed into his back.

He chose to do neither. What he did was to continue to punch at the slow giant while six whips sprouted out of his back and lashed at the fast giant.

He was going on the offensive and the offensive at the same time. So now, the fast giant had to decide between dodging or crashing head-on into the six black whips.

Her eyes squinted when she saw the whips. She was nearly caught off guard by them, but she was still able to react swiftly.

In just a split second, she jumped away from the whips. Clearly, she chose to avoid the whips. This was because they only looked like whips, but were not.

The six whips were thin for sure, like whips, but they were also flat and had sharp edges, which made them more like slender blades than whips.

If she were to be caught by them, they would tear all the meat from her bones and skin her into a bloody skeleton with just a single sweep. So it was a good idea for her to avoid them. But this good decision meant that the slow giant was left to deal with Loki.

The slow giant had just attacked and couldn’t block the incoming blow with her right hand. She also couldn’t block the attack with her left hand because she no longer possessed a left hand. This left her defenseless against the punch to her chest.

When the punch struck her armored chest, it was as if an explosion had taken place within her chest. The explosion forcefully pushed air out of her lungs in an instant. And when there was no more air to be pushed out, the force of the explosion quickly pushed her lungs out of her mouth.

Lungs were not meant to traverse the path between the mouth and the throat. So when the lungs came out of her mouth, they came out in bloody fragments.

If she still had lungs, the bloody fragments would have surely choked her. Fortunately, she didn’t have lungs anymore, so she avoided the dastardly fate of being choked to death.

Unfortunately for her, she could only avoid this fate because something else was happening to her. Apparently, it wasn’t only her lungs that were forced to vacate the premises of her chest cavity. Even her heart was a victim of this merciless eviction. It was a truly heartless situation.

Her heart didn’t have access to her throat as her lungs did, and couldn’t take that route to escape her chest cavity. The only way out for her heart was through the back of her chest.

The problem with this route was that her rib cage and spine were standing in the way of anything trying to leave through her back. And these skeletal structures were made of the bones of a giant, which were very strong.

Thankfully, the force of the attack was strong enough to blow her back wide open and let all her internal organs acquire freedom to explore the world outside of her body. When the overwhelming force struck her bones, they gave way even though they were the bones of a giant.

All of these happened in an instant. He struck her chest, her armor caved in, her shattered lungs were forced up her throat, and a large bloody hole was ripped open where her spine used to be, and her crushed heart was ejected through this hole.

An instant later, she fell to the ground dead. This sight sent a chill down the spines of everyone watching.

As the person closest to the scene of the forceful organ liberation, the fast giant felt a wave of fear wash over her body. Her eyes widen in shock for a brief moment. Then she took to the air and flew backwards.

It was clear that she was running away. Loki could make her stand and fight by saying something offensive to her. He already had something that could do that, like saying women shouldn’t be warriors and have a more useful purpose in the kitchen.

But it might not work. After all, he would be hoping that she would overcome her instinct to survive. So he decided to be more forceful in his approach.

He bent his knees and leaped into the air after her. The stored power of 20,074 units ripped through his body before catapulting him into the air.

The ground cracked beneath him for a brief second. Then he was gone.

This time, she didn’t have time to react before he smashed into her. This turned out very bad for her because when his head smashed into her stomach, her stomach gave way and let him pass through her.

If she could become intangible, the matter of a whole passing through her would not be an issue. But she was made of tangible matter, so when her flesh gave way to Loki, she was severed in half at the waist.

Loki flew past her and only stopped more than 50 meters away. As for her, she fell to the ground with her mouth bulging in disbelief and shock.

He used his wings to halt his forward motion, or he would have jumped higher than that. Then he turned to look at his handiwork.

The sight of the two dead giants and the notification of earning 3 grade 4 merit points each for them made him nod his head in satisfaction.

He patted his hand and said to himself, "Four more, and I will have enough for a Level 4 Dao Status."
