The Celibate Tycoon Has Fallen-Chapter 67: Out for a While—Who Did You Hook Up With?
Madeline Forest’s mouth opened wide enough to fit an egg.
She wished she could cover Crystal’s mouth. "Stop talking nonsense!"
"I saw it with my own eyes, Young Master Yale was really going at it, Mimi couldn’t even move under him."
Nancy Alden turned pale, almost blue under the light, "What did you say?"
Madeline Forest placed her hand on Crystal’s leg and gave it a hard twist, "No way, don’t speak nonsense."
Really, don’t just speak without any filter.
Crystal realized her mistake; she just wanted to feel satisfied, so she quickly shut up.
Lily Jewel rose with her phone in hand, "Nancy, don’t worry, I’ll go check for you."
Nancy Alden placed her hand on the seat beside her, where Jasper Yale had been sitting, feeling the lingering warmth. What if it’s true? So many friends are here.
She shook her head, "Impossible, Jasper wouldn’t be interested in anyone here."
Crystal exchanged a glance with Madeline Forest, thinking to herself, what do you know? Even dressed in expensive haute couture, Nancy couldn’t compare to Yelena Hughes in street clothes.
You think men care about your inner beauty?
Lily Jewel had reached the door, and Nancy Alden, losing control of her emotions, shouted, "Don’t go, come back!"
She could not bear the shame here; this place was filthy, and so were the people. But if Jasper couldn’t resist and did it here...
Nancy Alden wished she could get up right away, "Come back."
Lily Jewel had already opened the door and glanced outside, "There’s no one here."
After searching outside and returning, she glared at Crystal, "Nonsense, the Young Master isn’t out there at all."
Nancy Alden’s tight grip on her dress relaxed a bit. She saw the door open once more, with Jasper Yale and Josephine entering.
Someone, quick to speak, announced before Jasper got close, "Someone just said the Young Master was outside fooling around."
Yelena Hughes came in with a drink, just in time to hear that. The stains on her clothes had been hastily wiped clean when she heard Jasper coldly ask, "Who said that?"
"Over there, that woman."
Crystal watched as Jasper walked past her, his tall figure sitting back down beside Nancy Alden, immediately making her nervous.
"What did you see?"
Under Jasper’s gaze, Crystal felt a shiver all over her body, while Yelena placed the drinks on the table.
Crystal swallowed hard, "I saw nothing, I... I saw wrong."
"Who did you see wrong then?" Lily’s voice was sarcastic, "Can’t even come up with a better lie."
Her eyes accidentally swept over Yelena, but then froze. "The marks on your neck are quite deep; they weren’t there before, right?"
Yelena quickly stood up straight. Reminded by Lily’s words, she felt a faint pain and itch while swallowing.
She touched her neck, "A bug bite."
But anyone with a keen eye would know what it was.
"Just a moment outside, and already hooked up with a man."
Aaron Payne felt a headache coming on, "Why are you women so annoying? I’m here to celebrate my birthday, not listen to your nagging. Besides, she’s not your servant. So what if she went out and slept with someone? It’s none of your business, right?"
Annoyed to death, even he couldn’t stand it.
Lily Jewel looked displeased but didn’t dare say another word.
Josephine approached Nancy, "Miss, would you like to go to the restroom?"
"Later." She had no mood at this time, "Jasper, you went out just now too, did you see the scene Lily described?"
"No."
Nancy Alden felt uncomfortable but managed to hold back, "Lily, you took someone’s words so seriously. Although Miss Hughes works here, every profession deserves respect. We’re out here to have fun, so let’s be happy."
With Jasper’s face, who wouldn’t recognize him when he went out?
Surely he wouldn’t lack self-control to that extent?
Nancy glanced at the man next to her again. Under close examination, she saw some white cream smudged on his hair and the black collar of his shirt.
The only explanation was that he came into contact with Yelena Hughes, who had cake on her!
A clear image formed in Nancy’s mind, vividly depicting the two intertwined shamelessly in the corridor. Her breathing quickened as she hid her hands behind her back, clenching them tightly.
"Come on, let’s keep playing."
"Let’s drink and enjoy ourselves."
Two of Aaron Payne’s single friends had their eyes fixed on Yelena Hughes. "Come over, have a drink with us."
"Ahem!" Aaron suddenly coughed twice, glancing towards Jasper.
The two friends immediately caught on and shifted their attention elsewhere.
The atmosphere became somewhat awkward; they were all socially adept, highly skilled at reading the room.
Nancy Alden forced a smile, "Aaron, are you not feeling well?"
"Oh, right, my throat’s a bit itchy."
Aaron wished he could end the party now and head home, but everyone was having such a good time.
Lily untied the paper wrap from the stack of bills, displaying the hundred thousand dollars all together. She had Madeline Forest change the room’s lighting mode, and suddenly music filled the air.
Everyone was enveloped in semi-darkness and glowing colors, a beam of luminescent light flickering like shimmering gold.
Men and women stood up, dancing energetically and drinking the strongest alcohol. Lily grabbed a wad of cash and tossed it into the air.
With a swoosh, red bills fluttered down like the most dazzling cherry blossoms.
Lily pointed at all the girls, including Yelena Hughes, a wild expression on her face.
"Pick it up, whoever grabs it, it’s theirs. I’m in a good mood today, so I’m giving it to you!"
Yelena lifted her head, a few bills lightly falling on her face, brushing over her stunning features...
"Really?" someone screamed in delight, today they were making a fortune!
Lily frantically swayed her hips and grabbed another wad of cash, the lavish and indulgent sensation shattering Yelena’s sight.
"Hurry up and pick it up, hahaha—it’s money, don’t you like it?"
Jasper leaned back slightly, lighting a cigarette. Amid the dazzling red hue, the falling money couldn’t sever their connected gaze.
Jasper took a deep drag, his cheeks slightly collapsing, and stared at her intently without any avoidance.
Someone bumped into Yelena, pushing her back a few steps, "Don’t block the way."
Money scattered all over the floor, as they crawled around, hands filled beyond capacity with cash.
A bill hit Yelena’s eye again.
It hurt, and tears seemed to well up in her eyes.
Jasper savored the bitterness of his cigarette, lingering between his lips and teeth. This money, it was different from what he had given before.
Previously, she was here against her will.
But tonight?
He just watched her, humiliating herself.
