Heaven Breaker: SSS Rank Tiger Evolution-Chapter 64: Unrecognizable
SQUEAK!!!
The little rats screamed, clinging to me as best they could while I moved at demonic speeds.
BOOM BOOM BOOM
"MASTER, PLEASE SLOW DOWN!" Love shouted with tears in her eyes.
"But I am going slow," I said, simply kicking the air and causing small explosions. "I could go at hypersonic speed!"
"What?" The rat’s eyes widened.
I just laughed, kicking the air as fast as I could, my body shooting forward at absurd speeds.
After some time, I landed in front of Lightning Tiger. The sun in the region was still about to rise.
"Anyway, first I need some new clothes," I said, looking at my exposed anaconda. Unfortunately, my previous clothes had been destroyed during the evolution.
"I’m practically human now—they’ll be shocked if they see me like this." 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝙬𝙚𝓫𝒏𝓸𝓿𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝙤𝓶
Sigh
I stepped forward and entered Lightning Tiger through the front door. Some servants were already working, clearing snow and carrying water.
"Good morning!" I said, waving at them.
"What?!" They stared at me wide-eyed, their gazes slowly dropping to my anaconda, clearly impressed.
The anaconda had been made by an excellent craftsman, so of course it was incredible.
The maids looked away with difficulty, their eyes still trying to sneak a peek, while the men dropped their tools and shouted angrily.
"Who are you?!" They approached with furious steps. "How dare you appear naked in a noble house!"
"He must be some drunken vagrant!" the man beside him shouted. "Do you think you can just walk around like that, polluting the eyes of pure maids and noble ladies?!"
"Pure?" I looked around again. Some noblewomen were watching me from the windows with flushed faces, while the maids were breathing heavily.
"Don’t get me wrong... but they’re liking what they see," I said, scratching the back of my neck.
"What did you say?!" he shouted. "You damn—get out of here before my patience runs out and I call—"
WOOOSH
My aura surged toward him, and immediately the man collapsed to the ground, foam filling his mouth.
"Hii!!!" The other one screamed, backing away instantly. "Guards! Guards! Guards!" He ran off shouting, but soon tripped.
His mouth filled with snow as he tried to stand up, trembling, only to slip and fall again.
Sigh
"I have better things to do..." I said, turning my back on them and heading toward the building.
"Wow... the back looks good too..." one of the maids exclaimed behind me.
As soon as I entered, there were hundreds of guards waiting for me, lightning crackling along their weapons.
Some wielded rapiers, others long, thin swords; some were even hiding above the chandeliers with hoods and hidden blades.
WOOSH WOOSH WOOSH
In an instant, dozens of attacks rained down on me. The power embedded in each one was astonishing.
Even so—
"Fall."
I commanded, and so they did. My aura crushed whatever power they had, slamming them into the ground on the brink of unconsciousness.
"ARGH!!!" One of them tried to resist and retrieve his blade, but his eyes rolled back and he passed out.
I continued walking through the residence with calm steps and a serene posture.
"There should be some kind of robe in my room," I thought, when a new figure appeared at the end of the corridor.
The angelic-featured maid.
"Finally!" I shouted, catching her attention. "I was looking for someone I knew."
"You know me?" she asked, tilting her head. "I’ve never seen you before."
"You have!" I exclaimed with a sigh. "I just changed a little..."
"In that case, maybe a fight will refresh my memory." She suddenly vanished from my sight.
WOOSH
Before I realized it, a blade was coming at my neck from behind.
BOOM
I snorted and simply grabbed her wrist. She immediately dropped the blade, grabbed me with her left hand, and attacked again.
"You don’t give up, do you?" Suddenly I disappeared and reappeared right behind her.
"But what?!" she exclaimed, feeling her own blade pressed against her neck.
"That’s enough pointless fighting," I said, throwing the dagger at the wall and pinning it there. "Eventually the heavy hitters will show up, and I just want some clothes and to talk to Raiden."
Gulp
"Our guardian is far too busy to deal with an invader so—"
"Kai, I’m Kai!" I shouted. "I’m not an invader!"
She chuckled softly.
"So Kai is the name of our invader."
"..."
"You’re lucky you’re pretty."
BANG
I knocked her out with a blow, silencing her completely, and continued on my way to my room.
I was almost there, without interruptions, but I could sense that within the silence there were more and more conspiracies forming against me.
Finally, in a well-lit corridor, one more challenge awaited me.
"I don’t know who you are," Gravis said at the end of the hall. "But this is where you decide whether to turn back or truly face this noble house."
Gravis summoned lightning around himself—it looked even stronger than during our first encounter.
"I can forget this if you retreat, but I can’t let you leave alive if you decide to face me. And even if I’m not enough, know that the Lord has many children who can kill you, and he has many brothers as powerful as himself, each with many children. And if even that isn’t enough, our guardian beast will be!"
"Gravis, how can you be so serious facing a naked man?" I said, astonished. "Seriously? You’re going to fight a naked man without a second thought, with all that seriousness?"
"What the hell are you talking about?" Gravis growled irritably. "Every tiger fights naked—always naked. Only humans would be ashamed of such magnificent and honorable parts."
I pondered what he said.
"You know... you’re right," I said, rubbing my chin. "I fought naked this whole time and didn’t even realize it."
BZZ BZZ BZZ
"So?" Gravis said threateningly, invoking his aura. "What’s your choice?"
WOOOSH
His aura swept over me—an aura that had certainly grown stronger.
It could definitely make Sinners run away trembling in fear just from sensing it.
Even so, wasn’t it kind of ridiculous?
"Say what your decision—"
WOOOSH
My aura swallowed his and surged throughout the entire Lightning Tiger castle, making everyone tremble and pass out.
I’m sure even the Lord himself was gasping atop his throne.
"Damn it! I should’ve called the master!" Gravis shouted as he collapsed to the ground, his hand trembling. "But know this—I won’t beg for my life!"
I approached Gravis and crouched in front of him.
"It’s me, Kai—your brother, you little bastard."
Bang
I flicked his forehead as I retracted my aura.
"Anyway, good morning, everyone!" I said, feeling hundreds of blades pressing against me.
The Lord and his children, the Lord’s brothers and their children, the servants and maids, and even the guardian beast, Raiden.
"Lord! It’s a pleasure. I hope I didn’t scare you too much, hahaha. But I imagine you know... none of these blades protect you from me."
I said in a threatening tone.
"But good morning anyway!"
