Chapter 402: Templar of Light Apprentices (1)
I’m alive!
Chunhua throw her fists up and inhaled a mouthful of air to confirm she’s alive.
More importantly...
"Eh?" She dropped her hands before sending her consciousness to inspect her Dao Seed that had grown into a large light bulb occupying her spiritual sea.
Chunhua: (⊙︿⊙ ✿) !!!
Not only did she cross Golden Core Stage, she skipped six levels from the thunder tribulations.
If there were ten or fifteen thunders more, she would have achieved a bottleneck again.
Because she was so immersed in the pain before that she was not aware of it.
Chunhua shake her head.
What is she saying? Does she have a death wish?
Though it was totally unexpected since from what she heard from her Master that one of the strongest cultivators had only gain around 3 levels at most and it was the previous Sect Master.
He was able to successfully achieve it because of his unique Heavenly Refining Physique that allows him to attain thrice the results with just a third of the effort.
All she knows about that Heavenly Refining Physique was being compared to an advance grade of gathering array and even the owner does nothing, his body will draw in qi endlessly like it was natural vacuum.
In terms of advancement, his/her progress would be a hundred times faster than the others.
There were also other kinds of physique, which were divided into several grades termed as Mortal, Earth, Divine, Ancient, Mythic, Empyrean, Celestial and Primordial in ascending order.
Her Master also had a physique. It was called Weapon Embodiment belonging to the Earth Grade.
She had seen him condensed various weapons through his qi and they were on par with the high-grade dharma artifacts.
It was also very easy for her Master to be proficient in Weapon Intent which gave a lot of Cultivators headaches.
The Heavenly Refining Physique, on the other hand, belonged to the Ancient Grade and when the previous sect master’s physique was revealed, it caused quite a stir in the Tianmeng Continent.
Meanwhile, those with regular aptitude can advance a maximum of one level from all the qi during the tribulation.
Chunhua’s case was highly bizarre just like the Thunder Tribulation she experienced. She didn’t have a clue what had transpired.
Growl-
Her thoughts came to a halt when her stomach released a loud growling noise.
I’m so hungry....
Chunhua dropped on the ground in defeat.
Lesson learned: Bring food before challenging the Thunder Tribulations.
All of a sudden, she sensed a killing intent directed at her.
Er-
What is that?
Chunhua narrowed her eyes looking at the magic circles hanging above before trying her new skill- Spatial Teleportation, tracing the owner, which to her surprise was a girl wearing a uniform of the Templar of Light.
They came in the Main Game Planet so early. But more importantly...
"Are you trying to kill me?"
----
"Brother Xicheng, what do you think it was?"
"I don’t know but we were lucky." Xicheng gazed at sky before at the broken fences in exhaustion. If it were not for that strange thunder scaring all those monsters way, they would have long ended up in the monsters’ belly.
"I hope we can find Sister Nuo’er once the daybreak comes." Boran said.
Xicheng was silent and didn’t answer the question. He knew himself that it was impossible. The memory of him pushing Nuo’er still lingered in his mind.
Nuo’er, you don’t mind sacrificing to save your cousin, right?
Xicheng asked in his mind.
----
"It’s gone!"
The players exclaimed, seeing that the sky had returned to its usual tranquil look. Their expression changed to relief.
"Finally, that was so scary. I thought it was never going to end."
However, contrary to theirs, the otherworlders expression only became heavier. The next part is the one that is the most dangerous.
"Territory Manager, do you have any contingency plan?" Remi approached Siri with concern.
Siri maintained a calm façade and lied to his teeth as to not worry the residents, "The Landowner is not here. She probably went ahead to investigate before the Thunder Calamity happen. Until she is back, don’t let anyone go out of the territory. Don’t worry too much about it. The territory is surrounded by a strong barrier the Landowner luckily found an advance barrier during one of our exploration."
The matter of players able to make a barrier is unheard of. Siri chose to not disclose it.
Baozi is not here and went to investigate?
She even gave up her sleep! What a dedicated landowner! Everyone was touched.
Nikolai glanced around and found it was the case, though he could not identify its grade at all.
He walked outside and conjured a ball of red mist formed it his right hand and it lunged towards the territory where struck an invisible wall. freёweɓnovel_com
In that short moment, everyone saw the red ball of mist colliding with a barrier before it vanished.
There really is a barrier!
What luck...
Nikolai rubbed his chin. That girl is able to find something good with someone super unlucky on her side? He tossed a side glance to the golden haired walking time bomb.
Suddenly, he raised his eyebrows noticing a figure walking outside after him and disappeared towards the Desert Plain. Where is that guy going? Doesn’t he know there is an evolved monster in the loose?
Not long after, four tiny figures followed.
Never mind, he’s not a nanny to overly concern about them.
Witnessing the results of the test, the players except for those who know its existence beforehand were shocked.
The territory’s barrier is still active? Didn’t the system retrieve it just before the first weekly tide?
’The territory is surrounded by a strong barrier the Landowner luckily found an advance barrier during one of our exploration’
These words replayed in their minds and they were a wide smile in their faces. At least they don’t have to worry about monsters suddenly besieging the territory at night!
The fears Remi and the other natives were reduced but did not disappeared completely.
