The Black Shadow Soul Hunter-Chapter 9 - 0: Soul of the ancestors

Amina saw that the Black Shadow suddenly is looking like a something else. Her breath caught in her throat as her locked on him. This man, he looked as someone dropped out of her dreams. His presence is commanding, magnetic, and he has the power to kill those men of Hakim. He is very handsome. But there is something special about him. The gods of the heaven or hell has made him. Is he the man who will stop this demon or other he is demon that will end monster and make rain in the desert? He is good looking.... Charming... but still his eyes, just like a demon who looks more dangerous than Hakim.

Amina tells him, "Once I was small when I have heard a story told my mother. In a small village in China there were a place where people lived peacefully. This village wear attached with forest. In the forest there lived many wild animals. The villagers always welcome if mistakenly any animals would come to their villages, even wild animals like bears and wolves also came from time to time. But the villagers had strong bond with these animals, so they never harm them but gave them food as offering.

She continued- "One day a small child was playing with other children by the side of the river, and one small boy who did not knew how to swim was playing very near the river... Suddenly all the other children was busy playing they could not locate this boy. During evening as his mother was looking for him, everyone found that the boy was missing! So, the people of the whole village was looking and searching for the boy. Meanwhile what had happened earlier the small boy came so close that he almost drowned at the water so one of the mother wolf found this boy, she saved he and carried this boy to his place where she has her babies. The boy was all dirty with the river mud so the mother wolf decided to lick off her dirt as she does it with her calves. While this boy was missing the people came looking for the boy finds the boy with the mother wolf and her babies. The mother wolf was licking the dirt, all the villagers thought that the mother wolf has carried the boy to eat with her calves. So, instead of thanking the wolf all they did is kill all the calves and the mother wolf!"

Amina hesitated for a bit and said, I thought the story was bad when she told me the story, because I really felt bad for the wolf and her calves. But my mother said that always try to understand and find the truth in everything, don't judge by appearance."

She thought to herself that there is no way that this man would deceive her, she has prayed to the gods of her ancestors. She wants to believe that this man will save her and bring her sisters back to her.

Black Shadow said with a steady voice, Hakim Al Tawa, all mighty, powerful, the devil, the monster should be killed and the pain and suffering will be soon over."

The Black Shadow knows he has been chosen for the special reason. They made him Black Shadow! They made him the soul hunter! The devil killer! Seems like he has been brought in this dimension to kill this devil. Hakim, Kill all the Ibex army, and destroy the evil reign. But why this girl seems to be so close of his heart? He just meet her, she is beautiful, but seems like to be there is a connection.

What is it, he does not understand! He looks up at the sky-

"See Amina, do you love stars?"

Amina replied with her soft tone looking at the stars in the bright sky "Yes, I do! I believe they are all my ancestors' soul, The good souls will become the brightest stars."

Amina turns back looking at his blue eyes.

"And the bad soul? Like Hakim's?"

"I don't know"-Amina replied.

"We kill them and collect them."- The Black Shadow spoke in his own mind!

Amina was looking at the Black Shadow and thinking in her head- "My subconscious mind is still playing trick doing crazy dance, elated that I might find my one true Prince, finally I have find him. That he was hulk of a man and more than just a soul mate that I dreamt of, but the dream could shatter into thousand pieces by the devil."

He tore his eyes way from Amina, and address to her with a measured voice, "We should get back to the tents, its getting little chilly at night. You may catch cold."

Suddenly, he glanced back at me, and for a brief moment, I saw something flicker in his eyes. It was there, barely perceptible, hesitation, dreams. But quickly it shattered as he said, "Amina, please you need to get inside. We can talk tomorrow. By the way have you eaten something?"

Amina thought to herself, this man is making me crazy by every moment. She never had any such feeling in her life before. Probably It will not happen, she may never get her family the once she had has gone and will she be able to make a new one? She closes her eyes in believe one day she might have his family all together.

On the other hand, even the Black Shadow had emerging feeling for this gir-l as he was thinking, that he could held her the hold night in the moonlight her hands. Watching her leave he felt sad. He was letting go the precious girl from her life. Every instinct telling him to get near to her, spend more time with her. The situation is complicated, as the girl might even not think of him that way, she just need a support to take revenge. Black Shadow whispered don't worry Amina, I am with you.
