Ten Thousand Dragons Technique-Chapter 209: Entering the Cyan Dragon Hall!
Chu Yue finally left, but not before leaving behind a harsh threat. "Your Cyan Dragon Manor will regret this! My brother will definitely not let you off!"
"I won’t see you out," the Grand Steward said flatly. Faced with such a threat, he was completely unconcerned. Their Cyan Dragon Manor had existed for several thousand years; Chu Zhongtian was in no position to shake them.
The Grand Steward immediately went to report the news. "Reporting to the Manor Master, everyone has departed. We can open the Cyan Dragon Hall now."
Manor Master Li nodded and said, "Young Master, please come with me." He led Lin Xuan toward the Cyan Dragon Hall, which they were about to open.
「On the other side.」
Chu Yue stormed toward the manor’s exit, her disciples following closely behind her. Tian Xing was among them. He happened to glance back and saw a figure walking into the distance, which stunned him for a moment. Tian Xing realized the figure was very familiar. It was Lin Xuan.
What is Lin Xuan doing here? And judging by his direction, he’s also heading toward the twelve Ancient Halls... Could Lin Xuan be going to the Ancient Celestial Hall? Were we all kicked out because of him? The thought left Tian Xing completely bewildered.
Impossible. Lin Xuan doesn’t have that kind of status. Tian Xing shook his head again, feeling the idea was preposterous.
"Senior Brother Tian Xing, what are you standing around for? Why aren’t you leaving?" a disciple asked with a puzzled look.
Tian Xing snapped back to his senses and jogged to catch up with the group. He wanted to say he had seen Lin Xuan, but he also felt his eyes must have been playing tricks on him. It probably wasn’t Lin Xuan. After some thought, he decided to say nothing. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
Finally, they walked out of the manor. Chu Yue shot one last hateful glare at the estate before turning to leave. She vowed to get her revenge for this. She would tell her brother and have him cripple that Grand Steward. As for that mysterious, noble young master, she wouldn’t let him off either. She would make him kneel before her and beg for mercy.
The other disciples all took their leave. Chu Yue being expelled was a major event, and they needed to report back to their families immediately. Chu Yue knew she would soon become a laughingstock, so she had no desire to linger and prepared to depart.
Only Tian Xing remained, still stunned.
Chu Yue frowned. "Tian Xing, what are you spacing out for? Hurry up and go!"
The others were also confused. Someone asked, "Tian Xing, you were just in a daze. What’s going on?"
"Yeah, Senior Brother Tian Xing, what did you see? You look so shocked."
After a moment’s thought, Tian Xing decided to speak. "I think I saw Lin Xuan. I saw him heading toward the twelve Ancient Halls."
"What? Lin Xuan!"
The surrounding disciples were shocked to hear his words.
"Which Lin Xuan? The one from Wangyue Pavilion?"
"Impossible! How could he be here?"
"We were all kicked out, so how could he still be inside? You must have seen wrong."
Chu Yue was also stunned. She was no stranger to the name Lin Xuan. This was the man who dared to challenge her brother. She had long wanted to teach him a lesson but had never been able to find him. Could he really have appeared here?
She looked at Tian Xing and asked, "Are you sure you saw Lin Xuan?"
Tian Xing shook his head. "I’m not sure. I only saw his back, but I have a strong feeling it was him."
"If it really is that kid, he’ll be kicked out too. Why don’t we wait for him?" a disciple suggested.
Chu Yue considered it and agreed. She was already seething with anger, and teaching Lin Xuan a lesson would be the perfect way to vent her frustration. She nodded. "Alright, we’ll wait."
However, after an entire hour passed with no sign of Lin Xuan, Chu Yue became furious. "Where is he?"
Tian Xing was baffled. "I don’t know," he said. "But I have a theory. It’s possible we were kicked out precisely because of Lin Xuan. He needed to use the Ancient Celestial Hall, so we were driven out."
"Nonsense!" Chu Yue scoffed. She turned and left without another word for Tian Xing.
The surrounding disciples also shook their heads and sighed. Tian Xing had been defeated by Lin Xuan and publicly humiliated at Sword Casting Manor; he was likely terrified of him now. Lin Xuan had become Tian Xing’s inner demon. He was even starting to spout nonsense.
How could Lin Xuan possibly enter the Ancient Celestial Hall? And it was even more impossible that they were expelled because of him. The idea was too ridiculous for them to believe.
But they didn’t know that Tian Xing’s guess was true. These people were indeed expelled because of Lin Xuan. Furthermore, Lin Xuan wasn’t going to the Ancient Celestial Hall but to the even more mysterious Cyan Dragon Hall. The Cyan Dragon Hall was located at the very center, surrounded by the twelve Ancient Halls. To open the Cyan Dragon Hall, one had to first activate the arrays of the twelve Ancient Halls to power it.
「At this moment.」
Lin Xuan stood before the Cyan Dragon Hall. The grand structure in front of him was like a colossal dragon in deep slumber. Lin Xuan was incredibly excited. Once he entered, his strength was sure to rise to another level.
RUMBLE...
The arrays of the twelve surrounding Ancient Halls activated one after another, their power linking together. The light from the arrays illuminated the Cyan Dragon Hall, causing it to erupt in a brilliant glow as if a Divine Dragon was awakening. A low roar echoed as the Cyan Dragon Hall slowly swung open, releasing a long-sealed primordial aura that permeated the air.
"Young Master, please enter," the Manor Master said respectfully from the side.
Lin Xuan nodded and strode into the Cyan Dragon Hall. After he entered, the great doors closed once more.
「On the other side.」
Manor Master Li said to the Grand Steward, "You go handle the manor’s affairs. I will stand guard here personally."
Meanwhile, Lin Xuan had entered the Cyan Dragon Hall. The interior was vast and illuminated by countless Luminous Pearls embedded in the walls. The furnishings were sparse, leaving the hall feeling quite empty. There were only thirty-six stone pillars supporting the structure, a throne, and two person-high incense burners. Aside from that, there were a few bookshelves holding ancient tomes. There was nothing else.
Lin Xuan curiously surveyed his surroundings. He first went to the bookshelves and skimmed through the ancient books. They were a motley collection, covering not only Martial Arts but also maps and information on other dynasties. None of this was of immediate use to him, so he just glanced through them before putting them back.
He moved on to inspect the other items. Coming to the incense burners, he peered inside but found no elixirs. Lin Xuan then walked past the burners and sat down upon the Cyan Dragon Throne. The moment he sat down, he felt as if he could look down upon the entire world, a sovereign reigning over all creation.
"Hey, this throne is really something. It feels like my cultivation speed is faster just by sitting here."
The big black dog’s voice rang out. "It’s definitely a treasure. This throne is connected to the array of the entire Cyan Dragon Hall. Your cultivation speed will be much faster sitting here."
Lin Xuan’s eyes lit up. He was just about to start cultivating on the throne when the big black dog spoke again. "Kid, you’ve overlooked something!"
Something else? Is there another treasure here? Lin Xuan was stunned. In his mind, the most precious thing in the Cyan Dragon Hall was the Dragon Dao Power. Absorbing the Dragon Dao Power here was equivalent to consuming a Dragon Blood Vine. He felt he could further strengthen his limbs and make his Myriad Dragon Form even more powerful.
The big black dog, however, said, "You’ve overlooked the thirty-six stone pillars in this hall. A Supreme Ultimate Skill is recorded on them!"
Lin Xuan was dumbfounded. He immediately stood up to investigate. He had to see just what kind of Ultimate Skill it was.
