Taming The Hidden Bigshot By Kissing Him-Chapter 233 - Divorce Again
Chapter 233: Chapter 233: Divorce Again?
Chapter 233: Chapter 233: Divorce Again?
Xu Guangyao adjusted his clothes and reluctantly answered the phone, his voice cold. “Hello.”
“Mr. Xu, all the matters you assigned to us have been handled. Your son has already picked up the paternity test report. We’ve changed everything to false reports as you requested. Do you want us to send the real report to your email?”
Embracing Shen Shiyun, Xu Guangyao asked absentmindedly, “Does my son have an illegitimate child outside?”
“No.”
The person replied, “But…”
“Since there isn’t any, just destroy the report. I will transfer the final payment to your account. Don’t let anyone know about this matter and don’t contact this number again in the future.” After he finished speaking, he hung up the phone and vented his frustrations on Shen Shiyun.
He had no idea what he had just missed.
Hearing his instructions, the private agency could only destroy the paternity report that very night, shredding even the report that indicated a biological relationship.
Shen Shiyun’s face was flushed with arousal.
After fooling around in the car for a while, Xu Guangyao tidied up before driving off.
…
The next day.
The morning light was faint.
The double-layered white curtains with small balls lightly swayed, and sunlight entered through the window of the master bedroom.
Qiao Xi stretched lazily, her limbs weak. Her skin rubbed against the silk duvet, causing a slight tickling sensation. She had slept very soundly that night.
She opened her eyes and saw the man lying flat in front of her, his chest exposed.
Gathering her courage, she moved into his arms and wrapped hers around his waist.
The man was awakened by her movement, his voice sexy and husky. “Not sleeping anymore?”
“Don’t want to sleep,” Qiao Xi said softly. “I always feel times like this are so blissful.”
She lay in his embrace, her almond-shaped eyes sparkling.

Huo Xingzhou turned to his side and held her close.
Their skin touched inevitably leading to intimacy. Scenes from last night invaded their minds, and Qiao Xi blushed but did not shy away.
She even leaned into his ear and whispered softly, “Mr. Huo, did you like what happened last night?”
Her eyes were bright, filled with laughter.
Huo Xingzhou looked down and said, “Don’t tease a man in the morning.”
“I will.”
She moved closer to him.
The man’s fingers kneaded her waist twice, causing Qiao Xi to burst out laughing. “Don’t press there; I’m ticklish!”
Her long hair lay scattered, her plain face filled with collagen making her look even more beautiful.
Huo Xingzhou flipped over and pressed her down. “I told you not to provoke a man in the morning.”
With moisture glistening at the base of her eyes, Qiao Xi said, “I can bear the consequences, just you wait.”
She pushed against his chest and sat up, the blanket slipping off to reveal a large expanse of her snowy skin.
The man’s gaze slowly traversed over her.
Conquering her shyness, Qiao Xi couldn’t help but give him a stubborn yet triumphant look as she grabbed a hair tie from the bedside table and tied her thick, jet-black hair into a bun.
She knelt half-way and leaned forward to kiss Huo Xingzhou’s thin lips.
“Mr. Huo, this way you won’t always be pressing down on my hair,” she said, her smile radiant, hiding a hint of an unspoken intimate joke.
Having long hair can indeed be bothersome when lying down.
She definitely had the potential to become a charming “fairy.”
Huo Xingzhou’s eyes darkened, his voice hoarse to the point of being unrecognizable: “You said it; don’t regret it.”
“Certainly won’t regret it.”
Her plump, rosy lips curved slightly upwards.
Huo Xingzhou leaned forward and took his time straightening her out.
Qiao Xi was defiant at first, but eventually, she could only beg for mercy repeatedly.
Aunt Qian paced back and forth in the hallway many times.
She shook her head.
Young people these days, so energetic!
She returned to the dining room, bored and watched the hour hand lazily move to ten o’clock before there was finally some noise at the staircase.
The young couple sweetly descended the stairs.
Qiao Xi stayed close by Huo Xingzhou’s side, her eyes spring-like as she glanced at him.
Her legs felt weak, making it even more exhausting to go up and down the stairs.
Excessive exercise harms the body.
“Young master, Young Madam has eaten breakfast!”
Aunt Qian had warmed this meal up twice; if they didn’t come down soon, she was going to start preparing lunch.
“Red date and coix seed porridge to nourish your bodies,” Aunt Qian served them the steaming porridge, placing it before them, “Young Madam, our young master is full of tricks, don’t let him mess around.”
“Aunt Qian, he’s not messing around,” Qiao Xi said, sitting at the dining table with her head lowered.
This time, she was the one who insisted on not letting go of him.
“Just keep defending him,” Aunt Qian sighed, “I’ll go to the kitchen and stew a black chicken soup; you can drink it for dinner.”
Huo Xingzhou rested one hand on the dining table, looking at Qiao Xi with a careless smile.
Qiao Xi hummed and gulped down a whole bowl of red date and coix seed porridge, finally easing her hunger.
“Aunt Qian must know!” Qiao Xi said distressedly.
“She won’t laugh at you,” Huo Xingzhou said leisurely.
“I still feel quite embarrassed.”
“Then you should thicken your skin a bit.”
Qiao Xi pulled out a tissue to wipe the corner of her mouth and said, “Mr. Huo, don’t you have to go to work?”
“Not in a hurry, let’s first see you keep your promise.”
“Oh.”
Qiao Xi pursed her lips, forcibly suppressing a smile.
After finishing breakfast, the two of them left the house. She wore a black, strappy, long dress that incorporated some cheongsam elements. With rounded shoulders and a small pearl purse, she looked both pretty and expensive.
Old Chen drove the Rolls-Royce out of the garage and asked, “Young master, where are we heading today?”
“Civil Affairs Bureau.”
“Going to get a divorce again?” Old Chen, who couldn’t say anything good, asked automatically.
Qiao Xi said embarrassingly, “We are going to withdraw the application, I will never bring up divorce with Mr. Huo again.”
She linked her arm through the man’s and said, “Mr. Huo won’t divorce me either, right?”
“Mm.”
The man nodded.
Old Chen breathed a sigh of relief, thankfully.
As long as the young master and Young Madam were happy together, they could also enjoy the benefits.
“Hurry and get in the car,” he urged.
Old Chen opened the car door, waiting for the young couple to get in before he slammed it shut.
He drove towards the Civil Affairs Bureau at the city’s maximum speed limit.
They arrived in no time.
Qiao Xi was surprised: “I didn’t expect our house to be so close to the Civil Affairs Bureau.”
Huo Xingzhou’s eyes twinkled, and he looked at Old Chen with a slight smile.
“Let’s go.”
The two got out of the car and entered the service hall, taking a number to wait.
Coincidentally, it was the same kind-hearted sister as last time; the moment she saw them, she smiled and squinted her eyes: “I knew you two wouldn’t split! So, did you settle on fifty million?”
“There wasn’t fifty million,” Qiao Xi said in a low voice.
Huo Xingzhou’s expression was aloof, with a hint of amusement in his eyes as he said, “It was a misunderstanding, we’re here to cancel the divorce application.”
“Okay.”
The kind-hearted sister was very efficient and directly canceled their registration application.
The stone in Qiao Xi’s heart finally fell.
As she walked out of the Civil Affairs Bureau with Huo Xingzhou, she felt the sunlight overhead was warmly radiant.
“I’m never coming back to this place again,” she said.
Huo Xingzhou looked at her and asked, “Did you bring the ‘Golden Needle?'”
“I brought it.”
Qiao Xi’s smile was radiant, “You reminded me this morning; of course, I brought it.”
She had packed the entire set of Golden Needles in her bag.
“Mr. Huo, you’ve asked me the same thing. Do you have plans?”
Huo Xingzhou took her hand, “I’m taking you to earn some interest first.”
