Chapter 381: No Interruptions

"Ahhh, that’s it!" William groaned again, his voice filled with exaggerated relief.

Sanya’s eyes widened in shock as she pushed the door fully open. Her gaze darted to her husband, who was leaning back in his office chair, eyes closed in apparent bliss. From her angle, she noticed a head bobbing up and down near the side of his desk.

"William!" she screamed, her voice echoing through the room.

William’s eyes snapped open, and he whipped his head toward her, startled. "Sanya?!"

"What the heck is going on here?!" she demanded, her face a mix of anger and confusion.

As if on cue, the mysterious head finally rose from behind the desk. It was a young man with tousled hair and an awkward smile plastered across his face. "Sir," the man murmured, oblivious to the tension in the room, "Should I continue?"

"What the hell, Gyle?!" Brandon exclaimed, stepping into the room with his hands raised in exasperation. "Sanya, relax! That’s William’s secretary!"

"Secretary?" Sanya echoed, her tone dripping with disbelief. She turned her accusing glare back to William, who was now struggling to stifle a laugh.

"Yes! Gyle was just-"

"Oh, don’t give me that face, William!" Sanya cut him off. "I walk in here, and I see that! What was he even doing?!"

Brandon stepped forward, pinching the bridge of his nose. "He was probably massaging William’s feet or legs. Gyle does that all the time for some reason. It’s weird, but not that weird!"

Gyle, still looking sheepish, glanced at William. "Uh, Sir? Should I explain, or should I leave?"

William couldn’t contain it any longer. He burst out laughing, his shoulders shaking as he leaned forward in his chair. "Oh my god, Sanya, your face!" He wiped at his eyes, trying to regain composure. "You thought... Oh, this is priceless!"

Sanya crossed her arms, glaring at him. "You think this is funny?"

"Completely hilarious!" William said between chuckles. "Gyle was massaging my legs. I’ve been sitting all day, and they were cramping up. That’s all!"

Gyle nodded quickly. "Yes, Ma’am, I was just helping with his legs. Nothing else, I swear!"

Sanya’s face softened slightly, though a blush crept onto her cheeks. "Well... you should have explained that sooner!"

William reached for her hand, pulling her closer. "I’m sorry, love, but your reaction was too good to pass up. You thought I’d-"

"Don’t you dare finish that sentence!" Sanya snapped, though a reluctant smile tugged at her lips.

William let out a deep breath, his expression shifting from amused to serious as he turned to face Brandon and Gyle. "You two, out. Now."

Brandon raised a brow but didn’t argue. Gyle, on the other hand, gave a quick, nervous nod and started toward the door.

Before they could fully leave, William added his tone firm, "Gyle, make sure no one disturbs me while my wife is here. Lock the door as you leave."

"Yes, Sir!" Gyle said, practically stumbling over his own feet in his haste.

Brandon shot William a knowing look, muttering, "Try not to get into more trouble," before following Gyle out. The sound of the door locking behind them echoed in the room, leaving William and Sanya alone.

William turned to her with a mischievous smile, his teasing tone unmistakable. "So, I had no idea my wife had such a wild imagination..."

Sanya flushed with embarrassment but refused to show it. "What if someone else had seen that? They’d get the wrong idea," she countered, raising an eyebrow. "You’d be the talk of the office in no time. You know how people love to gossip," she scolded, her tone firm.

William took a step closer, his eyes glinting with amusement as he wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her into him. "Let them gossip," he said with a smirk. "They’ll regret it the moment I find out who’s spreading rumors."

Then his expression softened, and his voice dropped as he leaned in, his warm breath brushing against her ear. It sent shivers down her spine, a sensation only he could evoke.

"You don’t understand, do you? This man is completely head over heels for his wife. All I ever think about is being with you, no matter how far apart we are."

Sanya bit her lower lip, trying to suppress the rush of emotion. Her resolve weakened further when William playfully nibbled and licked her earlobe, sending a tingling sensation through her.

"William," she whispered, her voice soft yet reproachful, though she couldn’t hide the smile forming on her lips.

William’s playful tone shifted slightly, his voice dropping to a low murmur that sent shivers down Sanya’s spine. "You know, Mrs. Lancaster, you drive me absolutely insane. Every second we’re apart feels like a century."

Sanya’s breath hitched as his lips trailed from her earlobe to her jawline. "William," she whispered, trying to sound stern, but her voice betrayed her, trembling with anticipation.

He chuckled, the sound rumbling against her skin as he pressed a kiss to the corner of her lips. "You can scold me later," he teased, his hands roaming down to her hips, pulling her even closer.

"Who says you’re getting away with this?" she shot back, her fingers threading through his hair, tugging gently.

William smirked against her lips, the heat between them building as he claimed her mouth with a kiss that left no room for argument. Sanya melted into him, her defenses crumbling as his hands explored the curve of her back, pulling her flush against him.

She let out a soft moan as his lips traveled down her neck, his kisses slow and deliberate.

Sanya pulled back from the kiss, breathless, her cheeks flushed a deep shade of red. "What if someone hears us?" she whispered, her voice wavering between excitement and hesitation.

William smirked, his gaze intense and filled with desire. "The door’s locked, and I gave strict orders, no interruptions."

Before she could respond, he swept her up effortlessly, carrying her to the plush couch in the corner of the office.
