Supreme Casanova: Ultimate Harem System-Chapter 234 One Down.
Hugo stood outside the door, his arms crossed, his whole future hanging by a thread.
And he was praying.
Not just any prayer—
A desperate, soul wrenching, 'please let this work or I will cry' kind of prayer.
He wasn't even that religious, but at this point, he was willing to believe in the great and almighty goddess of luck.
She was the only one he had to rely on at this point.
He squeezed his eyes shut. 'Dear beautiful, voluptuous goddess of luck. Please, please, please let this plan work.'
If it failed and all the girls somehow met each other, he would have no choice but to fake his own death and move to another country.
Seriously, this was life and death.
Okay, maybe not literally, but still!
This night had been one disaster after another, and if this plan didn't work, he would be forced to do something drastic.
Like… accepting defeat. And that was simply not an option!
He inhaled deeply. This had to work.
It was genius.
THE GENIUS PLAN:

Collins was going to go downstairs to the pool area where Loli was waiting and tell her that Hugo had just received a tragic phone call.
His mother had fainted and was barely holding on to life, and he had to rush out immediately!
It was a lie, obviously.
His mom was probably chilling on the couch watching Spanish reality TV right now.
But Loli didn't need to know that, of course.
She wasn't here for the party afterall. She had made it clear that she was here for him. So if she thought Hugo was gone, she would have no reason to stay.
She wasn't the type to enjoy wild parties, loud music, or random socializing. She only came because Hugo would be there as well, and she felt comfortable around him.
If Hugo left, then she would leave too.
And that meant—
Obstacle number one: GONE!
But that wasn't the end. There was still another obstacle before he could be alone with his Celine in peace.
Now, Lily and Tily? They were a different problem entirely.
Lily was Hugo's girl.
Tily was Collins' girl.
They were also volleyball fanatics.
They ate, breathed, and slept volleyball. And that was exactly where phase two of the plan came in.
This plan was called the fake meeting strategy.
Someway, Collins had managed to get his hands on the Coach's Assistant's number.
He was a fellow man of culture and could be trusted enough to send the girls a fake text about a last minute, very important volleyball team meeting happening tonight.
A completely made-up urgent meeting that needed their immediate attendance.
Would they question it?
Not a chance.
The moment they heard about a volleyball meeting, they would drop everything and run at their fastest speed.
Boom.
Obstacle number two: GONE.
The Best parts about these plans were that the girls had no choice but to go even if it felt weird.
As Captain of the volleyball team, Lily definitely had to be present for the meeting. That was enough for Hugo.
Finding a few things to talk about during this meeting should be easy for the coach's assistant.
Although this was a bit risky and they were banking on the facts that the girls would react according to logic, it had a high chance of actually succeeding.
It would instantly clear all obstacles for both of them and they can focus on their targets wholeheartedly.
Hugo was so deep in thought, mentally running through every detail, that he didn't notice how much time had passed.
Then suddenly—
He frowned.
Wait a minute…
What the hell was taking Collins so long?
He pressed his ear against the door.
…
Smooching sounds.
…
More smooching sounds.
Hugo's eye twitched. This absolute traitor!
Instead of getting his ass out here to help execute the plan, he was making out again!?
Hugo's blood pressure spiked. He saw red. Without hesitation, he banged on the door.
"COLLINS!" Hugo hissed. "STOP SUCKING FACE AND GET OUT HERE!"
There was a loud grumble from inside.
Then...
A long sigh.
Finally, the door creaked open. Collins stepped out, looking thoroughly annoyed.
His hair was a little messy, his lips were slightly swollen, and his face screamed 'suffering.'
"You are truly the worst wingman of all time," Collins muttered, rubbing his face.
Hugo ignored him.
"Are we doing this or not!?"
Collins exhaled sharply, clearly torn between being a good friend and going back to his make out session.
But after a moment—
He finally muttered, "Fine. Let's do this."
Hugo watched as Collins descended the stairs, heading toward the pool area to handle Loli.
Meanwhile, Hugo stayed upstairs, waiting. He needed to disappear completely and make it truly seem like he wasn't around any longer.
He also couldn't afford to be seen by Lily at this time or she might start feeling guilty about being forced to leave so soon and actually choose him over volleyball for the first time!
So he started praying again.
Oh, he was praying hard. His hands were clasped together as he stared at the ceiling.
"Oh great and almighty goddess of luck," he whispered.
"I know I have not been the most devoted follower, and I may have occasionally called you a heartless wench, but I beg of you…"
He took a deep breath.
"Please, please, please let this plan work."
He squeezed his eyes shut and continued, mentally bartering.
"I promise I will never call you names again. I will even spread your good word if you make this happen. I'll build you a shrine. I'll write you a love letter. Just please, don't let me get caught tonight."
The seconds dragged on.
Then the minutes.
And then—
Finally. Collins reappeared. And he had a huge smirk on his face.
Hugo jumped to his feet.
"Well!?"
Collins grinned.
"Phase one—complete. Loli is gone."
YES!
Hugo felt his entire soul relax.
One obstacle down.
Now, it was time for Lily and Tily.
End Scene.
