Strongest Necromancer System-Chapter 751: Spirit Energy Mana Blast

Gina looked to the side and saw a bright light coming in her direction! The bright light grew rapidly, and Gina suddenly realised exactly what that was! Farlow was charging up an attack! Gina changed direction and began to move towards the light to draw the Valkan closer! The Valkan’s attention was completely focused on Gina at that moment, so it wasn’t able to sense the attack that Farlow was preparing, and it wasn’t until it was already only about a hundred meters away that it looked up in shock to see Farlow with his sword raised for a downward slash! Farlow’s face was twisted in a look of pure rage as he glared at the Valkan, and all around him, the winds of nature swirled and twisted as they responded to the call of a Sage! Farlow’s mana poured out from him in a bright blue light, and the moment the Valkan was close enough, Farlow brought the sword down in a perfect vertical slash!

It was as if the world itself had been split in two! A blade of wind, unlike anything the Valkan had ever seen, suddenly tore across its body, and in the next moment, the entire forest shook from Farlow’s power! The trees around Farlow were immediately uprooted and thrown around, and a twister started to form as the wind swirled too quickly! The clouds in the sky formed a spiral shape from the intense winds, and there were already signs of a coming storm as darkness covered the forest! Farlow had poured everything he had into that one attack! Farlow already knew that as a non-Spirit user, his magic was not powerful enough to cause serious harm to the spirits, but he also knew that he was one of the most powerful mages in this fucking world! If Farlow’s magic wasn’t enough to cause harm to the beast, then that just meant he wasn’t using enough power! And Farlow could feel his stamina taking a serious hit from how much power he had poured into that one attack! The world around Farlow had definitely felt the aftereffects of the slash, and Farlow held his breath as he watched for any sign of movement from the beast!

ROARRRR!

And just like Farlow already expected, he heard the loud roar of the beast echo through the forest before the beast jumped out from within the massive twister as it tried to attack him! There was a massive cut along the beast’s left shoulder from Farlow’s attack, and Farlow could already see the beast’s spirit power healing the injury! But the fact that Farlow’s power was able to cause such a serious injury to the spirits that were seen as the pinnacle of all forms of natural magic brought a massive smile to Farlow’s face! Farlow knew that this was the end for this beast! Because if Farlow could do this much damage with his powers, then there was no way the beast would survive what was coming!

BOOM!

A sudden power erupted around the forest as Gina’s mana suddenly roared to life, and the Valkan was so shocked by the power that it was forced to turn its attention away from Farlow for a split second! The Valkan turned to the side, and it saw Gina flying towards it with a hand pulled back! Gina’s right hand was covered in a strange blue magic that the Valkan did not recognize, and it knew that it would be a bad idea to allow a power like that to connect! But the Valkan was already injured, so its reaction time was nowhere near fast enough to avoid Gina since she was right beside it already! Gina lashed out with her right hand, and the magic in her palm suddenly flickered with the purple light of the Necromancer System! And in the next moment, the world erupted!

[Mana Blast]!!!

BOOOOM!!!

A superheated surge of pure energy suddenly engulfed the Valkan in its purple light, and Gina watched in shock as the attack completely eradicated an entire region of the forest! The blast that Gina had just unleashed had been designed by the Necromancer System to double the attack power of any Bishop and allow them to shoot their mana out in a wave of pure energy! But what the Necromancer System hadn’t accounted for was the fact that Gina had become a Sage who had the ability to absorb both natural mana as well as Spirit Energy from the world around her! Both of these power sources were a great way to boost the mana of any mage, and when they were added into the equation, they boosted the Mana Blast into something that was impossible for anyone to ignore! The attack eviscerated everything that it touched, and the moment it slammed into the ground in the distance, it created a massive explosion that rose over the forest in a cloud of fire and ash! Farlow’s eyes were wide in shock as he saw what had just happened, and he turned to stare at Gina in a completely new light. Farlow knew that what Gina just used was not a wind-based skill, so he could only wonder what the hell just happened!

But even though Farlow didn’t fully understand what happened, he didn’t care at all! All Farlow cared about now was whether or not it had worked against the Valkan, and he looked to the side and held his breath as he waited to see if the beast managed to survive against this as well! Gina landed a few meters away from Farlow as she also watched the sky closely, and both of them felt their breaths even out as they saw a wave of pale blue particles gathering from around them! Gina’s mouth split into a wide smile, and Farlow let out a breath of relief as he sheathed his sword and watched the blue particles gathering into a ball. The blue ball floated around them aggressively for a moment, like it was trying to attack them, but the ball couldn’t harm them at all, and it simply flashed away into the forest in defeat. The Valkan would recreate its mortal body in a few decades, and it would return to protecting this forest eventually. But as far as this moment was concerned, Gina and Farlow had won the day.

Gina spent the next hour watching as Farlow tried to fix as much of the damage done to the forest as possible. As an elf, Farlow had a very deep and personal relationship with nature, so he couldn’t bear to see the sheer damage that had been done to all the trees and soil around them. Farlow gathered the trees together and dug the ground before burying them in the soil so that they could turn to compost and nutrients for the next generation of trees. Farlow also covered up all of the deep trenches and grooves that they had carved into the ground with their attacks, and finally, he did his best to help the trees that were burnt down in Gina’s last [Mana Blast] attack. This time, Gina actually joined Farlow to clear out the burnt trees, and she also joined him when he put his hands together and prayed to the nature spirits to forgive them for intruding on their territory. Once they were done, Farlow gained a new sense of excitement in his heart that Gina had never seen there before! Farlow smiled widely at Gina as he began to walk towards the center of the forest once again, and Gina just followed behind Farlow at a calmer pace since she understood his excitement.

Farlow was one step away from completing the mission and finally meeting his wife once again, so there was no way he wouldn’t feel like a kid in a candy store! Farlow and Gina walked for about five more minutes before they finally got to a large area in the forest that looked very similar to the Lake of Remembrance, where they used for their Sage training.
