Alexander lashed out with his tentacles and began to slash across Jason and Gillian’s bodies with reckless abandon, but Gillian shouted with bloodshot eyes!

"I’m never letting go! You ruined everything, you bastard! You took my life from me for two hundred years! I’ll kill you even if it’s the last thing I do! GRARRRRHHHHH!!"

Gillian let out a bloodcurdling scream as she continued to push Alexander forward! Jason could feel his entire body getting baked the closer he got to the sun, and even Gillian’s body was already turning black, but neither of them was suffering as much as Alexander! Alexander’s entire body looked like it was being stretched and twisted like playdough! His transformations went out of control as he began to switch between many different races at the same time, but no matter how desperately he tried to change, his body continued to take him back to his original form as a slime! Chimera slimes were known to be very resilient creatures, and as long as even a tiny piece of them survived, it was possible for them to bring themselves back from the brink of death every time! That was why Jason had suggested this plan!

As a slime, Alexander’s body was naturally weak to heat, and that meant that he wouldn’t be able to transform or split himself up once he was already this close to so much heat! And all they would need to do to kill him was to push him all the way to the center of the sun and make sure every bit of him was burnt to a crisp! It wasn’t enough for them to just leave him at the surface of the sun! Alexander was a TITAN Rank III, so staying at the surface wouldn’t be enough! They needed to keep going until they were certain that he was right in the center of that sun! This plan could lead to their deaths as well, but right now, Jason was the servant of Gillian, so he didn’t care about his own life! All he wanted to do was to kill the bastard who hurt his mistress!

"RARRRGGGHHHH!!"

Jason and Gillian screamed as they continued to push forward, and Alexander let out a loud curse as they all flew into the sun and vanished beneath the blinding light! For a good long moment, there was nothing but silence in this world, but then a spark erupted from somewhere in the center of the sun, and the sun began to age rapidly!

From a Red sun, the sun began to rapidly lose its color as it grew in size! The heat increased and began to burn through everything in the region! Two blackened and disfigured bodies fell out from beneath the sun, as the sun’s color slowly began changing to white! Gillian’s body was quickly being healed as her black skin turned to pale white again, and she noticed that Jason’s skin was also trying to heal! But the intense heat from the sun was starting to get to him, and once the sun began to change to white, Gillian knew that Jason wouldn’t survive the heat! Gillian moved her body to cover Jason’s own as they fell, and her back began to burn once more as the intense heat threatened to fry her! The sun was already beginning to reach the end of its life as it started changing to blue, and Gillian quickly sent out a pulse of mana to open a Dimensional Tear beneath them! But Gillian cursed as her magic failed her and she realised she didn’t have enough mana since most of her powers were focused on healing! Gillian closed her eyes and grit her teeth as she hugged Jason close to her chest! The sun in the sky had finally turned to blue, and Gillian’s back was now starting to peel off from the heat, but Gillian refused to give up, and she gathered all her strength and sent out another pulse of mana to open a Dimensional Tear!

Doon!

This time, a small Dimensional Tear barely managed to open, and Gillian heard the sun behind them explode in a massive supernova!

The shockwave from the explosion was so intense that it immediately slammed into Gillian and pushed her forward, but thankfully, the Dimensional Tear was already open, so Gillian and Jason were pushed through the opening and into another world! The world was peaceful. Jason could hear the sound of gentle birds chirping in the distance, and he felt a calm breeze blowing across his face as the smell of fresh flowers and grass tickled his nose. There was a soft feeling beneath him, and Jason gently opened his eyes to see that he was lying in a field of flowers. The grass under him was soft and green, and the sky was a deep blue that threatened to lure him back to sleep. Jason’s black eyes scanned the region calmly, and there was only one thought in his mind at that moment.

’Gina...’

Jason’s mind began to replay what had happened over the past few hours as he tried to remember what happened with Gina. Memories of the floating castle in Riyad and the Vympir Queen Gillian floated through Jason’s mind, but Jason felt his eyes widen when he suddenly remembered what he had tried to do to Gina! Jason had almost killed their baby, and if Stella hadn’t stepped in at the last moment, then Jason knew he could not have stopped himself! There was a sudden sickness that threatened to rise from Jason’s stomach, and Jason closed his eyes and grit his teeth in anger!

’I can’t believe I killed Stella. Fuck.’

Jason cursed his actions, and he took in one final deep breath before he grunted as he forced himself up from the grass. Jason wanted to reach out to Gina and see if she was fine, but he didn’t know what he would say to her right now. For the first time in a long time, Jason felt ashamed of his own actions. Jason looked down at himself and saw that he was wearing some old medieval-style clothes. A long cotton pair of trousers, and a t-shirt held together by laces on the chest. Where did these come from? Jason narrowed his eyes at the attire, but he ignored it for now as he stood on bare feet and looked around for anyone else. A few meters away from Jason, on a cliff that overlooked a large field of flowers, a woman stood with a peaceful expression on her face. As Jason approached, the woman half-turned to stare at him for a moment before she smiled beautifully. Gillian was wearing a long gown that came down to her feet, and it had the same medieval design as what Jason wore. But Gillian was so beautiful that she managed to make the attire look like it had been made for royalty.

"You fucking bitch."

Jason felt anger rising from deep inside him the moment he saw Gillian, and his face soured into a frown as he glared at the Vympir Queen! All of this had only happened because of this fucking bitch, and Jason’s hand twitched as he felt like stabbing Gillian right through the heart! Gillian turned fully to look at Jason, and Jason’s glare deepened as Gillian spoke.

"This garden. It’s beautiful, is it not? I apologise for dressing you myself. I didn’t think you would appreciate waking up in nakedness, especially while lying in the dirt."
