"Don’t you look pretty amazing?" the next morning Diamond praised Ruby to the nines as she looked at the little girl dressed in a navy-blue formal suit.

The two sisters and Ivy, sat at the dining table and started having their breakfast.

This tie, Diamond didn’t nag Ruby at all. She had done her best all this time. She believed that Ruby would know what to do.

It was his secretary and upon seeing her, he knew that there should be something important. He had made her clear his morning schedule, just to welcome Diamond, after all.

"Is she here, already?"

The female secretary, with a pair of good and long legs shook her head as she approached.

"No Sir, she hasn’t. I am here on another matter," she responded, softspoken.

Upon hearing that, the CEO sighed somehow and sat down before propping his elbows on the desk.

"What is it?"

The secretary sighed softly as she passed the file, she was holding over to him, saying, "Its Mr. Tomson. He is here again regarding that matter. He is waiting outside and looks quite desperate."

When he heard that, he couldn’t help but frown, thinking about this man, Mr. Tomson. He raised his hands to massage his temples as he responded, "I can’t meet him right now. If he wants to talk, then let him wait," since he couldn’t chase the other away after knocking at his door, he might as well try to listen where the matter will go this time.

After that, the secretary reported a few more things before checking her watch.

"I think that its time we go downstairs. We wouldn’t want to offend her at first meeting!" she reminded.

Upon hearing that, the man didn’t waste any time and rose to his feet.

He had heard so much about her temper and for one, he didn’t want to lose this lucrative job of his. It was normal for people to change once the owners change. He wanted to do his best to remain where he was.

With that in mind, he rose to his feet, and straightened out his suit before making his way toward the door, issuing a string of instructions.

The secretary had been with him for years now and understood him well, so she didn’t find that difficult at all and took note of everything mentally without jotting down notes.

When Mr. Tomson spotted the CEO, he hurriedly rose to his feet, his face looking very haggard. It could be seen that the man’s days weren’t that good at all.

"Mr. Elvis, please, just give me a moment of your time. I swear to you that I will not disappoint you this time. Please, I beg of you!" Mr. Tomson pleaded as he rushed towards Mr. Elvis but the female secretary was fast to block him.

"Mr. Elvis, our CEO has agreed to sit down with you but that it is for later. Since you came without an appointment, please forgive us for now. He has an important guest to meet. If you do this, the guest might be offended and all of us will end up in trouble. You wouldn’t’ want that, would you?"

When Mr. Tomson heard that, he stropped in his tracks, his body trembling. Whether it was the cold or something else, only he knew.

However, he looked at Mr. Elvis, a glimmer of hope in his eyes before cooling down. "I ... I will wait for you. I will not cause any trouble," he said before returning to his seat obediently.

Mr. Elvis and the female secretary both sighed with relief before continuing with their journey.

Meanwhile, just some kilometers away from the building, a convoy of five cars faithfully made its way towards the building.
