SIGNING IN: BEING SHOWERED BY HEAVENLY BLESSINGS FOR FIVE YEARS-Chapter 1003 - 1000: I WILL HELP YOU
Diamond felt quite surreal as she was escorted by Lennox, laughing and giggling, while ignoring the complicated gazes of her two dearests.
The two of them had gotten very closer, which was the fastest friendship she had ever had in her entire life.
Adding a powerful friend to the list made her very happy, and she wasn’t bothered much about showing it.
"Don’t worry, Nox. When I have time, let me cook a meal for you. I make good dishes and you will surely love them," Diamond patted Lennox shoulder assuredly, promising him to a meal.
For Diamond, preparing a meal for a friend is considered a grand gesture. Her current circle consists of very busy people, who at times don’t even have time to make a cup of coffee for themselves.
Setting aside time to prepare ingredients and cook a meal, if that is not honor and love, then what is it?
Lennox didn’t expect to receive a promise of a meal, and he felt happy. He had watched a few clips of her cooking and the food looked quite delicious. It should taste good in real life, right?
"I will look forward to it."
Diamond was very happy to hear that, and planned to boast about her skills in reassurance, "You_" however, man proposes and god disposes.
As she was about to do so, the ding in her head cut all the words out and her expression turned serious, upon receiving an urgent mission.
[Ding! We are already half-way through the mission. So don’t give up now. It has been detected that Zara, your target has acquired a crucial relic and is currently in bind. She doesn’t have much time to live, and your main mission is to help her until the very end.
She has only a fortnight to find the next relic and failure to do would result in her ultimate death. Go and be a heroine. Go and help save the day.
As long as you help until the very end, your rewards will be very rich.]
The mission was quite shocking, and unexpected.
Never in a million years did she expect or even think that she would be forced to board a pirate ship until the very end.
She simply thought that she had done her part by bringing the dagger to her and conceding the bracelet over. but now, she was being dragged till the very end. Just when will she get rid of the curse?
How long would that take?
If she doesn’t help, then if Zara end up dying, then wouldn’t her death be on her head?
The more she thought about the matter, the more she became gloomy, sending panic and worry to the three men currently with her.
"Babe, what’s wrong? What’s happening?" Nolan’s worried voice rang into her ears and that jolted her back to reality, reminding her that she was still with others.
She smiled wryly at the three of them, and seeing the worry on their faces, she honestly didn’t know how to explain the matter.
There was urgency in the mission. since the system was very certain that Zara has a fortnight to find the next relic or she dies, it also means that perhaps tonight was also included. If that was the case, Zara was running out time.
She has to be with Zara now, and not delay a second further. And yet that couldn’t be fully explained to the three of them.
Seeing the complex glint in her eyes, the three mature men had an inkling that something was wrong or she had thought about something in the middle of talking.
"Diamond, you don’t have to worry about us. If there is something urgent, then go ahead and do it. We can manage," Lennox was the first to break the ice, and she looked at him appreciatively before forcing a smile on her face.
"I am afraid that I have to leave you guys. There is something important I just remembered that I need to do. Once I am done with the matter, I will accompany you," she apologetically told them, thinking inwardly about telling them once she had checked with Zara that she might not be available for a while.
After all, who knows when the curse will officially be removed?
Not only them, but her family as well.
This system really knows how to give others surprises. Her time was running out.
Seeing that the matter sounded a bit serious, none of the three dared to make things difficult for her. they could only let her go.
As a result, all the plans that have been made were completely canceled.
They could only watch as Diamond left in one of those ominous black SUVs that got Lennox thinking.
’Why do I sense a ghostly aura on those cars?’ not knowing how nearly correct he was.

Sometime later.
Radiance Manor
Knock. Knock. Knock. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮
"Miss, it’s me, Emma. Miss Diamond is here and is saying that she must meet you!" Emma said without entering the door.
’Diamond! There is her!’
Upon hearing Emma’s announcement, Zara’s downcast eyes suddenly lit up.
How could she have forgotten about this person?
From the beginning, it was as if she knew what was happening to her without her talking about it. If she was here, didn’t it mean that she might have a clue as to what was happening to her and have a solution to her problems right now?
"Emma, let her in!" Zara hurriedly called out; hope ignited in her again.
Moments later, the door opened, and a casually dressed Diamond stepped in.
Looking at Diamond, Zara couldn’t help but wonder when she arrived and when she changed. However, that wasn’t the case right now. All she wanted to know was why she was there and if she could help her.
Emma kindly closed the door, leaving the two of them in the room.
Zara adjusted her sitting posture on the bed, looking hopefully at Diamond, who was smiling reassuringly at her before she sat down on the bed.
"Sis, I ....."
"I know. It must be scary, right?" Diamond softly asked, a comforting smile on her face as she took hold of Zara’s hands.
Upon hearing that, Zara’s eyes suddenly welled with tears.
’She knows. She knows everything. Thank goodness!’ and the floodgates opened.
Diamond patted Zara on the back as she cried, pouring her heart out.
It felt heart-wrenching even for her, listening to such a young woman who didn’t have time to enjoy her youth or even childhood, because of this curse placed on her.
All the obstacles she had faced in life weren’t as harsh and cruel as what she heard from Zara.
Not only was she cursed at a young age, but when she finally got a chance to live her life, hope ignited. The same thing that gave her hope crushed it by giving her such deadly information, as well as a deadly mission.
Diamond understood pretty well why Zara was like this. If she were to be told suddenly that she had this short amount of time to live, she would act exactly like that.
But then, if she looked at it in other ways, there was still hope. She didn’t think that this book actually wanted to kill Zara, but rather to help her and force her out of her comfort zone.
Although it was cruel of the book to give her vague information about the mission and then give such a deadline, it was understandable.
If everything was that easy, how could people appreciate the deities who gave them everything?
Maybe that was why she was tasked with this mission even before Zara knew that she would go on such an adventure.
They were destined to meet, and she was fated to help her.
Although Zara couldn’t find the location of the bracelet, she had something that could help greatly with that, although it wasn’t that accurate. But at least there would be something.
She was reminded of her random prediction skill. She had barely used it but if she tries it now, perhaps, it might produce some good news.
If it fails, use other means. The system can’t just send her on an impossible mission.
So, after Zara cried her heart out, Diamond carefully wiped the other’s tears while saying, "Let this be the last time that you cry. If you are not strong at such a time, think about the surrounding people. What would they be like?"
What was the point of crying when it doesn’t solve any problems?
"Sniffle .... I .... Sniffle...."
"I am here for a reason, Zara. I will help you in whatever way I can. So, from now on, you need to be strong!" Diamond said assuringly, making Zara brighten up a little.
Diamond continued, as she added, "For now, before I can help you. You need to contact your parents. We can’t delay this. The more you delay, the more days pass. So, call your family, Amir and those you came with. You need to tell them exactly what is happening, without leaving a single thing. Only when they know the whole truth, can they put all their effort into helping you as well.
This is no longer a case of doing everything on your own. A lot of effort and manpower is needed here. And it is even more with you traveling to your fiancé’s kingdom when he hadn’t met your parents or family. You can’t travel there in your state without them knowing!"
Like a kid in kindergarten, Zara nodded, agreeing to everything that Diamond was suggesting, making Diamond heave with relief.
"I will do so right now!" Zara promised firmly.
Diamond smiled as she raised her hand to ruffle Zara’s white hair, a very beautiful color she liked.
How nice it would be to have a head of white, no, silver hair as well?
That color would make her unique. How nice!
Not knowing how the power of the tongue was quite deadly.
Be careful of what you wish for.
