Secret Marriage, High-Profile Pampering!-Chapter 128 Let Her Go Once
Chapter 128: Chapter 128 Let Her Go Once
He yelled fiercely, but Summer Sutton found him annoying.
She waved her hand and randomly pushed him away, turned her body slightly, and started to drift into her sleep.
"Summer Sutton!" Adrian Walyon growled her name, trying to stop her.
Summer Sutton’s eyelids felt heavy, and her consciousness was even more muddled; she still ignored him.
Adrian Walyon was fuming inside; at this moment, he was determined to bother her all night.
She ignored him, so he thought of ways to wake her up.
However, after Summer Sutton fell onto the bed, she completely lost consciousness.
With her eyes closed, she slept in a daze, as if she had forgotten everything that happened tonight, sleeping heartlessly, as though her world only contained herself.
While asleep, she even let out a slight snore.
Very light and almost inaudible, but in Adrian Walyon’s eyes, it still seemed unbecoming.
Adrian Walyon was exasperated with her; he really couldn’t deal with her.
Tonight, she must have been truly exhausted, right?
Forget it, he’ll be the bigger person and not hold it against her.
Adrian Walyon stared at her for a long time, feeling helpless toward her.
Such things, doing them alone, he really didn’t have much interest.
Releasing her, Adrian Walyon decided to let her go.
He covered her with the bed sheet and went to take a long cold shower in the bathroom.
Afterward, he came out and held Summer Sutton as they slept through the night.
The first to wake up the next day was Summer Sutton, woken by thirst.
She opened her eyes and looked at the man beside her, her mind slowly recalling what happened last night.
Yet, she couldn’t remember anything.
If she couldn’t recall it, she just considered it as if it never happened.
As she was about to get out of bed, her waist was unexpectedly hooked by an arm.
Summer Sutton hadn’t realized what was happening when Adrian Walyon suddenly turned over, pressing her heavily beneath him.
"Slept well?" His voice was somewhat icy, as if she owed him a debt.
Summer Sutton was bewildered.
"Now it’s my turn!" Adrian Walyon didn’t explain further, pulling her to his side, covering them both with the quilt...
...
When Summer Sutton walked out of the bedroom, it was ten o’clock.
From seven to ten in the morning, it took her three hours to get up.
After waking, Summer Sutton hadn’t even figured out her current situation, and even now, she was still confused.
What frustrated Summer Sutton more was that she had a theory class today, and now, it was already over.
Summer Sutton didn’t have many theory classes, and each assessment was strict; missing a class would directly lose points, possibly leading to failing the subject at the end of the term.
Summer Sutton was particularly resentful toward Adrian Walyon.
Adrian Walyon drove her to school, and she rushed into campus, attending the remaining two classes.
At noon, she ran into Gina Sutton who was also dining there.
From a distance, Gina Sutton saw her walking in with Zoe Baxter and paused her eating.
Her five fingers tightly gripped the fork in her hand, and her gaze toward Summer Sutton was very cold.
By this time, a little past one, the cafeteria had very few people left, just a handful of students dining late.
Gina Sutton was sitting in the front row, and as Summer Sutton and Zoe Baxter walked past her, she suddenly extended her leg to trip her, while her other hand picked up a full bowl of hot soup, about to throw it at her.
Her move was swift, but Summer Sutton’s reaction was quick as well.
Grabbing the edge of the table to steady herself, she clasped Gina Sutton’s hand holding the soup, pushed it toward her, and the scalding soup splashed out of the bowl, soaking Gina Sutton’s chest...
