Rise Of The Hoarder-Chapter 363 Restoration
Memories washed upon me as I closed my eyes.
As I felt myself drifting into an endless abyss, layers upon layers of experiences stacked up within me--releaded bit by bit, like downloaded data.
I could understand why this wasn't possible back on Earth.
The transfer of the absurd amount of knowledge took too long. It felt like an eternity, simply gaining all the memories I had lost.
Time was nonexistent here, so it was of no consequence--the perfect place for me to regain everything.
And so, as I was plunged into the depths of turbulent memories, I returned to the very beginning... the dawn of creation.
*************************
In the beginning, God created the Heavens and Earth.
But, the Earth was without form and Void.
And then the Spirit hovered over the face of the Deep.
And God said...
"Let there be Light."
And there was Light.
But, accompanying that light was something else... something different.
--Darkness!
And God separated the Light from the Darkness.
Light represents existence. Creation in itself, and the wonders it brings forth.
But... hidden from the light and lurking in separation is Darkness.
And within that Darkness are the beings who are deemed abominations--who are the very antithesis of creation. ƒ𝘳ee𝔀e𝚋n૦𝐯el.c𝗼𝓂
These beings are known as Demons.
Do you understand now?
Demons are simply products of Darkness--belonging to a separate dimension.
They are separated from the Light--from creation.
However...
"Let the beginning of the end begin."
... Armageddon changes everything.
Project Armageddon is a point in time where the veil between the two dimensions is slowly lifted.
Just as there is a cycle of the Earth's rotation around the sun, and the moon's rotation as well, the clock for Armageddon ticks.
And, once it begins, slowly, Demons will walk upon the Earth.
From Grade 1... to 2.... and ultimately, to 10.
Once the world is filled with despair, the special ones will descend and rise to devour all.
And once their work is done, the one who shouldn't be--The Demon God--will consume everything.
That is the fate of the world... the world of Armageddon.
"Fight. If you want to live, fight."
The only path to salvation is to challenge the invaders and struggle.
Some worlds may be lost, but some will not be.
This is all for balance.
To diminish the power of both sides, and also to strengthen it.
A necessary culling measure for the future.
Worlds that are devoured will be lost.
Worlds that are saved will evolve.
As a result, everything has a cycle.
That is the truth behind the beginning... and the end.

"U-urgh..."
Still stirring from my very tired state, I opened my eyes.
The bright rays of nothingness surrounded me. I was in a blank room.
"Supreme Being? Sariel?" I called out.
My eyes darted in all directions, but I saw and noticed no one.
Then--
[(G) Integration Process will now begin]
--an overpowering sensation coursed through me.
I was forced to once again lose consciousness. After all, the power I felt was well beyond anything I could comprehend.
At least, at that moment.

[(G) Integration Process Has Been Completed]
<Several Changes Have Been Made To The Inheritor>
<Race Has Been Changed>
<Stats Have Been Altered>
<Skills Have Been Altered>
<Titles Have Been Altered>
<(G) Layer Has Been Given>
<(G) Essence Has Been Completely Dispensed>
[Subject: Jeremy Lewis, has completely achieved Integration]
I woke up to find a white screen in front of me. The moment I saw it, I instantly understood the implications.
"So, it worked, uh?"
Having memories of the past, as well as a newfound power flowing through me made everything completely clear.
My white and black hair shook as I stood, rising from the blank spot in which I was placed in the Sacred Hall.
No one was in sight, except--
"Sariel," I spoke, looking beside me.
The Archangel was standing, looking at me dutifully.
Her task was to watch over me while I went through my transformation.
"Good work." I smiled, now standing upright.
It felt completely different, my new body.
Every sensation was different.
My eyes saw differently, the same with every other sense of mine.
I could understand and feel things that were inconceivable in the past.
For example...
"Essence, uh?" I looked at Sariel.
Currently, she possessed quite a considerable amount of Essence. Comparing her to the other Archangels, she was indeed superior.
However...
"Not as much as I do, uh?" A smile crept up on my face.
I stared at both hands and noticed their fairness.
I felt my black and white hair flutter, and my purple eyes gleam.
My current build was that of a young adult, and my height was quite lanky.
My well-endowed, fit body, was good enough for a sculpted masterpiece, and it was very comfortable.
"This is the design I wanted. I understand now."
"Welcome back, Jeremy," Sariel spoke to me, bowing slightly.
"There's no need for that, Sariel. Address me as you normally would."
I was currently more powerful than the Angel before me. Plus, she was now assigned as my vassal.
In essence, I owned her.
"It seems he has returned to the (G) System, uh?" I smiled, looking at the blank Golden Screen.
"He said he'll watch from where he is. That you should give him an interesting show."
I chuckled a bit.
"Of course. That was our promise, after all."
A new perspective came upon me, and I realized that everything I had thought about before now--when I was still a human--was petty.
Not just me, but everyone as well.
Both Humans and Demons.
Angels, as well as Gods.
Their narrow perspectives made them operate in certain ways that made me resent it--this current world I lived in.
Which was why...
"We're returning to Earth, Sariel."
"I understand."
"We'll encounter the Three Archangels when we get there."
"I understand."
"They have been blessed with (G) Essence from other Gods, but... that won't be enough."
Staring at her confidently, I walked toward Sariel while raising my hand a little.
When I was now directly opposite her, realizing how much taller I was compared to the Archangel, I placed my hand on her silver-plated shoulder.
"I'll be lending you some of mine. So, when we get there... let's teach those guys a lesson."
For a brief moment, I saw Sariel's stiff, cold expression change.
Her clear blue eyes sharpened, and her face quickly returned to its hardened state.
"Understood." Her voice tickled my ears.
'She still has a long way to go, uh?' I thought to myself, removing my hand.
Now that things had come to this, I also had to take responsibility for the Archangel.
She was mine, after all.
"Alright, then. Let's begin."
[A/N]
It's time... for the showdown to continue.
I just want everyone to know that this Arc is almost over.
After this, we have one Arc left before the conclusion.
