108 Museum II

“This is also one of my favorites.”

A few minutes had passed since the students were in the museum, and when they heard Natalie talk about another body being her favorite, a couple of them rolled their eyes at her.

During the past minutes, Natalie had shown them a lot of bodies all of which were her favorite.

“I know I have spoken about a lot of death and how they are set up but among them, this is the one that I find to be completely ridiculous,” Natalie stated.

“The victim was killed by water,” Natalie blurted a second after. f𝐫𝑒𝗲𝙬𝒆𝚋𝐧૦𝘃𝗲l.c𝚘𝘮

“Water? Was she drowned or how did it happen?” One of the twenty-one students asked.

And in response, Natalie shook her head several times. “No, she didn’t. Everything has its own disadvantage or rather flaws, so when you take too much of something, it might result in a catastrophic scenario sometimes.”

Excluding the people who were without flesh around their bodies, everyone else that was inside the glass cage had very pale skin, and this was including the woman that Natalie and the others were standing in front of.

“She was killed after she drank an excessive amount of water that caused her brain to swell and within a few seconds it resulted in seizure and brain damage,” Natalie muttered.

.....

“Hahaha!” Suddenly, Natalie burst into laughter, “You should have seen how huge the brain became, you would have laughed really hard, I’m certain of that.” Natalie exclaimed.

Natalie had been expecting some reaction from the students when she spoke about the ridiculous way that the woman had died, but she was left disappointed when she saw that none of the twenty-one students had a smile on his or her face.

They were shifting their gaze between the woman who was inside the cage and she that was in front of them. Natalie could also see a tinge of pity on some of their faces as they stared at her.

“Sigh...” Natalie took a deep breath, “You people from the elite divisions are no fun, you can’t discern the true beauty of this. It’s a good thing that the murderer and assassin division exists, or else this place would have been really boring.”

Natalie lamented and then stared at the students, seemingly disappointed with the looks and how they had reacted the whole time.

“Yeah, we are called the elite for a reason and those two are called the murderer and assassins for reasons also.” Jackson replied, “The assassins, for instance, they’d be very excited because, with this, they can learn more ways to end their target.”

“As students in the elite division, not all our missions and assignment has to do with killing you know,” Jackson’s eyes were fixed on Natalie as he spoke.

Natalie’s lips curl inward, and then she said, “That’s why I think you guys are lame... The murderer and assassin division is much more fun than you, as they get to appreciate the true magnificence of killing.”

“Anyway, let’s move on to the next person,” Natalie said and began walking towards another glass cage in the museum.

As Natalie stood in front of the cage, her cheeks were raised and her lips curved into a smile.

Meanwhile, the students were expecting Natalie to say her usual words when she got in front of a glass cage and after a few seconds, Natalie didn’t disappoint any of them.

“This is also one of my favorites,” Natalie said.

Natalie saw the expression on their faces when she uttered those words, and she didn’t seem to mind. She continued, and with each word that came out of her mouth, she appeared very delighted.

“The brain works in a miraculous and if we can maximize its use they are so many things that we are capable of achieving.” Natalie said, “One, for instance, is the body that’s in front of us.”

“This wasn’t an accident, and it was a form of death that was well construed. The killer created a deadly toxin with alcohol, pizza, and ink cap mushroom. With these three items, a man killed over a hundred people in a restaurant.”

“And this was within less than thirty minutes,” Natalie exclaimed.

“If you’re also interested in the formula that was used in creating the deadly toxin with those three items, then see me after the class. It’s also free, I won’t be collecting a penny from you.”

This time around, it would be a lie to say that none of the students was interested in the formula that had just been mentioned. And what make it even more desirable was the fact that it was completely free.

Because of the high demand and use of poisons in the academy, these poisons went for a very high price on campus.

In the academy, only the wealthy and powerful students and teachers were able to purchase these poisons because of how cost it was. So, when the students heard that a deadly toxin was going to be offered for free, they knew they had to rush it.

Even Raphael was just as interested in the formula. But, unlike the rest, he was trying to discern how the deadly toxin came to be with those three items that were said.

“Hmm, fascinating.” After a few seconds, Raphael muttered.

Meanwhile, when Natalie saw the looks that appeared on the student’s faces when she mentioned the toxin was going to be free, a light smile appeared on her, and then she chuckled.

“Now, let’s move on to some of the brutal ways to end someone’s life.”

The museum was divided into two sections, Natalie and the students had been in the

section all this while, but when Natalie spoke, she began walking over to the second section.

Natalie opened the red curtains that separated the two areas, and after waving her hand at the student, she walked into the second section.

The students were quick to follow suit, and one after the other, they all moved away from the museum’s first section and stepped into the second section.

“You have got to be kidding me!”

As they stepped into the museum’s second section, a few of the students were left dumbfounded by the sight of it.

Even though the first and second sections of the museum were a lot similar, the number of glass cages in the first section couldn’t be compared to half of what was inside the second section.

The second section was a lot wider and more massive than the first section, and the number of cages that were in it appeared to even be uncountable.

The cages were of different sizes and inside the cages weren’t just humans but also ...

“H-How... How is this possible!”

One of the students stuttered with shock evident in his eyes, and even though the others had remained quiet they were also experiencing the same shock as him.

“Oh, you didn’t think it was only humans that were affected by the change that occurred, did you,” Natalie said. “Hahaha!! Very funny, but we aren’t dealing with them, let’s focus on what you’re able to handle.”

“Don’t worry though, you did be encountering plenty of them in the future, that I can assure you.”

Natalie moved toward one of the glass cage that was beside her. She stood in front of the cage and after saying her usual words, her voice rang out again.

“Back there, I showed you all a member of the Santos family, and if I’m to recall correctly, it was Gaminto Santos. This person over here is Gaminto’s grandfather, otherwise known as the godfather of the Santos family.”

“He was also hunted down by the academy, and when he was apprehended, it was only fit that the academy delivered one of the ultimate punishments,” Natalie said.

As Natalie spoke about Santos’s family and how they were gotten rid of, there was this air of arrogance that her body excluded, almost as though killing them was one of her greatest achievements.

In the glass cage and in front of the students was a man impaled with a long sharp stake.

And judging from the angle of the puncturing, the impalement took place from the man’s rear private. As the stake was long and rooted very deeply into the man’s body, it was set up in a way that its other end emerged out of the man’s mouth.

“The beauty of this work is that he wouldn’t die right away. As the stake was run through his body, it avoided all major organs that could cause severe damage to his body, and as such he would be able to live for some few days.”

“And, of course, in pure agony... I wasn’t there, but I was told that he lasted for two days.” Natalie sneered.

Suddenly, Natalie raised her head gently, and as she saw the time on her wristwatch, a light frown appeared on her face.

“I would have loved to continue to show you more amazing ways to end your enemies and friends, but I’m afraid, our time is up,” Natalie said.

“During how next class, we will continue from where we stopped. I’m sure you would love to see and hear about the man who was killed with molten gold. A heated gold was poured down his throat, hahaha! So hilarious.”

“I want to avoid giving any more spoilers, so wait until our next class, and you will learn about this.”
