REJECTED ONCE, FROZEN FOREVER-Chapter 48: FINALE OF THE GAME

The family decided to call a meeting when the list came out.

"It seems like our family was assigned to your old pack." Amelia spoke looking at the list.

Ariana’s face remained indifferent, after all she felt nothing for that pack.

"Are you going to be okay going back." Adrian asked placing his head on her shoulder.

"If you don’t want to go, we will understand." Audrey said.

"Yeah, you can use the excuse of Sophia and stay back." Olivia added.

"I will go with you." She said looking at them.

"Are you sure?" Travis asked.

"I’m sure, besides there are some people I want to see again." Ariana replied thinking of her grandfather and best friend.

"I have no feeling for that place, it will be just an assignment as it is." She replied smiling but that didn’t remove the doubt from their minds.

"As long as you are okay with it." Adrian said taking her hand in his.

"If you feel it is too much, tell me and we’ll come back home." Adrian said and she nodded.

"Are we all assigned to the same pack?" Ariana asked, although she felt she was strong enough to face her former pack members, she still wanted her family there.

"Yeah, but mom and dad will head back Svalbard." Samatha replied.

"Don’t worry, no one is going to do anything to you." Logan said assuring.

"I’m not worried, beside it is them that should fear me now." She said confidently and Aaron gave her a thumbs up.

"Auntie, you got to show them whose boss." Aaron said earning a smack on the head by his mother.

"Mom!" He said hissing.

"Are you hissing at me?" Morgan asked staring him dead in the eye.

"No!" He said backing down.

"At most, if they try to do anything to you then I’ll just have them taste what true pain feels like." Rosemary said smirking.

"Babe that’s so wicked." Austin said smirking as well.

"I’m really lucky to have you guys." She said smiling.

"We are the ones that are lucky. Look you have given us the most adorable grandchild." Audrey replied placing her hand on Ariana’s head.

"Oh really, so only Sophia is adorable! Was I hideous?" Isabelle complained turning to her grandmother.

"Of course, you all were adorable." Audrey replied and Isabelle let it go.

Isabelle folded her arms over her chest and looked at her grandparents.

"You guys shouldn’t be biased." She said with a huff.

"How long exactly are we going to be staying there?" Tyler asked.

"For as long as possible I guess." Travis replied.

"I can’t wait for you to meet my grandfather and Casey." Ariana turned to Adrian.

"Mommy!" Sophia came calling opening her arms for Ariana to pick her up.

"My princess!" Ariana said and bent down to pick her up.

Sophia grabbed her mother’s cheek.

"Are you hungry?" Ariana asked and Sophia nodded.

"Come daddy will feed you." Adrian said and reached to take her.

"Daddy!" Sophia said reaching out for her dad.

"To think how she used to cry whenever he tried to carry her." Derek said to Samatha.

"Like how you used to be scared to hold Isabelle." Samatha teased.

"In my defense, I have never carried a baby in my life." Derek said defensively.

Everyone sat there making small talks and jokes.

"When do we leave?" Avery asked.

"In two days." Amelia replied.

Audrey and Travis looked at them, they warned them to be safe and protect each other. Audrey and Travis departed to Svalbard.

"Let’s have a pool party." Rosemary suggested.

"We can even continue the game." Austin added.

"I remember that we were the ones winning." Logan added.

"No!" Olivia argued.

"We can just start from fresh." Samatha spoke up.

"You guys are still going to lose." Dylan spoke.

"You are not even qualified." Amelia said.

"Really, who is going to judge you now if not me. Aunt and uncle have already left." Dylan replied.

The girls turned to look at each other and nodded. Now all they need to think was how they were going to win.

"I guess Amelia won’t faint in the middle of the game." Austin teased

"Same rules?" The girls asked.

"Yeah!" The boys agreed.

The girls nodded and gave each other high fives. They had a plan to win this time.

"We’ll go change, meet you at the pool." Olivia said and they all stood up and went upstairs in their room to change their clothes into bikinis. frёeweɓηovel_coɱ

"I think this time victory is in our hands." Amelia spoke.

"Definitely." The girls said and went into their own respective room.

Samatha knew Derek’s weakness was her tattoo; he always likes to trace it. She chose to wear the bikini she bought a few days ago.

Morgan looked at her figure in the mirror, Ivan always tends to lose control whenever she swayed her body. She decided to tie her platinum blond hair into a high ponytail.

Ariana knew Adrian like it when she wore bright red lipstick, and that was exactly what she did.

Rosemary, Olivia, Avery and Amelia all dressed in the way that was going to make their mates to lose their minds.

That was the plan they had hatched. They were going to make sure they distract the boys to the point that they will lose focus, and they would use that to their advantage.

"What do you think they are planning?" Tyler asked, they were already in their swimming shorts and were waiting for the girls out.

"I don’t know, but whatever it is we cannot afford to lose." Adrian said seriously.

"If we lose, I don’t think I can endure ten hours of shoe shopping." Austin said with a shiver.

"You, you it is only shopping. For me would be to sleep in the forest for a month." Derek replied and both him and Austin shook with a shiver.

"Are they always like this?" Isabelle asked turning to Dylan.

"Yep, they choose a game. They play as guys vs girls and the team that lost have to do anything the winning team want." Dylan replied, playing with Sophia who was on his lap.

"Who do you think is going to win?" Aaron asked.

"That is hard to say, last time it was the guys that was winning, but then the game had to be paused when Amelia got the vision." Dylan replied.

"The game never continued since that time." Dylan added.

"Well, I guess we are going to get the finale today." Aaron replied.

The girls met in the lounge when they finished changing.

"Let get this game going." Amelia said and they walked in one by one.

"Damn!" Dereck said when he saw the bikini Samatha was wearing.

"Damn indeed!" Ivan said when Morgan came out.

"Mom!!" Aaron closed his mouth.

"I think they planned this." Adrian said when Ariana came out.

"They planned seduction into making us to lose the game." Austin spoke.

"What if we turn it against them." Tyler suggested.

"Do you have a plan?" Ivan asked in a whisper taking his eyes off Morgan.

"Don’t you know the women’s first weakness is when a guy flips his wet hair." Tyler said.

"Shall we start?" Ariana called out.

"Yeah, let’s start." The guys responded and nodded at each other with a smirk.

The game started and the guys pretended that the girls’ plan was working on them. Avery served the ball and Adrian hit the ball back, the guys had little water in their hair and with a signal they flipped their hair catching the girls off guard.

Amelia looked at how Logan ran his hand through his hair and winked at her before striking the ball in their court.

All the guys did the same to their mate making sure that their mates can’t hit the ball back, the girls noticed that the game had turned and became unhappy.

"I can’t believe they are using our own plan against us." Avery huffed.

"What, do you think only you guys can do it?" Ivan asked.

"At this rate, we are going to lose." Rosemary said looking at the score.

The guys were now ten points ahead of them, and they could see that no matter what they were going to lose.

"Are you guys quitting?" Derek asked mocking taking the words out of Samatha’s mouth.

"Yeah, we are giving up." Amelia said giving up.

The girls went out of the pool and sat together sulking.

"Don’t sulk, it’s just a game." Austin came saying and kissed Rosemary’s lips.

"If it is just a game, why didn’t you let us win?" Rosemary asked annoyed.

"Babe, I love you, but I don’t want to spend ten hours in a mall." Austin replied.

"Neither do I want to sleep in the forest for a month." Derek came sitting next to Samatha.

The guys went to their mate to offer comfort, but it seems like the girls were really angry. The girls huffed and stood up leaving their mates in confusion.
