Chapter 741: Chapter 741: How To Leave Original Heaven

A day later.

While the gears of fate were turning with the goal of an intended end.

The Original Heaven was also experiencing its own set of undercurrents.

Unbeknownst to Kael, a lot of perceptive entities have picked up the oddities of the lion race after the great loss they had suffered.

Not only had they immediately started recovering their numbers, albeit at a very slow pace, but they had also set their eyes on different activities.

No one knew for sure what the lions were trying to do for now, but reports were circulating of a few lion Immortals, which shook the hearts of lesser factions.

Weren’t these the same lions that suffered a great loss? Why were immortals appearing in the mortalverse?

Not to mention some of these immortals were starting to appear dangerously close to some of the outposts belonging to the bees.

That was not all.

One may think that with the loss of all those lions and lionesses, the vassals would be left unattended and would eventually rebel.

But that was not the case. It was merely an issue of management.

At worst, it became harder for the remaining lion clans to manage all of them and keep them in check.

But the main assignments for these vassals were to obey orders and submit tributes. The scale was not an issue as long as the lion system was helping out.

So, it became quite common for these vassal states to mobilize themselves and move around in large numbers, all under the command of a few clans.

These massive numbers of vassals posed a danger to the bees, who had quickly noticed that their outposts were being targeted.

The main forces of the lions remained in heaven, commanding everything from. the comfort of their sacred space while mourning the deaths of their kinsmen.

Meanwhile, the vassals did all the work in the mortalverse, as it should be, and the new immortal lions stepped down once in a while to supervise.

On that day, many forces in Original Heaven began to ask questions, wondering if some lion Immortals from Original Heaven had escaped to the mortalverse without anyone knowing.

That was bad.

Most, especially other felines in Original Heaven, didn’t want any lion escaping. That was bad and would spell prophetic tragedy for the rest of the races in the cosmos.

They could not afford to let the lions reunite with their more powerful brethren.

At this same time, the House of Luthor had begun to search, sending our search parties because of the patriarch’s missing son.

A lot was still happening. It didn’t look like the problems had diminished at all. Just that the elimination of one problem allowed the rest to be more visible.

Meanwhile, the partial culprit for ninety percent of these things was busy looking for any signs of life other than himself.

Kael walked across the seemingly infinite grassy expanse with a look of bewilderment.

This place was really large.

Even as he walked, he was covering hundreds of thousands of kilometres per minute.

Yet there was not a single sign of civilization in sight.

He had not yet seen anything.

Kael could go faster, definitely. But he had to be cautious, this was a foreign world after all.

Leaking out too much of his aura could attract the wrong type of attention.

Kael just wanted to find the lions or the lions found him before anyone else.

As he walked and increased his speed slightly, Kael thought back to the interrogation he had done on Chez.

Chez had revealed a lot of information to Kael after a lot of beating.

One thing that Kael knew was that Chez had an unnaturally strong mind which didn’t match his power type or body. It was abnormal.

Chez was able to resist a lot of torture and pain and if not, Kael intentionally started inflicting pain directly on the latter’s soul, he may not have talked.

Chez didn’t fear death, but he definitely feared prolonged suffering.

With the power of time, Kael had extended the interrogation session to insane proportions, spending almost two years with Chez.

And the information that Kael got from Chez was worth it.

Apparently, there was a way to leave the Original Heaven without being an Immortal.

The main reason why only immortals could leave was that it was a Rule of the universe.

Just like how going back in time was forbidden and traveling the multiverse was not allowed, leaving the Original Heaven without being an immortal was also one of such laws.

However, these laws could clearly be broken as there have been many attempts to find loopholes.

Seth had managed to break this rule without anyone’s knowledge by structuring his Freedom Essence in a certain kind of manner.

The Law of Freedom dictates that its users cannot be bound by anything.

It was only natural that Seth passed through easily.

In fact, Seth had been using this method to leave Original Heaven even before he was an immortal.

Seth had been a little wilder when he was young and had visited the mortalverse so that he could play around with some female cats.

Eventually, Seth found a way to structure the method in a way that allowed him to bring others along.

But it was limited.

The method allows him to move without the knowledge of the rest of the creatures in Original Heaven.

One of the reasons the lions here could not leave was that there were alarm systems that would ring whenever an immortal was making an attempt.

If it were a lion, all the felines would assemble to push them back.

It was frustrating. Kael felt frustrated on behalf of his captive kinsmen.

He could only imagine how much rage they were containing within themselves daily, they would definitely need to vent out somewhere.

This was also good information for Kael, as he now knew that the lion here would probably not be on good terms with anyone.

He could play his card properly with that knowledge at hand and paint any lion still friends with other creatures as traitors.

At least, now, Kael was confident that he had one method to feed some lions and lionesses from here. He just needed to think of a way to do it.

And this method was not going to be the only way.

Emperor Zain had said that there were a few disgustingly powerful lions, especially that Demonic Lion that was said to be a member of the Ancient Feline council.

Moving entities of that power level would fake more than some fancy working of Freedom Essence.

Speaking of Essence, Kael.was wondering if he could find some Primordials here.

Emperor Zain had been born here, just as with Seth.

Kael knew that they would be more protected here than anywhere else in the mortalverse.

Emperor Zain himself was not allowed to leave Original Heaven until he was an immortal and was confident of protecting himself.

For now, Kael had placed Chez back in his pocket space.

He had also sent one of his clones back to the sky to immediately begin practicing how to use Freedom Essence in the Original Heaven.

As expected, it didn’t work.

There was a very powerful force trickling down from the firmaments of Original Heaven, preventing Kael’s clones from pushing past a few inches.

Kael didn’t expect to succeed on the first try, instead, he began to use his powerful computational abilities to start charting ways in which he could use the Freedom Essence to tear his way through.

Right now, the main Kael had just two clones with him. While one clone was in the sky plotting a way to get out, another was at a random location.

Alas, Kael was not going to have it smooth sailing from here on out as trouble had finally found him.

The three golden lions strolled with casual majesty and regality, keeping their heads high and their senses sharp.

Just then, Kael heard multiple sonic booms and the wailing of the world as air particles were being ripped apart.

Something was speeding through the sky.

Kael’s head snapped to the west where he saw the high clouds parting like the Red Sea.

The sight was incredible. These clouds were so high and far denser than any other clouds in a mortal world yet they were being torn into two like a white blanket divided by a sharp pair of scissors.

Kael’s golden eyes changed as the limbs of his clones tensed.

The thing that was tearing through the sky was still far away. His eyes turned into rings and layers of irises as his vision was enhanced.

What Kael saw warranted a low growl.

A pink hairless cat flew through the sky with narrowed eyes locked on Kael and limbs pushed back for easier travel.

This pink hairless cat looked both impressive and disgusting at the same time. Its pink skin folds like that of an elderly person.

As the hairless pink cat drew closer within seconds, its powerful aura let Kael know its power level.

An Immortal.
