Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World-Chapter 288: Limit Seal
Chapter 288: Chapter 288: Limit Seal
Isaiah was human, the more Kael looked at the suffering humanoid, the more Kael had the uncanny feeling that Isaiah had somehow turned into a human.
Since he came to this world, the closest thing to a human was the tier 3 lion equivalent who gained the ability to change into humanoid forms.
These forms were only humanoid in appearance and always had some traits of their true form on them.
The lions and lionesses had traits like lion ears, tails, and claws. They also tended to be around six feet tall, both male and female.
Avians in their humanoid forms were also usually tall and slim, having feathers for hair and clear eyes. They also tended to have holes where their ears were supposed to be.
This was how it was for many creatures in their humanoid forms. They just looked like humans with added traits to them, like the beastmen from fantasy novels.
But looking at Isaiah, Kael could see that there were no bird-like traits at all. Having some conclusions in his mind, Kael extended his powerful spirit sense to cover Isaiah’s shaking body.
He scanned Isaiah from head to his splitting anus, then to his toe with the demeanor of a medical professional.
’Interesting,’ Kael thought. All of Isaiah’s organs were arranged like a human’s. The stomach was placed where a human’s stomach would be, and the intestine was arranged the way a human’s intestine would be arranged.
Curious, Kael did another scan, a more thorough one. That was when he found something peculiar.
Lying dormant within Isaiah’s heart was a disk-shaped object. He hadn’t detected it before because this object was not physical.
It was an ethereal object l, effectively intangible to physical stimuli but was able to rest firmly within the depth of Isaiah’s heart.
’The limit seal,’ Kael mused.
Currently, Isaiah’s heart was beating fast and was pumping nothing but blood through his body.
No supernatural power left his heart and no supernatural power went to it. His heart was...ordinary.
This was no different from crippling him. The limit seal had locked Isaiah’s heart, preventing him from accessing any of his space-based powers.
This information that Kael had just garnered from observing Isaiah’s body led him to start making some more assumptions.
Ever since he came to this world, he had not seen any ape-like creatures with whom humans were supposed to be part of as greater apes.
These creatures could all assume humanoid forms are a certain power level but there were no ape-like creatures around.
Something was not adding up and Kael was finding it hard to think of any theories.
Now that Kael had easily located the limit seal, he didn’t tell Katari about it. No, Isaiah should suffer a little bit more.
Besides, he had no use for the limit seal yet.
He watched patiently as Katari tore Isaiah’s anus through his colon and up his waist. His colon was like a tunnel that had been divided into four roads.
Isaiah breathed heavily, his one eye staring at the ceiling with no tears left to cry. He was broken.
Katari intended to tear Isaiah into two starting from his ass and ending with his head, but Kael suddenly waved his hand to stop her.
"That’s enough, you’ll continue later. But when next you’re coming, come with N’bayé and make sure to remind her to record her findings,"
Kael said.
Katari then stopped her actions. She stood up straight, rubbing her hand on the edges of her gown to remove the wrinkles.
She removed the spatial blade that was still tearing its way into Isaiah’s body. However, this did not bring Isaiah any relief.
Kael shook his head in mock pity.
As he walked away, he summoned the golden screen and brought up his private chat with Chloe.
Kael: Chloe.
Chloe: Yes Your Majesty.
Kael: What we’re looking for is probably not in the wild plains so don’t bother mapping the whole place.
Chloe: Oh, why?
Kael: You should head straight for the places beyond the wild plains. Specifically, you should be looking for a place where the trees have pink leaves.
Chloe: Peach trees?
Kael: I don’t know. He’s probably referring to the blossoms.
Chloe: Who?
Kael: Isaiah.
Chloe: Oh... Is he dead?
Kael: No, not yet. By the way, what do you know about the limit seal?
...
Kael stepped out of the kitchen, no blood followed him from behind so he just teleported again, not waiting for Katari.
...
Chloe: Limit Seal? I don’t know much. All I know is that it’s a recent invention of the lion race.
Actually, calling it an invention isn’t right because we have seen dragons use it before. We rediscovered it, yeah.
Kael: Hmm, what is its purpose?
Chloe: The limit seal is meant to lock away all powers that any being could have, stripping them to their core being.
Kael: Their core being?
Chloe: Yeah, something like that. We noticed that any creature that has the limit seal used on them all takes on the same appearance.
There is no difference between a lion with a limit seal and a shark with a limit seal. They will both look...
Kael: Human?
Chloe: Human? What’s that? I was going to say they looked like a singular anthropomorphic species.
Kael: Oh, do you know why this happens?
Chloe: Nope, I don’t know the details of how it works.
...
Kael sighed, Chloe was an Air Lioness l, not a Magus Lioness, surely she wouldn’t have been curious enough to even find out how it works, she wasn’t interested in such things.
The spatial twists died down and he appeared in front of the master bedroom’s door of the pyramid.
The shimmering blue door dissolved into moats of light and Kael walked in.
...
Kael: Okay then, at least, we know where to look, don’t waste time at the wolf plains.
Chloe: Yes, Your Majesty.
...
Kael waved away the golden screen and began to take off his clothes. He had already sent Diane, Zabita, and Katari a telepathic message.
He sat on the edge of the red bed. While he waited, he also continued working on the features of the Lion System, refining it and making sure that there were no errors anywhere.
He also worked on the Lionhood Bar feature and the connection between the mission board and contracts.
Soon, the blue shimmering door dissolved as three humanoid females walked in with exaggerated sensual movements.
Kael smirked, watching as they began to remove their clothes and moved toward him.
Among them, Katari was the only one who wasn’t pregnant already. Kael sought to take care of that.
"Come here..."
Soon, the sound of flesh slapping each other resounded across the room and the smell of sex fluids lingered everywhere.
The moans were loud and the perpetrators didn’t bother lowering their voices. Every slapping sound was followed by loud uncontrollable moans that only served to make the whole thing look more heated than it already was.
Different positions, different styles, humanoid forms, lion forms, Kael and his lionesses performed all the depraved actions they could with themselves.
Kael was making sure he drowned in the experience while filling them all with his seed. Many hours had passed before the sound of sex finally ceased, bringing the room to a period of silence.
...
Three days later.
Kael stood outside the Iron Blood Pyramid. Behind him, the red and black structure stood tall and imposing.
He had his arms behind him and he was wearing his usual black attire except the shit he was wearing now was long-sleeved and tighter.
Beside him was another humanoid, a female with a slightly chubby body. It was Olivia.
Olivia wore a white loose gown that had yellow flower patterns on it as decorations. Her large breasts pushed against the edge of the gown’s neckline, her cleavage being exposed to the sun and catching Kael’s eyes.
Even as she stood with her hands together, the gown couldn’t hide her vivacious body.
Her curly blonde hair was arranged with a hairpin, giving her a sleek and playful vibe.
But Kael wasn’t outside today to admire Olivia under the false sun, he could do that later.
He was here to watch over Diane and Zabita.
*BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!*
Loud explosions occurred in the distance as a figure sped over the flat land at a frightening speed.
The ground shattered as she stomped her bare feet on the land, stopping her unwilling locomotion.
Diane, who had been launched like that, didn’t hesitate. She instantly leaped back to the direction where she was shot from, pushing the ground beneath her by a small distance.
She was fast, quickly covering close to one hundred meters in a few seconds. She sped toward Katari who stood there like a dainty princess, unblemished by the world.
Seeing Diane rushing toward her, Katari remained expressionless. However, a strange glint flashed in her eyes.
Suddenly, she took a step to the side in a very casual manner. This simple movement allowed her to easily dodge Diane’s flying fist that had been a few inches away from striking her face.
"Diane is getting stronger..." Olivia said as she noticed the same thing everyone else had noticed.
