Reincarnated as a Flower, Fine then I'll bloom my own way-Chapter 46 - 44: To Prove Something
Chapter 46: Chapter 44: To Prove Something
"So... Himiko, Hinari, are you ready?" I asked, my voice calm but confident.
They looked at me and gave a small smile, nodding in unison. "Yes."
I raised my hand and snapped my fingers, teleporting everyone to the training field where Jekkob and the others were practicing. As we appeared, Jekkob noticed us and approached, his expression shifting from surprise to curiosity.
"Lady Sumi, you're ba—" He stopped mid-sentence, his eyes narrowing as he took in my appearance. "You look... different?"
As he said that, the mayor and elder gasped, their faces filled with shock. "Huhhhh! We didn't even notice! We were so excited to tell you the news that we didn't see!" they exclaimed.
I gave them a weird smile, then turned back to Jekkob. "Jekkob," I said, gesturing to the twins, "we're going to have a mock battle. Can you move everyone to a safe distance?"
His eyes widened in surprise. "Oh... so finally, they're going to fight you. Looks like they're finally getting their chance." He glanced at the twins with a knowing smile before turning to the others and shouting, "Warriors!!! Step back!! Lady Sumi and the twin sisters are going to have a mock battle!"
As his voice echoed across the field, the warriors looked at us in shock and surprise. Slowly, they began to move away, creating a wide berth. Gearor, Aurthor, Yooto, Lunara, and the others also stepped back, their eyes fixed on us.
I turned to the twins, my smile unwavering. "Ready?"
They nodded silently, stepping back to create distance between us. Once they were far enough, they stopped and exchanged a glance. In a soft voice, Himiko whispered, "Sis, are you ready...?"
Hinari nodded, her voice equally quiet. "Yes, sis... let's do it. Let's prove to her that..."
Before they could finish, I interrupted. "On the count of three, you can attack."
Their expressions hardened, and they clasped each other's hands tightly.
I began counting.
"3..."
"2..."
"1..."
As soon as I said "1," they vanished in an instant. Himiko appeared behind me, while Hinari materialized above me.
*(Hmm, distance teleportation...)* I thought, impressed.
Himiko conjured a fireball in her hand, while Hinari formed a water sphere. They launched their attacks simultaneously, the fire and water colliding toward me. I stood still, allowing the attacks to hit me. The resulting explosion created a thick fog that enveloped the area.
The spectators watched intently, their eyes wide with anticipation.
*(Hmm, trying to blind me, huh...)* I mused.
I raised my hand, pointing it at the ground, and whispered, "Push."
A massive force erupted from my palm, clearing the fog and obliterating the ground beneath me, leaving a gaping crater. Himiko and Hinari were forced apart by the shockwave. As the smoke cleared, I was no longer in sight.
Suddenly, I appeared behind Himiko. She sensed me and turned, her eyes widening in surprise. Instantly, she created a magic barrier, but I vanished again, reappearing behind her once more. With a single slap, I shattered her barrier, leaving her stunned.
Hinari dashed toward me from behind, a wind spear forming in her hand. But before she could strike, I grabbed Himiko by the arm and hurled her at Hinari. The twins collided and tumbled to the ground.
From a distance, Bokkon muttered with a nervous smile, "She... isn't... having any mercy..."
Aurthor nodded, his voice equally uneasy. "Y-yeah..."

Himiko and Hinari quickly scrambled to their feet, their eyes locked on me. I stood there, smiling calmly.
They clasped each other's hands again, their free hands conjuring a water sphere crackling with lightning magic.
*(Fusion magic, huh...)* I thought, intrigued.
They launched the combined attack toward me, the sheer force of it cracking the ground beneath. I raised my hand, and an earth wall materialized in front of me, blocking the attack. Before they could react, I appeared behind them, grabbing their armor and hurling them high into the sky.
They gasped in shock but refused to let go of each other's hands. I watched as they soared upward, then summoned dark fireballs around me. The fireballs shot toward them at incredible speed.
They raised their hands in unison, shouting, "Water wall!"
A barrier of water formed in front of them, but the fireballs changed direction, some coming from above, others from below. Before the attacks could hit, I snapped my fingers, causing the fireballs to explode in a massive black blast. The twins began to fall, but as they did, they conjured countless fire and water spheres, launching them toward me.
I stood my ground, letting the attacks hit me. The resulting explosion shook the field, sending a cloud of dust and debris into the air. Before they could crash into the ground, they teleported, reappearing safely on the ground.
"I-it hit, right...?" Himiko said, her voice shaky.
From a distance, the spectators were completely stunned.
Then, from within the fog, a massive water sphere shot toward the twins at blinding speed. They froze, unable to react in time. Clutching each other's hands, they closed their eyes, bracing for impact.
But before the attack could hit, I snapped my fingers again. The water sphere exploded, its particles rising into the sky like shimmering lights. The droplets fell like glowing rain, creating a breathtaking spectacle.
The twins slowly opened their eyes, their expressions filled with awe.
From the sidelines, Aurthor muttered, "Sh-she can destroy her own magic..."
Lunara's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Master is... master is so amazingggggggg!"
I walked toward the twins, my footsteps soft against the cracked ground. They looked up at me, their eyes filled with sadness. "W-we lost..." Himiko whispered, her voice trembling.
But instead of gloating, I knelt and hugged them both. They froze in surprise, but then tears began to stream down their faces. In a soft voice, I said, "It's okay... You two are strong... You two are special..."
They wrapped their arms around me, sobbing quietly.
**[You weren't trying to win, were you?]** Aries' voice echoed in my mind.
*(Yes... and neither were they. They were just trying to prove that they're not useless...)* I replied.
**[You know... it's wrong to look at someone else's memories without telling them,]** Aries chided.
I smiled, holding the twins tightly as they cried.
