Umbra spins her spear in a rotating assault, striking the target three times for 150% attack damage each, with the final strike piercing through all defences.

3. Eclipse Reaper (Ultimate Skill)

Umbra dissolves into shadow, becoming intangible for 4 seconds, before emerging behind her target with a single, devastating spear thrust that deals 700% attack damage, bypassing all armour and resistances.

If the target dies, Umbra instantly resets Shadow Dash's cooldown and gains 30% bonus speed for 8 seconds.

The moment her calming voice faded, the goblin elite roared and finally escaped from Julian's Shadow's Grasp. It rushed forward and slammed into Nocta for 40 damage. The immense force caused her back leg to tremble as she grabbed her shield desperately.

Maria's voice echoed as he turned to face her.

He noticed how sweaty and dishevelled she looked and couldn't help but curl his lips into a smirk and wink. Then he stepped forward and pointed his broken wand towards the goblin boss.

"Fran, how long till you recover two arcane arrows?"

The wank sparked with a distorted crackle, burning Julian's fingers.

"Tsk..."

Julian's eyes narrowed.

His right hand flicked as the debris of his wand shattered into fragments, partially causing him to suffer feedback.

Umbra's figure might have gained a physical form, however, the moment she stepped away from Julian her body turned into a dark mist, hovering above the floor as she twirled her spear.

'I'm only alive because of this jerkin... it healed me even when time seemed to have stopped. Is that something Solaria did to help?' He couldn't quite tell if she was on his side or not but understood the limits placed upon him much clearer.

He curled his fingers as if grasping something, as purple and black mana started collecting in his palm, crackling and humming as a black and purple orb of shadow formed, the ticklish sensation of mana flowing through his arm causing his lips to twist into a distorted smile.

"Shadow Bolt!"

The moment Graug-Fam slammed down on Nocta again, her shield slamming into his face for 40 damage while his blade cleaved her for 30 damage as they exchanged blows, a dark orb of shadow magic burst towards the goblin and exploded against his chest for 134 damage.

Deng!

Graug-Fam stepped back.

'Umbra, crush him with everything you've got. Make me believe your evolution was worth it.'

"!!!"

Her ruby eyes flashed before her body vanished—like a true phantom, she used Shadow Dash, her enhanced attack. Umbra merged with the lingering shadows and dashed towards the huge goblin as he stepped forward and pierced his throat with her black spear.

The blade, like a beam of light, sliced across the goblin's throat, the goblin lifting its right arm in desperation to defend itself while taking 90 damage.

The moment Umbra struck, Fran's bow twanged as she used her special attack.

"Arcane Flurry!"

Magical arrows formed around Fran as she drew her bow.

Fran then released her arrow and performed a rapid shot, firing ten arrows at the elite goblin, each arrow dealing 20 damage, hitting ten times for 200 arcane damage.

Julian's voice echoed as Maria tapped her chest. The dull ache in her muscles from dancing and the stressful situation made her lethargic.

Maria's body flickered with mana and aura, the blue orbs rapidly rotating around her body, as she started performing a wild, seductive and aggressive dance, different from the calm foxtrot or her tango.

This dance was dangerous... because she was dual-casting both dances.

A healing wind spread through the party, focused on Nocta healing her for 20 hit points to avoid her falling, and the blue orbs became aggressive, dealing 100 damage to the boss every five seconds as they recharged.

'Ah... after all I love dancing!'

Umbra's body rotated fully in the air, her spear like an extension of her arm as she flashed towards the recovered goblin and attacked with a ferocious rotating assault. Her spear hit the goblins' chest, back and neck, dealing 42 damage twice, and the last hit dealing 51 damage.

Umbra's figure leapt into the air and stepped off the stone wall, flipping in the air as she dissolved into shadows and became intangible. Her figure emerged behind the goblin mid-air, the tip of her spear glowing blood red as it pulsated with unstable energy similar to Julian's body.

As if their timings were perfect, Fran's arrows glinted as ten of them gathered in mid-air. The three people synchronised as their attacks all hit.

——Arcane Flurry!

The first blow was Umbra's spear, which tore through the air and penetrated the goblin elite from behind. Her spear burst from his chest, causing blood to spurt like a fountain. It dealt an unbelievable 357 damage.

Fran's flurry rained down with a brilliant light, the arrows piercing the goblin's arms as it tried to swat them from the sky, dealing 300 damage thanks to the debuff of the goblin's rage.

Maria's orbs wrapped around the bomb and burst forward, slicing Graug-Fam's arms as the ball of unstable energy collided with the goblin and exploded.

A swirl of shadow aura burst out for 702 damage and brought the boss to near death; however... its retaliation came swift, slashing Nocta for a whopping 200 damage crit that sent her body flying across the cavern, smashing into the wall.

"Argh?!"

However, the next moment, Umbra's spear sliced its throat at the same time Maria's hand lunged forward and pierced the goblin's crotch with a pair of her ice shards... at some point, she used her speed to rush forward to reduce the time between her attacks.
