For the first time in like forever, Leon didn’t care about the increase in his Data Points and his Ascended Counter.

This was because he was focused on and mesmerized by something else, something even more important and mind-blowing- his newly constructed Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame.

The completed Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame confirmed Leon’s suspicion that every single Class Specialization Exclusive Blueprint at D Rank was more or less comparable to 1 D Rank ability of other Classes.

Despite the fact that Leon already knew how it was going to turn out based on his knowledge of the blueprint having studied it for days, despite the fact that he already burned more than a million Neo Credits on this one construct, and despite the fact that he was the one who constructed it, the final product still blew Leon’s mind away.

The ChronoSystem Remark at the end was the cherry on top.

Leon didn’t shout, he didn’t laugh, he didn’t jump for joy; none of those reactions could capture how he was feeling at this moment.

Instead, he calmly dusted his hands and with his work clothes still on went to one of his living quarters before picking an expensive wine from the glass counter.

He also picked 2 glass cups, then he returned to the workshop. By now, he could no longer hold it in as his lips curled up in a crazy grin.

POOF!

He burst the champagne, opened the wine, poured on his glass, toasted to himself and then he drank it all in one gulp.

"Ahhh..." He sighed and smacked his lips, then he finally laughed.

"Hehe..." His whole being brimmed with joy and satisfaction.

His hard work for over a week culminated in this bad boy, a singular weapon of mass destruction representing his unique abilities and growth as a D Rank Field Engineer of the Warmachine Specialization.

Alongside the Zerphyr-7 Stealth Reconnaissance UAV, this was by far his greatest construct so far as a Mechanist.

Leon took a few minutes to celebrate like a mad man, only then did he calm down to observe the work of art and destruction that he just created.

The Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame was a true reflection of his current ability as a D Rank Mechanist.

This was a weapon of war.

Most of the weapon systems reflected the original mech suit blueprint that’s unlocked by every Warmachine Specialist at D Rank, but Leon’s modifications reflected in the Shoulder-Mounted Rotary Machine Gun System, the Micro-Drone Deployment Bay, the Multi-Spectrum Smoke System, and the R9 energy shield defense system.

Combined, all the weapon systems created a war machine that was stacked on all sides and well-rounded with no visible weaknesses.

Offensively, the Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame was an absolute unit.

Sabot rounds are specialized, high-velocity armor-piercing ammunition designed mostly for tanks and shotguns featuring a small, dense, dart-like penetrator surrounded by a lightweight casing (the "sabot").

Paired with its airburst rounds and high-explosive fragmentation shells, the Shoulder-Mounted Artillery Cannons of the mech suit alone presents an offense that dwarves anything that the Doom Rovers were capable of.

Even if the Shoulder-Mounted Artillery Cannons were the only weapon that the mech suit had, with it, Leon was confident that a single one of the Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame could obliterate at least 2 to 3 Doom Rover v0.1s in a fair battle.

The weapon systems were simply not on the same level, and yet the crazy thing was that the Shoulder-Mounted Artillery Cannons were just one of the myriad weapon systems of this mechanical monster.

The Modular Missile Pod Arrays on the shoulders and upper back of the mech suit elevates its offense a notch higher with its anti-armor guided missiles, multi-target micro-missile swarms, and EMP suppression warheads.

With these 2 primary weapons alone, Leon was more than confident in truly participating and wreaking havoc in the battle of Iron Reef again even with the participation of a C Rank Ascended.

That was how much confidence he had in the Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame, and yet, the primary weapon systems were not still all accounted for.

There was still a 3rd one.

With the use of electromagnetic devices harnessing electrical energy, the Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame completes its primary offensive catalogue with the Forearm Rail Cannons.

This was the default setting of the arms of the Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame.

As the primary weapons integrated on the hands of the mech suit, these bad boys could fire hypersonic tungsten penetrators.

Hypersonic tungsten penetrators are ultra-high velocity and non-explosive kinetic weapons that are designed to destroy hardened, deep-underground targets via kinetic energy upon Mach 10+ impact!

By utilizing tungsten’s high density and melting point for maximum penetration during attacks, a single impact from one of these bad boys could deal true damage, obliterating internal targets that are protected by bulwark shields.

Combined with the previous 2 primary weapon systems, this completes the Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame’s main offensive system, presenting a power-hungry but devastatingly powerful combo.

And of course, the Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame was not just defined by its heavy offensive primary weapon systems.

Of its secondary weapon systems, the Shoulder-Mounted Rotary Machine Guns were perfect for infantry suppression, light vehicle neutralization, and anti-air defense against enemy drones and aircraft.

Originally, this weapon system’s usage depended on the Mechanist’s direction but knowing just how chaotic high-ranking Ascended battles could be, Leon modified the blueprint, adding an independent smart tracking system by connecting the Machine Guns to his advanced A.I, Davis.

The Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame’s design choice was clear, this was a mech suit that represented dominance in battle.

It reminded Leon of Major Mendez’s powerful Knight Exosuit.

The Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame doesn’t retreat, this was a war machine that was designed for pure offence. The mech suit’s defense was offense and it was reflected in the 3 secondary weapon systems.

In the right battlefield and circumstances, it was a perfect offensive-defense system but experience taught Leon not to fully rely on such a system.

This was why he improvised again, integrating his R9 energy shield blueprint into the Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame blueprint.

Integrating an entirely new system to the already stacked blueprint created an imbalance that Leon spent days brainstorming on to correct and restore balance, but in the end, he managed to integrate it successfully.

Even as powerful as the mech suit was, having seen C Rank Ascended in battle, Leon knew that it was not enough to rely on offense as defense, this was why he fell towards his reliable energy shields again.

As for the Close-Combat weapon system of the mech suit, it was what made it truly well-rounded as a war machine.

Major Mendez’s Knight Exosuit simply excelled in close combat, but the Bulwark MK.II Titan Frame is a hybrid that excelled both in close combat and long-range artillery bombardment.

The combination of all these weapon systems already made the mech suit an overpowered war machine, yet the blueprint still didn’t stop, showing the perfectionist nature of Mechanists.

The Electronic weapon systems and the Tactical weapon systems were what truly elevated and amplified the mech suit’s base form, taking it up a notch as a well-rounded war machine that was designed to dominate all types of wars.

As for the Strategic and Last-Resort weapon systems, combined with all prior weapon systems turned the mech suit into a weapon that could theoretically kill a C Rank Ascended!

Not only was this war machine offensively overpowered, it was supremely adaptable to different battlefields, with the ability to punch far higher than its rank, a true weapon of war.
