Quadruplets' Charm: The Tycoon's Hidden Heirs-Chapter 158 - No More Pretending
Chapter 158: Chapter 158: No More Pretending
Chapter 158 -158: No More Pretending
It was a good thing that dinner was about to start, and the six of them moved to the dining room to eat.
All four little ones sat around Mommy, eating heartily and looking utterly joyful.
Tang Yu couldn’t relax her body, sitting as stiff and formal as can be, frequently glancing at Ye Sihan’s expression.
She could never have imagined that Ye Sihan would bring the quadruplets here, just because of her offhand ‘like’?
After dinner, Tang Yu pulled Ye Sihan toward the bathroom, and once the door was closed, she asked, “Send them away, will you?”
“Reason,” Ye Sihan said, showing no intention of leaving. He stood in front of her, his tall stature blocking the light in front of Tang Yu, his gaze deep.
“What if… they bump into the child in my belly?” Tang Yu wanted to be with the quadruplets, but not this way.
“I’ll keep an eye on them the whole time.”
“You… Aren’t going to KING Group?” Tang Yu asked.
She knew that Ye Sihan never truly had a day off, being a complete ambitious workaholic.
So when Ye Sihan spoke of ‘resting,’ she was especially surprised.
“You don’t want them to know you’re pregnant?” Ye Sihan asked in a deep voice.
Tang Yu said, “Little children don’t understand these things, there’s no need to say.”
“The child is already three months old; you should accept it.” Ye Sihan’s body drew closer, the already short distance between them becoming even shorter.
As Tang Yu, feeling pressured, took a step back, a soft ‘pop’ came from the door of the bathroom—it seemed like someone was leaning against it. Then came a milky voice—
“Come out!”
“Kaimeng!”
“Hurry and open up, Kaimeng!”
“Open!”
Junjun’s little foot kicked straight at the door, “bang, bang, bang.”
Ye Sihan’s expression darkened, and he turned to open the door.
Tang Yu held onto him, “They’re still young, be more affectionate, okay?”
She was terribly afraid that Ye Sihan would lay a hand on the quadruplets.
After all, he didn’t know they were his own flesh and blood!
“I know my limits.” Ye Sihan opened the door, and the quadruplets who were clinging to it tumbled inside one after another, rolling like little balls, cute and endearing.
They sat up in an instant, lifting their little heads to look up at Ye Sihan.
In their young eyes, Ye Sihan was almost a giant.
“What are you all doing in there?” asked Haohao.
“Mommy said two people can’t go to the bathroom together,” said Zhengzheng.
The ‘Mommy’ standing behind them felt her heart leap and dared not make a sound.
Ye Sihan, without a word, scooped all four up into his arms and carried them out.
“…” Tang Yu watched in astonishment.
To lift four at once and with such ease…
Tang Yu and Ye Sihan sat at a table outside, watching a boy cheerfully chasing after a soccer ball in the distance.
Xibao sat obediently in a chair next to Mommy, munching on chocolate and remembering to offer one to Mommy as well.
“It’s really delicious,” said Tang Yu after she finished eating.
Xibao immediately grinned with the simple happiness of being praised.
Feeling Ye Sihan’s gaze from beside her, she restrained the emotions that were starting to show.
She thought, if she and Ye Sihan had been in a normal relationship, married, and had children, how wonderful this moment would have been…
But unfortunately, it was happiness she would never be allowed to have…
Regaining her senses, Tang Yu noticed the sharp look on her face and knew it came from Ye Sihan.
She quickly pulled herself together.
Ye Sihan instructed the maid to take the four children away.
Junjun held a soccer ball as round as his own belly, “I still wanna play!”
“It’s time for a nap,” said Warm Uncle with a smile.
“I don’t wanna sleep!” declared Junjun with defiance.
Zhengzheng and Haohao, catching on, ran to Mommy expectantly, “Sleep together.”

Xibao’s eyes lit up!
Ye Sihan’s expression became somewhat darker, “Sleep on your own.”
No matter how reluctant the quadruplets were, they were still carried away by the butler and servants, distant wails could still be heard.
Tang Yu’s gaze lingered in the direction the children had left.
“You are not allowed to sleep with them,” Ye Sihan said with dark eyes.
“I wasn’t going to,” lied Tang Yu, shocked that Ye Sihan had seen through her thoughts.
Ye Sihan stepped forward, lifted Tang Yu in his arms, “You should take a nap as well.”
“I can walk on my own…” Tang Yu protested in a low voice.
“While I’m here, you don’t need to walk,” Ye Sihan said assertively.
Tang Yu was thus carried all the way back to the bedroom and gently placed on the bed.
It was Ye Sihan’s master bedroom, so naturally, the bed was his as well.
As long as Tang Yu stayed at Ye Mansion, she slept in Ye Sihan’s bed.
The room she had stayed in before was no longer accessible to her.
“Can I go see those children?” Tang Yu asked, looking up at the face that was close above her. “Without their mother around, I could soothe them. After all, they’re still young.”
“So concerned?”
“Perhaps it’s because of the pregnancy, I might have developed maternal instincts?” Tang Yu tilted her head and pondered seriously before replying.
Ye Sihan’s dark eyes studied her for a moment, then he said, “I’ll go take a look. Close your eyes.”
Tang Yu obediently shut her eyes and began to summon sleepiness.
She felt the shadow in front of her move away, then heard the sound of a door closing.
She turned over, finding a more comfortable position to sleep, her mind on her four little ones.
Suddenly, she heard a ringtone from the outer hall.
Tang Yu got out of bed and left the bedroom.
Her phone was ringing.
Surprised by the caller, she looked cautiously at the door before she answered, lowering her voice, “Hello?”
“Is it convenient to talk?” It was Meng Jilin’s voice.
“He’s not here. What’s up?”
“Ye Sihan’s people have been looking for the doctor, Shen, who examined you.”
Instantly, Tang Yu’s face lost its color, “Why… why?”
“Don’t panic, listen to me,” said Meng Jilin. “After you left, Doctor Shen came to me. She was afraid of saying something wrong and offending Ye Sihan, so I reminded her to watch her words and gave her some instructions. Not long after, Ye Sihan’s people went to find Doctor Shen. Fortunately, they left without uncovering anything.”
Tang Yu closed her eyes, steadying her anxious emotions.
She had suspected that Ye Sihan still harbored doubts at that moment.
As a gynecologist with over a decade of experience, it was obvious whether there were pregnancy lines or not.
“I didn’t call you right away because I was worried that it would reignite Ye Sihan’s suspicions, which would make fooling him even harder. I’ve come to appreciate how astute Ye Sihan really is,” Meng Jilin said.
“Yes, it’s terrifying. Class leader, thank you.”
She didn’t dare to talk much longer and quickly ended the call.
Tang Yu hurried back to bed to lie down, only then having the space to let her thoughts run wild.
She must be more careful in her interactions with the four little ones!
How could she avoid such situations?
Her mood was quite anxious!
Ye Sihan returned to the bedroom, his eyes glancing towards the bed.
Approaching, he sat down on the edge of the bed.
Looking at Tang Yu’s little face with a deep and serene gaze, he reached out after a while, slipping his hand into her clothes.
Tang Yu, with her eyes closed, stayed still until she could no longer bear it and grabbed the mischievous hand.
“Not pretending anymore? Hm?” Ye Sihan’s voice was deep.
Tang Yu opened her eyes, pulled the hand out from her clothes, and complained, “I had finally managed to feel a bit sleepy, and it’s all your fault. The moment the bed moved, that little bit of sleepiness was all gone.”
“Worried about something?”
“I wasn’t thinking about anything, maybe I’m just not sleepy? You know it’s strange, people say pregnancy comes with symptoms like morning sickness, excessive sleepiness, swelling, but why don’t I have any of those?” Tang Yu spoke earnestly, like someone entirely clueless about their first pregnancy.
When she sat up, Ye Sihan stretched out his hand ahead of time, not letting her exert any effort.
“It must be because I’ve taken good care of you,” Ye Sihan looked at her intently with his profound dark eyes.
“It’s possible there’s a daughter in there, with a quiet nature,” Tang Yu said.
Ye Sihan raised his hand, gently pinching her chin, his voice hoarse and deep, “Like you, that wouldn’t be bad.”
Tang Yu’s mind wandered for a moment, thinking of Xibao.
It seemed that Xibao did resemble her a bit, yet not quite…
Despite having quadruplets, they each looked different…
“Since you can’t sleep, let me help you.”
“What are you do… mmm!” Before Tang Yu could fully regain her composure, her mouth was claimed, and a strong body pressed her down onto the bed. “What are you doing… mmm!”
Ye Sihan crawled onto the bed, securing Tang Yu in his arms, kissing her breathlessly.
After straining a couple of times within his sturdy embrace, Tang Yu’s futile struggles ceased, and she softly sank into his arms.
“Don’t…” Tang Yu’s body suddenly shook, “I don’t want to…”
“Take your hand away,” Ye Sihan uttered, biting her rapidly panting lips.
Tang Yu nearly cried without tears.
He said to remove her hand, but whether she did or didn’t wouldn’t affect this terrifying man’s assault!
Minutes later, Tang Yu’s body suddenly shivered violently; her feet entwined by Ye Sihan’s long legs kicked weakly beneath the covers, her pale toes curling tightly.
As her tense body relaxed, before her dizzy consciousness could clarify, sleepiness overtook her.
She managed to utter one line, “Bastard…”
