Su Yixing continued, "My master used to quite like you. You love to play, and my master has a playful character too. You both are similar and always played well together. But since you kept bullying Lele despite being told not to, he stopped liking you."

An Yiqing laughed helplessly, "If I keep bullying his precious daughter and he still likes me, then he’s surely got issues."

Su Yixing laughed too, "So, you should treat Lele as well as you can. That way, he won’t hold past grudges. Actually, he treasures Lele and bears no ill will towards you."

An Yiqing nodded, "I know."

"Keep working hard," Su Yixing said, patting his shoulder, "Once you get past this hurdle, it’ll be smooth sailing for you and Lele."

An Yiqing joked, "You’ll need to get married sooner too."

"Don’t talk about me, I’m already troubled. You haven’t got my master’s approval yet, and he’s definitely not ready to tell me where Qingyi is. I haven’t seen her for twenty days."

"Twenty days..." An Yiqing laughed, "You remember so clearly?"
